@virginmedia absolute joke customer service today! 1 person hung up on me cos they couldn’t deal with the query, 2nd person transferred me blind, 3rd person was helpful. On the phone for an hour. Managed to Google the problem and sort it myself. Poor

@virginmedia You were supposed to be coming to install new broadband this Saturday 17th September but have delayed installation until Friday 30th. My existing provider have told me that my service with them will end 17th September. So I'll be without Internet for nearly 2 weeks?

@spenjflairs @jayrayner1 @virginmedia Virgin don’t use BT cabling, they have their own network. They use to many years ago but stopped doing it so any problems with Virgin Broadband is theirs to fix.
