The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

@EaraneSeregon @virginmedia I mean on the phone when I was saying how unhappy I was with all the problems I'd been facing for a while Their representative just straight up told me to go to another ISP, not in the nice looking out for me way, but in the "What you gonna do about it" sort of way

So @virginmedia called to offer me 100mb line upgrade, new digibox, 2 new remotes and their latest digital TV services. Great, when does this happen as I've has outstanding issues with only 25% broadband speeds and deteriorating wifi signal.
