    @virginmedia trying to register an online account but can’t as I don’t have the two digit code needed. All other information I have on correspondence. Can you please help ?

    The @virginmedia service I get is unreliable and over priced. I guess it’s a matter of switching, as when I call their Help Service the well-meaning scripted responses frustrate me.

    @virginmedia Yes, I have checked all of those things. The service we've received is an absolute disgrace. 3 calls yesterday to be told you can't help because of 'technical issues', online chat, whatsapp, twitter. What is it going to take to have someone help?

    @virginmedia @PaulineW35 Incredible use of the copy and paste feature for your tweet and seemingly all replies…. Maybe some actual personable care for customers would go a long way. Instead customers are left frustrated while other profit from inflated prices on selling sites. Awful from you and @O2

    @virginmedia Sadly your colleague did not get back by the end of the day. Scammers still have control of the account though I can't see any evidence that they are doing anything. I called 150 again and someone said that they will get back to me. It's quite worryingly bad service.

    @virginmedia Is this how you treat your ‘priority customers?’ During a cost of living crisis, we have chosen to stay with you, yet you can’t pull your finger out to look after your customers. I work from home but can’t fully use the service I’m paying for due to your incompetence.

    @virginmedia I am starting to get very annoyed, I have tried contacting you on your WhatsApp service as well as tried to call and have been unable to get through, my Internet has now been down for over 24hrs which is disgraceful when I'm paying the money I am for your service
