@ScifiBrain @virginmedia @s_townell It peaked at a little over 2200 reports on down detector and a few other similar sites are showing around 500-1000 reports. Quite a substantial outrage by the look of things. Lack of info from website is frustrating.

@virginmedia I have made several formal complaints about broadband problems but cannot get to speak to anyone. After multiple router resets by Virgin media remotely, which cures the problems in the short term, I am still having to re connect my Sky Q box and printer manually.

@virginmedia Yes, service status claims no outages. Ran the test which says there’s a network issue “caused by interference on the cabling coming into your home,” which happened last week too, for a few hours, but resolved itself.
