Rob Mcgimpsey (@Rob_Mcgimpsey) reported from Romsey, England@virginmedia After waiting 24hrs for a response on WhatsApp I’ve once again been told I need to talk to another department. I waste more time waiting to speak with the “correct” department, only to be told they can’t help because of a third party completing the work. Absolute joke
-
Duckocide Games (@Duckocide) reported from Andover, England@virginmedia Yeah. Done all that a number times. I've spoken to tech support. Awaiting an engineer call. I'll leave this conversation here. Appreciate your attention but running those tests will just get me to the book an appointment or thrown out. I've run them a lot. Thanks. Ttfn

Rob Mcgimpsey (@Rob_Mcgimpsey) reported from Romsey, England@virginmedia Yes. A third party has just arrived to pull cables and they can’t do their work because Virgin haven’t actioned the construction. 9 weeks down the line and it hasn’t even been actioned from your end. So poor.
-
chris Keano keane (@CoachkeanoChris) reported from Amesbury, EnglandVirginmedia are an absolute nightmare to get hold of. Been trying to get hold of them all day, but all they do is use the excuse that Covid 19 is causing staffing problems. They have just doubled My Dad's bill, without any explanation and it's causing a great deal of stress. 😞
-
Morgan Jamison (@mjam1978) reported from Andover, England@virginmedia Hi John Thank you for offering to assist. Internet is no better. Unstable and keeps dropping out cannot work from home as it cannot keep up with demands nor can my son effectively work online for school. Service in 2021 as poor as it was throughout 2020 🙄
-

Panda 🐼 (@PandaKingPinder) reported from Romsey, England@virginmedia We have tried adding a new service and thinking of leaving as none of the others apply and there is no option to call for upgrading. Your automatic service is not helpful and it would be easier to just go through to speak to someone.
-
Nikki Emerton (@nikkiemerton) reported from Alderbury, England@virginmedia We checked yesterday over the phone. There is no fault. Virgin sent us a text with planned maintenance for SP4 7RG and advised we would receive a text when it was completed. No text no service. But thank you for your quick response
-
Oliver W (@Mac0z) reported from Romsey, England@virginmedia It recovered the next day. TBH the stability of service, especially broadband, is poor. Seriously considering switching as I’d take stability over top speed every time

🏃♀️ 💯 Di Brander 💯 🏋️♀️ (@DiBrander) reportedDisaster has struck the Brander household. The internet is down. Virgin Media said it could be up to 24 hours til they find/fix the fault. This is when you realise that the internet makes everything work, or not work.
-
Jonathan Black (@jonblackbsb) reportedI love on a street where it seems over 50% of households use @VMO2Life @virginmedia . That’s quite a lot of £££ per month paid out . But for the best part of a year everyone’s work has been disrupted by poor or no service . Apparently it’s noise emanating from a house 🏠 🤷1/2
-
MrsHoustie🏴 (@Houstie1886) reported@virginmedia Any idea when internet will be back up and running in ML1? Service status says no issues. Helpline says working on it. Had no internet since yesterday. Thanks.
