    @virginmedia ...before you can do anything. Was told that we couldn’t even talk to anyone from cancellation department...until we either paid or went through collections department. There was/is no care for what has happened...just “give us some money and we’ll help”

    @virginmedia We have tried that route also...they weren’t any help either. Absolutely no one is willing to listen to us or the actual facts of what has happened to us. It would be good if someone could actually call us and try to help

    @virginmedia at my wits end trying to sort out my Aunt’s VirginMedia account and register her for some sort of call screening product. Website and online account no use at all. I have full POA. Can anybody please help?!

    @virginmedia Oh FFS, no wonder you can’t get anything right, I said “like the other week” which was reported across main stream media. I reported this issue at 7pm last night. YOU responded to this message two hours ago. My issue has temporarily resolved. I fully expect it to fail soon enough

    @virginmedia Not true. Your service status is failing as much as ever. The whole street is out, so if you don’t already know where/what the problem is I’ll just have to wait the standard 4-5 hours until you finally agree and do your jobs and fix your problem.

    Yet again @virginmedia is down in my street in SE12, whilst their site and support people on Twitter claim there is no outage. Disgraceful after the recent regular local/national outages.

    @virginmedia Internet not working WiFi as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike and you lot using the one major excuse 'overutilisation' I've changed channels and its not just me it's a UK wide problem with you lot

    @virginmedia Maybe you should. Why should I formally report a widespread problem you are unable to detect? It’s your network. Good grief. This happens every time and I guarantee it’ll take about 4 hours for your company to even notice (& longer to act).
