@virginmedia This was meant to be a self installation, yet after 4 days, it's still not working. He's using the cables that were provided for him with the new Hub, and it says "access denied" for his internet.

@virginmedia Yes I called 150 it said my area was down until 3pm. I appreciate it’s not you personally who is at fault but doing such work when everyone is restarting after the New Year and giving us no warning is really poor.

@virginmedia my virgin TV keeps locking up, I have V6 box, picture stops, have to shutdown and restart, other times having to totally power down! Any suggestions, website says TV service ok but sadly not completely believing that! Oh spent 45 mins one night last week on helpline

I’ve not been well, Kieran’s been off school = the dishwasher hasn’t been filled. Virgin Media is down = no TV, internet and it appears Kieran’s mobile = whinging spoilt kids. 1st world, non infected household problems!

Absolutely shocking @virginmedia Last week no Internet for 6 days. Now both T.V boxes aren't working and nobody coming out till end of next week to sort it so 6 days with no TV. £141 per month for a service that doesn't bloody work 😑

@virginmedia They are now saying on WhatsApp I need 30 days to cancel. I cancelled on 20th January and the advisor didn’t do it and no one will listen to the call!!!! I paid £88 on Thursday and was told that would be it. Plus I’m on a rolling contract.

@virginmedia Additionally the service was v unreliable with regular outages of the service. The customer service staff are not courteous/respectful of customers and seem unconcerned about damaging the company’s image (consistent with past experiences). Even questioned on our financial status

@virginmedia can you tell me if the virgin mobile has any signal in my dads area SR3 .....he never has any service and struggles to use data .....it’s not just today it’s every day....mines not the best in NE34 either.....We have to reboot our phones to get service to reconnect
