    @virginmedia A few weeks ago I had to contact you a number of times about my failing broadband in my area I was promised I would have a reduction in my bill and this has not happened also the amount of calls I had to make to sort out the problem has resulted in a bill of £47

    @virginmedia Still no reply I’ve sent messages in all Social media platforms as well as emails, I refuse to call the number anymore because it’s already cost me £47 in pound charges trying to sort out my connection issues, I’m feeling very let down by your service at the moment!

    @virginmedia @virginmedia I am simply looking for my broadband to work. After 56 mins on the phone today, I was told that as part of the complaint process, I will be contacted by a manager for an explanation. Still waiting... I do not wish to be fobbed off to a link to look for compensation.

    @virginmedia very poor customer service. Complaint. No broadband @ NG15 9HL, 7th day. Twice engineers visited. Told 'cannot fix, we are subcontractors' 'you contact Virgin again' 'it's your problem to sort with Virgin'!! Still waiting... for 3rd visit and manager to call back!
