    @virginmedia I'm still going to have to call that useless call centre because the link in the text to cancel the visit DOESN'T have the actual option to cancel. And, I shouldn't have had to get external people in to do YOUR job because of your failings.

    @virginmedia The phone display is saying no service or emergency calls only. Plus it also says not registered on network sometimes. No issues are reported in my area

    @virginmedia No warning was provided and my Virgin app tells me that there is an outage and that engineers are working on a fix. My WiFi went out Friday and then came back Saturday for a few hours before going out again. It’s unacceptable, I work from home and am currently unable to work.

    @virginmedia So I need to go buy a device with an ethernet port and an ethernet cable then? Just to test your router, because it's been impossible to book someone to come and have a look because your customer service is always too busy? Sounds good.
