Cancelling my broadband with @virginmedia after ridiculous price increases every month. Cannot believe how RUDE the guy on the phone was when I told him I still wanted to cancel. Absolutely shocking attitude .. made my decision to leave SO much easier!!

I will definitely be ending my TV Contract with #VirginMedia at the earliest opportunity, I am sick to death of watching stupid adverts on #DiscoveryTV Channels and it’s the same ones every damn time! If the #TLC Channel didn’t exist then it wouldn’t be so bad! 🤬

@virginmedia I spent an hour on my mobile to Virgin today as landline isn't working. Spoke to three different people and, finally they told me it was a hardware issue with my phone, not the line. I have borrowed two phones from neighbours and they don't work either #virginmedia

@virginmedia Due to the work I do, I need a reliable quality service & that’s why I was previously with Zen; excellent CS and they actually talked to you from the UK. Due to cable arriving I switched to Virgin & 1st 2yrs absolutely excellent; 3rd yr it fails badly & CS contact dreadful.

@virginmedia your on demand service is shocking, your WiFi is even worse! Unless you say next to it , send out a buster which don’t work! You really need to do better the virgin brand have really gone down the pan!!
