  • CoachkeanoChris chris Keano keane (@CoachkeanoChris) reported from Amesbury, England

Virginmedia are an absolute nightmare to get hold of. Been trying to get hold of them all day, but all they do is use the excuse that Covid 19 is causing staffing problems. They have just doubled My Dad's bill, without any explanation and it's causing a great deal of stress. 😞

  • CoachkeanoChris chris Keano keane (@CoachkeanoChris) reported from Amesbury, England

@virginmedia what an absolute joke of a Company. Worst service of any company I've ever had to deal with, and believe Me I've dealt with some **** ones in My life. My 91 year old Dad has no landline at the moment, and no way of contacting anyone at Virgin. Disgraceful Company.

  • CoachkeanoChris chris Keano keane (@CoachkeanoChris) reported from Amesbury, England

@virginmedia Please could someone contact Me, regards My 91 year old Dad whose phone line is constantly on a busy tone when calling in, and No dial tone when trying to call out. I've sent countless emails and phone calls. Causing lot's of Stress in Family. Please Help.

  • WooksAmesbury David Wookey #Confinedtohouse (@WooksAmesbury) reported from Amesbury, England

@virginmedia Stable this morning, that is the usual. I am wired to my laptops as I have a LAN set up. I also use wireless to other devices both through my router and direct to your hub so I can eluminate it being my Netgear as an issue. When it goes down the light goes green flashing

  • zach_ward1989 Zach Ward (@zach_ward1989) reported from Salisbury, England

@DavidPalman @virginmedia Constantly had issues in Salisbury. Made working from home impossible. Been with Talk Talk for 5 months, hasn't dropped out once yet :) And cheaper!

  • lydiadoyle113 Lydia Doyle (@lydiadoyle113) reported

@virginmedia Our installation date is the 17th of may - we moved in first of march! They said the delay is work needing to be done outside the house which still has not been done, and they cant tell us when it will be done so it will probably be delayed again! Communication is awful

  • GASMANBAZ Barry Mahon (@GASMANBAZ) reported

@virginmedia Hub 4. Used various speed test websites. If I reset the hub the speed is around 350-400 but very shortly after it drops down to anywhere from 70mb to 150mb

  • bailey_mags magsbailey (@bailey_mags) reported

@virginmedia on the call to your Sth Africa call centre and the background noise coming from tram is deafening. Surely you can add a de noise filter. It’s so off putting for customers to hear the call centre customer conversations!!
