@virginmedia 1 hour and 42 minutes queueing for a help desk operator to take a call from an 87 year old “shielding” old lady who can’t set up her self install box. Absolutely shoddy customer service. You should be ashamed.

@virginmedia no broadband since last Thursday, can’t get through to your customer service. Engineer came last week as we’ve struggled with your service for months, he put a new hub in and guess what.... it worked for a day! Now waiting for another engineer to come. Not happy 😡

Just seen the @virginmedia “stay connected” ad on TV If only. I have been trying to get them to supply me a stable broadband for the last month You hang on an hour+ to get to speak to customer services they tell you nothing wrong Get real and provide the service I am paying for

@Sneak_666 @virginmedia I’ll jump on this. Left virgin due to the prices going up and not needing the whole service now. The retention team called me and offered me exactly what I needed (broadband only m200) for £22. Vodafone had sold me 50-60mbps for £19 so thought it was a great deal.

@virginmedia I have already made a formal complaint & even that's more complicated than it needs. I have emailed and got told to call, have called and been told to email. I made my 1st complaint on the 13th March which was about a week after my first issue...2nd April, still have no internet!
