@virginmedia I still think you charge extortionate fees, first of all charging fees like a new customer and restarting a contract when you move and are still using Virgin and then £240 when through no fault of mine you don't cover my new property #ripoffmerchants

@Michael18964156 @virginmedia Apparently, you have to be without service for three days before they compensate. But I have a feeling they will offer something. I can imagine a lot of pissed off people on the phone to sky and BT, right now.

@virginmedia My broadband drops on average 2-3 times a day for 1-10 minutes at a time, and despite being on the quickest tariff it goes slow often. I should contact you but I can’t be bothered being on hold for ages & nothing getting sorted (I’ll be sold another “booster” to fix it)
