Virginmedia are an absolute nightmare to get hold of. Been trying to get hold of them all day, but all they do is use the excuse that Covid 19 is causing staffing problems. They have just doubled My Dad's bill, without any explanation and it's causing a great deal of stress. 😞

@virginmedia terrible service. When it’s a technical question I can WhatsApp you easily. When I want to cancel I have to call, go through 10 mins of questions and on hold before twice being hung up on when speaking to someone. Just let me cancel!
