    @virginmedia hi there, our hub 3 constantly has a red light on suggesting it’s overheating but it’s on the floor, uncovered, out of sunlight and not near anything else. Also have connection issues - have tried to fix using link but says I’m not at my address. I am. Thanks.

    @virginmedia really appalled with our experience as a new customer (15years with previous supplier). Mix ups with installation. Overcharged. Waiting in for installers not turning up. Closing of a complaint that was escalated. Chasing. No resolution. Want to leave already!

    @virginmedia Every call I make I can barely hear the other person. Happens all the time. Poor reception constantly . Because you align to Vodafone they’re hopeless round here .

    @virginmedia Hi I did check and there was nothing listed. Also checked the VM app which also stated that there were no known issues. The loss of intermittent connectivity is also an issue but I understand that this is the problem with a Hub 3.

    @virginmedia oh for Christ sakes. Tv not working again. Won’t even pick it up. It’s plugged in correctly (nothing changed but we checked) but my tv is not picking it up at all. All my other stuff works so it’s your issue and your service checker doesn’t help at all!

    @virginmedia has the worst customer service ever. I have several complaints open and they are refusing to provide an deadlock letter even though it has been well over 8 weeks. Anyway I am now trying to arrange for cancellation of my account on the 17th February 2022 which it 1/2

    It's impossible to get through to @virginmedia technical support this week. 45 mins on hold yesterday, same again today. Rubbish customer experience. At least change up the hold music. 🙉
