@virginmedia what a truly awful service. 3hours to try and sort a confirm username error,..from you! 7 days I’ve waited for you to sort the email out. Numerous calls...and still no one actually listens or cares. I think I’ve explained it to most of your call centre still no help

@virginmedia all our smart devices are now not responding because "they are too far away from our HUB 3.0". This is according to the diagnostic tool. Thing is, they are the same distance as before, and they used to work on the same router. Help?

@virginmedia Who knows but certain people with in your team have been very flippant about our situation and trying to palm us off with a 20pound credit. This is nowhere near acceptable considering the stress and upset your so called customer service team has put us through.

@kev21261 @mrdanwalker The fact that many people Iive in poverty is not a reason to abolish the BBC licence fee. A commercial service, would be far more expensive and provide far less content (just look at Sky, Virgin Media and BT Sport). And funding through adverts would reduce the income for ITV & C4

@virginmedia since Christmas our WiFi has been disgustingly bad. A few weeks ago I called yourselves and spent almost 2 hours on the phone. I upgraded our WiFi at home to the best possible WiFi we could have and yet it’s still shockingly bad. I’ve never known such shoddy service

Ok so, virgin media router kinda sucks, if I use the Bt SmartHub 2, it would basically just be a Wi-fi access point, so would need a like a rpi for dhcp Or I could just buy a google nest Wi-fi or something ubiquiti

@virginmedia Its been ongoing for weeks the Internet drops out for a few hours around the neighbourhood you guys come temporarily fix it then it drops out again a few days latter. I dont go on you page or phone anymore because you can't actually get to speak to anyone.

@kidcobbler @virginmedia Virmin were awful for us. Dial up speeds on supposedly superfast broadband because street cabinets were over subscribed. Sky has been far better. Its 60 to 65 mbs on average and very rarely drops out. Sky q infinitely better than v boxes. It did cost a bit more though.

@virginmedia No need for me to complain if you help, I just want to sort it for my Mum. She had a bereavement at time you brought her contract to an end & was unable to get PAC number on mobile. Guy on phone started trying to sell her another contract & was rude. How can she get PAC ?

@virginmedia But she can't contact you via mobile as you ended her contract! The guy on the landline 'helpline' was rude to her as no doubt tried to sell her a new contract & at 80 she hasn't got a clue what any of it means! How can it be so hard to get a PAC number?
