    My @virginmedia wifi has been down since last night; their app has no updates. When I call I get a recorded message to say they're busy & to call back later before it hangs up. Crappy service yet again, Virgin.

    @virginmedia Virgin Media internet is dire. Speed is never what its advertised and always slow at night. My 200mbs is currently 7mbs! Oh for dial up to come back 😫 Can't wait for 5G to appear.

    @Growlingadam @Bournemouthecho Ours in Amesbury went down at midnight, took about 40mins to get through to @virginmedia by phone. We’ve been told engineers were on the way and will be fixed ASAP

    @andychittick @virginmedia THANK YOU for doing their job for them! When I tried to call I got a recorded msg saying "we're busy call back later" & it hung up. At least now I know how bad it is!

    My thsnks to @virginmedia engineer who sorted the issue yesterday. New Hub fitted, cable/attenuator fault also identified and fixed, and early as well. Was only without decent comms for 25 hrs, could have been much worse (I will happiliy take the day bill rebate though please)

    @virginmedia Engineer booked for Saturday! Hub just come back on line. Lady on Phone in Manchester said she would monitor and I would be eligible for a refund of some sort for the loss of service.

    @virginmedia Stable this morning, that is the usual. I am wired to my laptops as I have a LAN set up. I also use wireless to other devices both through my router and direct to your hub so I can eluminate it being my Netgear as an issue. When it goes down the light goes green flashing

    @virginmedia Thanks for that, I just wanted to share how incredibly difficult @virginmedia are to deal with. I needed to cancel my dads account which took multiple calls, hours on hold, a cancellation letter, followed by another 2 hours, call can I nvoice you for my time, wasted?!

    @virginmedia This nos doesn't connect. Rang the one from yday and just got a robot telling me they will monitor for 23 hours and then phone put down. All very very frustrating and annoying as this has been since Friday which we can all agree is longer than 23 hours!!

    @virginmedia It is on both wired and wireless connections wired is 71 which is still unacceptable. The WiFi connections are next to the router so how are they getting low signal strength? There are no reported problems in my area.
