Never, i repeat NEVER use @virginmedia, they are the most dogshit, unreliable service ive ever had to use. They boast they are the 'fastest most reliable connection', when they are infact the slowest ive ever used, train wifi is infact faster than your shambles of a network.

@virginmedia Hi, had issues with v low WiFi speeds for 8 weeks also effecting t.v. services. Have reported constantly, awaiting WiFi pod and call from tech team, neither of which have happened, formal complaint submitted

@virginmedia No, basically I upgraded my BB a few months ago and the service actually has got worse. I now struggle to maintain a signal in upstairs rooms and Netflix etc constant drop outs

@virginmedia All wireless, same devices being used mobiles and PS console. M350 should be able to handle this but too often the connection is slow and drops. The VM help site is finally working but claims issue will be resolved in 24 hours? The issue has been ongoing for weeks/few months ?!

@virginmedia what is going on with your tv and broadband service for the past five days? I cannot watch any TV or streaming services over the festive period. Every SMS update that I receive from you states a longer and longer resolution date for B90. Sort it out!
