    Trying to get hold of @virginmedia is impossible. I have tried chat, phone, Twitter and nothing. My router is faulty and all I need is for them to replace. Will be looking to move ASAP given such poor customer service. @ChrisCheckley any suggestions please.

    @virginmedia Things still aren't working and up and running.. I have seen the van out there this afternoon.. But all day without any service is a bit much.. Will I be refunded for this day of no services? And how much longer do you think this could take? Thank you..

    @virginmedia broadband down AGAIN. WIFI signal has been dropping out for the last few days and every day between 3 and 7 o’clock. Restarted, reset and checked all wires. What next?

    @virginmedia I’m having issues with my router. I’ve turned off and on, reset it and checked it via your website. Although it says it’s all ok it’s most certainly Isn’t. I can’t keep a Teams or Zoom call and other household members having same problem. Can I have a router upgrade

    @virginmedia and just like that, 522 and 0.73mbps again. How do I book an engineer @virginmedia? — I’ve done all the checks; rebooted my network; the hub, I’ve tested on multiple devices WiFi, Wired; direct from the hub and the problem remains — drop outs, poor upload speeds.

    What is going on with @virginmedia ? Total blackout from 12.30 until 8.30am then again from 11.30am, still ongoing. We have issues quite regularly but generally just for an hour or 2. Think I'll be heading back to Sky once this contract comes to an end.

    @TomMockridgeVM, Been a @virginmedia customer for 7 years — now on the M500 package and paying a hefty fee per month for broadband, phone and TV. Have had shocking upload speeds today (0.5mbps instead of 38mbps). Status page says fine — run test says not. Thread 1/3

    @virginmedia my iPhone is telling me home hub 3 wifi settings are not secure. IOS14 tells me to change to WPA3, it’s not in the settings. HELP!!

    @virginmedia Your engineer come and fitted the virgin about 8 months ago after 6 missed visits he left the wire out of the ground it is in a bow and promised somone would be back to put it under ground we waited and waited for that person to come back but they never did my dad

    @virginmedia Bills I keep being sent, and they said they’d ask their manager to review. In the meantime, I asked for the non return of equipment fee to not be added, as you never sent me a returns label so it isn’t my fault I haven’t returned it, and was again told this would be done…

    @virginmedia I’ve raised complaints already. They get closed without any comms with me. This is why I want to speak to a manager that never calls. Absolutely useless. What was the point in the last agent telling me to let you know if all you do is forward me to complaints link!?
