    @virginmedia Virgin Media internet is dire. Speed is never what its advertised and always slow at night. My 200mbs is currently 7mbs! Oh for dial up to come back 😫 Can't wait for 5G to appear.

    Virgin media absolutely diabolical customer support. 45 minutes on the phone then to be told if they don’t turn up in the next 2 hours ring back tomorrow. I wasn’t rude the guy put the phone done on me.

    @virginmedia The fact you cut off our services early plus tons more. This is already an ongoing complaint. I was promised to have a pack sent by the dispute resolution team and this was never sent. This was 3 weeks ago. Please have the complaints team contact my husband.

    @virginmedia Someone from virgin. The first advisor said it was a general issue in the area, that was last night, this morning the second advisor said it was an external issue and it’s likely that a cable had been cut due to gas works and now the third advisor is denying that and saying that

    @virginmedia Hi, it appears there is some kind of issue with @BoomerangToons having no audio during programmes and adverts. All other channels including kids has audio just not Boomerang and Boomerang+1 and my little one is upset she can’t hear anything while watching Tom&Jerry

    @virginmedia They’ve said someone will come to the area to have a look. But it’s not good enough! We all work from home, how are we expected to do our jobs. The issue is external, we were told a cable could have been cut as there are gas works near by.
