    @virginmedia that time when your Virgin mobile has be out for over 24hrs and the support manager is to call you back within 60mins, and that was 90mins! This is not great service 😢

    @ClaudBurkinshaw @Millroy098 @virginmedia I have been waiting for last 2.5 months for my connection to be installed, they kept on rescheduling the dates without any reason, today I called pre-installlation team to cancel my contract they put on hold for 45 minutes and hanged up on me, shameful
