@virginmedia I’m having issues with my router. I’ve turned off and on, reset it and checked it via your website. Although it says it’s all ok it’s most certainly Isn’t. I can’t keep a Teams or Zoom call and other household members having same problem. Can I have a router upgrade

  • jasonkneen Jason Kneen (@jasonkneen) reported from Ludgershall, England

@Vyvyan_punk @virginmedia yep — bouncing around here on M500 plan — 500+ down and jumps between 0.59 and 28mbps up. Zero help from @virginmedia apart from running speedtests

  • Kazza6900 Karen Church (@Kazza6900) reported from Amesbury, England

@virginmedia broadband down AGAIN. WIFI signal has been dropping out for the last few days and every day between 3 and 7 o’clock. Restarted, reset and checked all wires. What next?

  • Kazza6900 Karen Church (@Kazza6900) reported from Amesbury, England

@virginmedia my iPhone is telling me home hub 3 wifi settings are not secure. IOS14 tells me to change to WPA3, it’s not in the settings. HELP!!

  • jasonkneen Jason Kneen (@jasonkneen) reported from Ludgershall, England

@virginmedia OK — you need to do better at this — I shouldn’t be wasting my time telling you there is a problem — you should know this before I do and tell me without going through tests — it’s clearly affecting multiple users

  • jasonkneen Jason Kneen (@jasonkneen) reported from Ludgershall, England

@TomMockridgeVM, Been a @virginmedia customer for 7 years — now on the M500 package and paying a hefty fee per month for broadband, phone and TV. Have had shocking upload speeds today (0.5mbps instead of 38mbps). Status page says fine — run test says not. Thread 1/3

  • jasonkneen Jason Kneen (@jasonkneen) reported from Ludgershall, England

@virginmedia jesus christ, I’m going around in circles on your instant chat — logged in yet having to confirm my name and all my details, can you stop using these annoying bots that do nothing to help? Wasting so much time.

  • HarvRM Harvey Mills (@HarvRM) reported from Salisbury, England

Trying to get hold of @virginmedia is impossible. I have tried chat, phone, Twitter and nothing. My router is faulty and all I need is for them to replace. Will be looking to move ASAP given such poor customer service. @ChrisCheckley any suggestions please.

  • jasonkneen Jason Kneen (@jasonkneen) reported from Ludgershall, England

@virginmedia and again today — 538 down and 1 up — need to know what’s going on here — you are killing my ability to work.

  • jasonkneen Jason Kneen (@jasonkneen) reported from Ludgershall, England

@virginmedia Not for a while — you’re not seriously telling me to “turn it off and on again” ? Can’t you check if there are any issues in the area?

  • HarvRM Harvey Mills (@HarvRM) reported from Salisbury, England

@virginmedia you don’t answer your phones, you don’t respond to Twitter, you don’t respond to your online help chat. How exactly is one supposed to get hold of you. I have a problem with a router that needs sorting urgently

  • BookwormClaire Claire Dobson (@BookwormClaire) reported from Amesbury, England

@virginmedia We have now been told that the issue is regional and the aim is for full service to be back by 9.30pm

  • BookwormClaire Claire Dobson (@BookwormClaire) reported from Amesbury, England

What is going on with @virginmedia ? Total blackout from 12.30 until 8.30am then again from 11.30am, still ongoing. We have issues quite regularly but generally just for an hour or 2. Think I'll be heading back to Sky once this contract comes to an end.

  • zil75 Liz Cannings (@zil75) reported from Salisbury, England

@virginmedia Things still aren't working and up and running.. I have seen the van out there this afternoon.. But all day without any service is a bit much.. Will I be refunded for this day of no services? And how much longer do you think this could take? Thank you..

  • jasonkneen Jason Kneen (@jasonkneen) reported from Ludgershall, England

@virginmedia and just like that, 522 and 0.73mbps again. How do I book an engineer @virginmedia? — I’ve done all the checks; rebooted my network; the hub, I’ve tested on multiple devices WiFi, Wired; direct from the hub and the problem remains — drop outs, poor upload speeds.

  • SophieGooner Sophie 🦛 (@SophieGooner) reported from Salisbury, England

@virginmedia it’s also impossible to speak to an actual person? I know the issue. I know I am offline as it is “updating” AGAIN. I want to know if this means I have a broken box as it happens all the time.

  • T4RGY66 Dan Targett (@T4RGY66) reported from Wilton, England

Dreadful undercard @EddieHearn and @virginmedia wtf is going on with signal!!???? #joshuavspulev 🥊 #CashBack

  • bringthebow akjensen | BLM (@bringthebow) reported from Salisbury, England

Internet repeatedly dropping out (Salisbury, Wilts) and I don’t think it’s a local problem only. @virginmedia would you be able to update/fix pls?

  • WooksAmesbury David Wookey (@WooksAmesbury) reported from Amesbury, England

@virginmedia Seems to be back. Well done to the engineers or Software guys who sorted the problems.

@virginmedia The coverage at TF74JB on Virgin Mobile is still absolutely crap. Four of us have Virgin SIMs in our phones, so we know its not the cards or the phones. You need to give Vodafone a good kick up the arse.

  • nealesterio Neale (@nealesterio) reported

@virginmedia Ha, and now I’ve been cut off! Not sure your legal agreement will stand up to much scrutiny if you don’t provide a service to allow customers to change their package

  • SilentBoab Robert Shearer (@SilentBoab) reported

@virginmedia There is always an area issue and "you're on it" whenever someone calls up. The whole area is pissed off with it

@virginmedia I’ve already done this. No issues in the area. Same thing yesterday. Connection dropped off around the same time at 11:40am same today. I ran through all hub / connection reset protocols and reset the hub with a pin - nothing. Miraculously had connection at 7am this morning

  • CraigBlackadder Craig Blackadder (@CraigBlackadder) reported

@virginmedia - first an outage that ruined my normal day of business from home and now no connection at all and I’m not getting the support because I work from home 🤬🤬🤬

@virginmedia Extremely high latency and packet loss Please follow my complaint C-060222566

  • ShuttleworthE Eddy Shuttleworth (@ShuttleworthE) reported

@virginmedia Also the "reason for delay" is well documented as being that Virgin mislabelled our property. So was well within your control for the full 6 weeks it took to fix
