    @seatzie @internetsense @virginmedia Even still the Max power is determined by Radited power from the antenna. But yes antenna position and placement will help . Putting a small one inside the box isn’t great, To be fair their routers are pants. They can’t even handle the throughput of 350meg in router mode

    @seatzie I pay 60 for 350meg down 35 up on @virginmedia BT for 60 offer 1gbps down and 110mbps up with ipv6

    @virginmedia yes. virgin does not appear. John I get service when I move away from the Dromore mast so it's definitely a local issue

    @virginmedia Well good news, my V6 box lost signal as well for 5 minutes, and when it came back again, so did the broadband. The Virgin van was parked near a cabinet, so maybe that was him fixing a fault there.

    @virginmedia To put some context to this previously I had 350mb internet off you and consistently had 350 . I’m now paying for 1gb and have never seen it . The highest it has ever been is 650mb

    @virginmedia As mentioned, ive been on the phone to virgin for hrs already today. We told virgin not to cancel our appt and yet theyve given it to someone else. Are we just meant to accept this? With no apologies/ compensation? We are all working from home and cant afford to keep buying data

    @virginmedia i have be charged a an access charge which knew nothing about, was not warned about either £16 of access charges for phoning someone in hospital who is fighting Covid, surely Virgin does not need the money? its bad enough not being able to see someone let alone these hidden fees
