@virginmedia what an absolute joke of a Company. Worst service of any company I've ever had to deal with, and believe Me I've dealt with some **** ones in My life. My 91 year old Dad has no landline at the moment, and no way of contacting anyone at Virgin. Disgraceful Company.

I have been trying to get through to @virginmedia by phone since lockdown to cancel all of my subscription services. I just never get through. I have had my new provider in place for months. It just seems Virgin are not interested in supporting customers that want to leave.

Trying to get hold of @virginmedia is impossible. I have tried chat, phone, Twitter and nothing. My router is faulty and all I need is for them to replace. Will be looking to move ASAP given such poor customer service. @ChrisCheckley any suggestions please.

@virginmedia I’m having issues with my router. I’ve turned off and on, reset it and checked it via your website. Although it says it’s all ok it’s most certainly Isn’t. I can’t keep a Teams or Zoom call and other household members having same problem. Can I have a router upgrade

@leeharry100 @virginmedia Complaints, Virgin Media, Sunderland, SR43 4AA write to cancel. Give 30 days notice then cancel direct debit. Meantime search alternative provider to switch. Send letter recorded delivery and say you could not get through to customer service on phone. Job done.
