@virginmedia ...before you can do anything. Was told that we couldn’t even talk to anyone from cancellation department...until we either paid or went through collections department. There was/is no care for what has happened...just “give us some money and we’ll help”

Absolutely shocking how you guys are milking me and providing me a terrible service @virginmedia I am on a 100mb plan and according to your website I should receive at least 50mbps of download speed. I regret joining virgin! I play bloody £38 for nothing the engineers are useless
