So @virginmedia I’m on your Hub 3 and it’s TERRIBLE. The WiFi signal 30ft away or more is less than half strength... Plus they installed it in our hallway...less than 6ft from our door which is SOOOO not ideal placement. Upgrade our box and install somewhere better please.

@virginmedia There was a fault in the area yesterday and a van came out. Today no fault showing but lost connection 20+ times. Your tech support kept going on about WiFi black spots despite the fact I’m using Ethernet in modem only mode. How to I speak to someone that knows about technology?

The problem is that @virginmedia has a monopoly on the high speed infrastructure in our area and I can't get the headline speeds available with Virgin with anyone else. It's the monopoly that allows Virgin to treat their customers so badly.

@virginmedia worst customer experience so far. Called as having very poor signal was told would get a boaster sent out to be call again to chase to say not ordered but can order one but I would be charged asked for a manager to be told will be calling back within4 hours
