The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

@virginmedia I’ve just been on the phone for the second time today, this time I spent 40 minutes only for a voice to come on and say “we won’t be able to talk to you today, please ring after 8am tomorrow” Your service is an absolute disgrace!!!

@itvhub is the most infuriating catch up service - super slow, buffering, forced adverts, no fast forward / rewind (that works).. via @virginmedia anyway. ..needs a serious update

@virginmedia Thanks. But this is not a one off. Keeps happening on a daily basis. We have no time or the energy to keep reporting & complaining. Someone need to take ownership of the issues & fix it n provide a service for what we pay. We rely on BB heavily as is everyone. Tx for update
