@virginmedia @jwsal Yeah, I’m in Brixton too and there are faults reported in our area. The estimated fix time keeps getting pushed further and further back, and new faults are being flagged. So it’s getting worse, rather than better. Been like this since last night. Very frustrating.

@virginmedia My virgin internet down completely since Friday and was told on the phone that it won’t be back till the 9th May! Yet when I check your website it sometimes says there are no problems. Obviously there are. You should be honest and report each area and give reasonable fix times.

@virginmedia I didn't waste my time trying. I raised a complaint that was responded to so badly they clearly didn't read the complaint. Hub 4 keeps reseting its said and password too.. how can you get it this wrong.

Thank you @virginmedia for going down & rebooting while I was watching my hockey game at 2am then resetting the network & password back to default ,so all my devices stopped working till I reset it back up 🤬 , this isn’t the first time & customer service doesn’t seem to care 😠

@virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 out because the middle light on my powerline adaptor intermittently flashes green and red, multiple time a minute. I'm seriously thinking of quitting you guys, maybe give BT a try. This is not the first time I've received sub par service either. Just terrible.

@ColinBrazierTV My @virginmedia TV/broadband package is going up from £60 to £75. Yet if I were a new customer, I could get a bigger & better package for £29.99. What’s the point in being a loyal customer as they won’t let me have a similar deal? At least **** Turpin wore a mask!
