It’s funny how when you want to add something to @virginmedia they answer the phone within two minutes , when you want to down grade or cancel you your waiting for over 20 mins, then get put on hold again for god knows how long 😤😤😤

@virginmedia WiFi is STILL not working... new engineer installed today following a move, and couldn’t make it work. Promised me I’d get a call, but didn’t. I phoned tech support, they promised a call in 4 hours. Guess what THEY DIDNT EITHER.

@virginmedia I still have not heard anything about my complaint. I have also received a bill for a period after my contract has ended for services I will not use. I have been a customer for around 8 years and am not impressed at all.

@virginmedia Thank you to Stuart and Simon also a nother nice guy I didn’t know his name, in Swindon for installing my new tv,broadband and phone, they had many problems and overcame them, had to go away then came back at 6pm to install, thank you guys you did a great job

Not had a chance to watch tonight's #DadsArmyTheLostEpisodes on @goldchannel thanks to a @virginmedia outage that, according to their website, should've been fixed 3 hours ago (thanks for that!), but I'm it was as good as the two that have gone before. An undoubted triumph!

If you are considering getting @virginmedia broadband I would strongly advise against it. Retention team are outrageously rude and unprofessional. Have also choked my bandwidth (and not in a good way)

@virginmedia So…..by all means send technicians to our property to collect equipment today. But we are not there and the equipment is unfortunately long gone - as advised in September! So I’m just waiting for VM to start hounding us about that! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

@virginmedia Thanks for the reply , still very intermittent speeds , had a engineer out in November, /December 2020 , changed some settings but problem is still there , I myself think it is a cable fault as next door are on vm and are fine.
