    @virginmedia I’ve called 5 times and on average takes me 15 minutes of my time to discuss and it never gets resolved. And you just charged me £135 for the last month of having 1/2 of a service.

    I’ve recently switched from @virginmedia to @skytv and it has to be the WORST decision ever. So many connectivity problems, dropping network on the Q Mini boxes all the time. Absolute ****!

    Stay away from @virginmedia My broadband has been problematic since the 13th Oct and was advised of an outage! However won't be fixed until 20th Oct. 7 days!! Bet they will still try and take the full payment from my account! #virginmedia #virginmediadown

    @virginmedia how do I get some action on the poor broadband and useless intermittent WiFi I am getting,despite paying you a fortune . On going issue.Tried bot chat and email, no answer on phone. Computer tech says our router is ancient. Can’t move position as on short wire.

    @virginmedia Thank you to Stuart and Simon also a nother nice guy I didn’t know his name, in Swindon for installing my new tv,broadband and phone, they had many problems and overcame them, had to go away then came back at 6pm to install, thank you guys you did a great job

    @virginmedia I'd like help with this: Why do you require customers make themselves available for a delivery from 8am to 6pm when other companies are able to give a 4 hour window? And why do you continue using the incompetent @Yodel_delivery company? My recent delivery finally arrived 8.45PM.

    @virginmedia I've just had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered over the phone. The representative I spoke to today was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unhelpful throughout the call!

    Virgin Media may have the best broadband speeds for me, but lying salesmen and Virgins policies really has me thinking about cancelling during this cooldown period. I was told 1000mbps was the maximum speed here. I found out it was 2000mbps. I tried to change as I was unaware of this at the time, due to what the saleman told me, but they wanted to charge me £88 per month or so for the 2gb package when the 1gb only costs £33 per month. Even though the website says £55 per month for the 2gb package. I then asked about the upload spped matching the download speed. At first, I was told this was a different package, not an addon, so it would cost £88 per month in total. What? I then threatened to leave and rejoin with a new package as I was in the cooling off period. I was then told this was an addon for £6 per month. They can't change anything on my package though apparently. It now has to be sent to another team to check through this and I have to wait 5-10 days. This is the most confusing company I have ever dealt with. When joining Sky, I could change my package at any time and still be given the in contract discount. Sky may have slower speeds, but @Virgin have to have to the worst policies that kind of makes me regret changing over. If they say I still have to pay almost triple the cost, I may just take the loss of the broadband speed and move back over to Sky. Virgin are trying to rip me off as their sales representative who came to the door and sold me the package never gave the full information to me and said 1gb was their highest package they had for my area.

    @DAZNBoxing I can safely say, I will never be purchasing a PPV from your service again. Nearly 15mins of a blank screen for a PPV - I realise technical issues happen and it’s live, but to make no attempt to to fix this problem in a timely manor is a farce. @virginmedia I’ll be cancelling my subscription with yourself also, if I don’t receive a refund. Unacceptable!

    Getting more than a little tired of really poor internet in GL2 @virginmedia I rely on it especially with the very poor Virgin/O2 mobile signal in my area. Pull your socks up Virgin this is not what I am paying for. Next week you expect me to connect my landline to my router!
