    @virginmedia Virgin Media internet is dire. Speed is never what its advertised and always slow at night. My 200mbs is currently 7mbs! Oh for dial up to come back 😫 Can't wait for 5G to appear.

    Virginmedia are an absolute nightmare to get hold of. Been trying to get hold of them all day, but all they do is use the excuse that Covid 19 is causing staffing problems. They have just doubled My Dad's bill, without any explanation and it's causing a great deal of stress. 😞

    My thsnks to @virginmedia engineer who sorted the issue yesterday. New Hub fitted, cable/attenuator fault also identified and fixed, and early as well. Was only without decent comms for 25 hrs, could have been much worse (I will happiliy take the day bill rebate though please)

    @virginmedia Stable this morning, that is the usual. I am wired to my laptops as I have a LAN set up. I also use wireless to other devices both through my router and direct to your hub so I can eluminate it being my Netgear as an issue. When it goes down the light goes green flashing

    @virginmedia Engineer booked for Saturday! Hub just come back on line. Lady on Phone in Manchester said she would monitor and I would be eligible for a refund of some sort for the loss of service.

    @virginmedia what an absolute joke of a Company. Worst service of any company I've ever had to deal with, and believe Me I've dealt with some **** ones in My life. My 91 year old Dad has no landline at the moment, and no way of contacting anyone at Virgin. Disgraceful Company.

    @virginmedia Please could someone contact Me, regards My 91 year old Dad whose phone line is constantly on a busy tone when calling in, and No dial tone when trying to call out. I've sent countless emails and phone calls. Causing lot's of Stress in Family. Please Help.

    @virginmedia Hello I tried twice to ring both times cut off after a long wait. Next I sent a letter. After 2 weeks I rang and a man said he will sort it and I will get an email in approx 2 days. But nothing! I have now done the only thing I can do and that is cancel my direct debit.

    @LutzSchueler As I was moving home, I made it very clear that I will only sign up if you are able to port from BT landline (so I don’t lose our family number) over with Virgin Media. I was told yes this would not be a problem.

    @virginmedia are actually THE WORST company to try and speak to to get anything resolved so glad I've left them. Been in a WhatsApp queue since 16.38 yesterday. Changed to @skytv had an issue rang them up and an engineer was at my door in literally 10 mins.
