Virginmedia are an absolute nightmare to get hold of. Been trying to get hold of them all day, but all they do is use the excuse that Covid 19 is causing staffing problems. They have just doubled My Dad's bill, without any explanation and it's causing a great deal of stress. 😞

Virgin media lie and rip you off still left an OAP no services and lied a technician was coming no show no apology just expecting my mum to pay £84 for nothing- avoid virgin media like the plague appalling service and discrimination of an OAP
-
Edu Ribas (@eduardomendesr5) reported
@virginmedia I have checked through the app. That is not my issue. My issue is the frequency that my service is interrupted and the fact that I am tied to a contract and receive no compensation for the frequent disruption in the service. I don’t live in a remote area. This is unacceptable.
-
Ajay Tarper (@AjayTarper) reported
@virginmedia I had an upgrade from 200mb to 350mb broadband. Ever since it’s happened, it’s knocked off my 5ghz and only have 2.4ghz. It’s rather slow and sluggish. I have superhub 3. Can you advise please? It happened this morning the upgrade and all day no 5ghz.
