    @virginmedia I am on the phone right now and like I’ve said. The service I am receiving is disgusting. 40 minutes call and to be told that in a #CostOfLivingCrisis you want £650+ to disconnect a service. Must’ve been robbers you merged with as this is criminal behaviour.

    @virginmedia I managed to find a phone number to call you. The message 'don't contact us unless you need to' isn't great is it! Follow up text asks me to rate VM on the basis of my interaction. Not fair is it. Not the help desk fault if everything else is so bad.

    @virginmedia Since yesterday afternoon. I was working so not entirely sure but approx 24 hours. £160 a month to be without even “free” channels. I am aware nothing is without fault but the poor customer service and lack of ability to locate/tell us what the issue is, is appalling.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup have sent a DM, again and have asked for someone to call me. Executive Complaint Number account number and cell phone number provided over & over but still no phone call. Virgin Media ready to take over

    @virginmedia Read my tweet. I have been sent a “resolution” already. Which advised to return the box/speak to online chat if further issues. As I have pointed out multiple times I have already returned the box. This is absolutely infuriating at this point.

    @virginmedia yes well after waiting in for five hours yesterday for an engineer to come I was just told it had been rearranged for the 28th. The great pity is they never informed me to find out if that was OK, such gross inefficiency abounds within your organisation.

    @virginmedia Yes I have phoned yet again this morning so I think your organisation are considering some sort of compensation for the five weeks I have been without the service. No doubt it will be a paltry sum in comparison to what I pay every month.

    Trying to downgrade/cancel your @virginmedia is made harder than it ought to be! Perhaps of your customer service was better then I wouldn’t have made this request after all these years. Diabolical and shoddy! There was a time when I’d have only recommended them over competitors!

    @virginmedia I tried to get help but didn’t get through to anyone just a text sent to my mobile telling me how to fix it but no joy. Checked the forums and turns out I’m not alone and the upgrade is rubbish so just stuck it in the cupboard.. hopeless!

    @virginmedia Very interesting as I was told £216.11 for each service (TV, BB, Phone). I asked is this a total of over £600 and she said, “yea mamm,that is correct”. My response was purely to laugh. This conversation has happed in the last 15 minutes. Absolutely despicable!

    @virginmedia Just said it would be back on by 1230. It’s not … paying a fortune (way above the odds!) a month for service I’m not getting. New contract with another provider incoming.

    @virginmedia Hi, one of your little pavement brown boxes of cables is broken & missing its cover outside Dominos Pizza, North High Street, Musselburgh, Scotland. I've made it waterproof using a plastic bag and cable ties, but it will need to be repaired with a new cover. - SC

    I was left without service for a week with multiple lies, promises of calls that didn’t happen and appalling customer service … you promise compensation of a month for free, the next you state £650 for disconnection. We are in a coat of living crisis you idiots! @virginmedia

    @virginmedia But if you cannot provide me with the service, I don't understand how I'm in breech of contract. I would pay if the service was there but I cannot afford a cancellation fee. I am not in a place where I can be frivolous with money and it'll have an impact

    @virginmedia I spent an hour on phone yesterday & neither person listened to what I was saying - they seemed to only want to deal with what was on their script/check list. Sorry but good customer service is NOT telling me to call again...maybe customer care is not important to @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Spoke to tech support again about a fault ongoing for months , the advisors seem to go rather quiet when you Have some idea what you're talking about and also ask them about virgin knowing about a fault in there services and misleading customers

    Today's top tip: Do not even consider signing up with @virginmedia unless you are content with possibly the worst 'customer experience' you might ever come across. The organisation appears to have zero empathy and the arrogance is astounding.
