    @virginmedia that time when your Virgin mobile has be out for over 24hrs and the support manager is to call you back within 60mins, and that was 90mins! This is not great service 😢

    @HannahKimbo1 @virginmedia Best thing is, we even upgraded in january thinking it was speed, so we’re paying a higher price for the same issues, now they’re charging us £220 to cancel lmao!

    @virginmedia My address is formatted 2 ways, the guy at virgin had only put the First part of my address in. Again it is now sorted as I contacted them. It arrives tomorrow any problems I will be in contact with virgin again.

    @virginmedia 6 days of ongoing issues in Derry, Ireland, BT48 area. Checked online outage tracker and hasn't changed at all same issues with broadband. Upload ranging from 0.09 - 21 every few seconds. I pay for this service and stream gaming content and it's been affected. Thanks

    @virginmedia Wjy is it that my Wi-Fi is not strong enough for video calls yet the app Virgin Connect shows no issues? I was promised if there was an issue I would be eligible for a free Wi-Fi extender, then told yous had none. Can you clarify if you now have stock in again?

    @virginmedia Meant to be connected on the 5th March changed to 6th changed to 8th now changed to 23rd ... promise to keep people connected is a load of rubbish ... service is diabolical... shouldnt be allow to treat customers like this .. #virginmedia #terribleservice #disgusted
