    Not had a chance to watch tonight's #DadsArmyTheLostEpisodes on @goldchannel thanks to a @virginmedia outage that, according to their website, should've been fixed 3 hours ago (thanks for that!), but I'm it was as good as the two that have gone before. An undoubted triumph!

    @virginmedia I still have not heard anything about my complaint. I have also received a bill for a period after my contract has ended for services I will not use. I have been a customer for around 8 years and am not impressed at all.

    @virginmedia My service agreement ends on 10th July 2019. I do not expect the service to work past this date and hope a final statement will be prepared shortly after 10th July.

    @virginmedia disgusted with the customer service from virgin media. My Nan is 80 years old and is trying to get a PUK code to keep her phone number and your staff hung up on her because she couldn’t remember her password!!!

    @virginmedia As a longstanding loyal customer I would expect to be given the best deals without having to barter continuously with my provider. Thankfully there are plenty of alternatives.

    It’s funny how when you want to add something to @virginmedia they answer the phone within two minutes , when you want to down grade or cancel you your waiting for over 20 mins, then get put on hold again for god knows how long 😤😤😤

    @virginmedia The complaint was made over the phone yesterday. I wanted to cancel but was told I needed to finish my contract and could only make request 30 days before the end. At that time I downgraded my contract, this was confirmed in writing. A few weeks later I requested cancellation

    Extremely disappointed with @virginmedia have gone back on their written word about my package. Been a customer for over 8 years and feel like I have been treated like dirt. I should get a complaint call within 7 days. I will not hold my breath. Shame on #virgin

    Waiting for 30 minutes on the phone to @virginmedia finally got thorough and 5 minutes in the call gets disconnected and now every-time I call it says ‘call failed’…and yes I do have signal and over 50% battery power!!!

    @virginmedia THE most infuriating two days. VM service dropping in and out at will, meaning completing online forms have to be restarted resulting in losing an application to open a bank account for a charity. VM fees going up - service going down. Will be leaving for a better supplier.
