    @virginmedia Thanks - however under “if you don’t feel your complaint has been resolved” this again refers to speaking to a manager and if one isn’t available they will call you back. We were told it was not possible for managers to make outgoing calls! Which is correct?

    @virginmedia So we can’t easily escalate to a manager the way you first implied? We will raise a complaint which will now include the fact that customer service is inadequate while you work from home. This stress is not helpful while I am pregnant - this should have been easy to resolve

    Hi @virginmedia, how do I speak to an actual person at Virign Media about a fault with my Hub 3? When I call automated service says restart Hub then hangs up on me. This does not solve the problem.

    @virginmedia We can still phone up within 28 days apparently. Part of the issue was we couldn’t escalate the original call to a manager which is ridiculous. What’s the point of phoning again? It seems the only option available is to stop being a customer as soon as the contract is done.

    @virginmedia Tried to but hilariously the site said it was down. I phoned up and got a lovely person who managed to do something which initially fixed it worse but now it's all shiny again. 🤞🏼

    Hey @virginmedia - we are not at all satisfied at the resolution from the complaints procedure and we will 100% not be renewing our contract with you. Shame you couldn’t do the right thing to resolve this issue - it would have resulted in a better long term outcome for you.

    @virginmedia hello folks, I do now have a minor issue - my new Hub 3.0 has a flashing green power light and solid green WiFi light, this has been the case for a few hours now despite being told (in a text message) I had received a signal and all wires are firmly connected?

    @virginmedia Yes, there's an outage in my area will be "fixed" on the 5th but there's always outages here. It was working fine for the last 10 minutes now then went off again and won't connect at all.

    @DensityGuru @Surgaee @st3ventough I rang them today and virgin media apparently don’t do anything about your ping jittering as they don’t offer ping or some **** , I jitter to 150-400 ping for at least 10 hours everyday and can only somewhat play at 1-8 am . Other than that I lag constantly

    @virginmedia customer loyalty team encouraged me to stay, never received and email with my new costs on, chased with them and told its in the system to be done.. my bill was double this month and has gone out of my bank!!!! Would someone like to look into this as it is a breach!
