    @virginmedia Really, wonder if this outage will take 6 months like the last faults did to fix?? Time to start refunding money. Poor service, and everyone says American customer service is the best. This is the worst.

    How ******** do I find #StarTrekDiscovery on @PlutoTV??? I have the app on my virgin media box but can't find Discovery. Is it only on at certain times, so if I miss it I can't watch it? It's not an easy platform to navigate

    @virginmedia I’m not hopeful. You have given a 10day lead time for a fix. It’s been 6 days and my connection is still unusable. I just had to switch to 5g again. I genuinely don’t get what could possibly cause a 10 day lead time. 10 days without internet when I still have to wfh

    After 10 years with @virginmedia , & after weeks of terrible WiFi & customer service, I asked they equal BT’s deal. Operator could not do that and would not let me talk to manager, nor send a message for call back. I asked x3. Operator terminated call. Poor service!

    @virginmedia I also need to raise that last year I signed up to you and you were unable to install broadband for me so you compensated me, it was something like £200 total and I got an email saying you would send a cheque to me but I never received it??

    @virginmedia We still don't have Internet or phone. Have checked cables and reset several times. I've tried to follow the link for issues in our area, but it just goes to the Twitter page on your website. Also tried status page, but just says to book an engineer.

    @virginmedia if u had put as much energy into informing me my contract had ended, that ur staff have since I cancelled my contract, I may still be a customer. Shame #OFCOM cant ask u to not harrass customers to stay, like they asked u to give 30 days notice to them. #RantOver
