    @virginmedia Ok let me learn you a bit of technology.If you can’t get data that generally means you have no signal along with being unable to get online you also can not make calls without signal 👍 I check in between having internet and it dropping. Now can you tell me why it keeps dropping?

    @virginmedia How do you plan on myself doing that when my internet keeps dropping and I’m only with virgin cause your only company that can give me internet ie signal in my property? So I don’t even have data to check

    @virginmedia Resolution- To resolve something you have to address what needs resolving- you can't always work to your own agenda- especially in customer service. How do I want resolution? through a manager callback @ofcom
