    @BenJaneDavies @virginmedia Well this is the thing!! We had cancelled because we weren’t happy they couldn’t match the new customer offers for us. Retentions rang and beat the offer instead. Said would all be up today but have had issue after issue! They’re so incompetent

    @jongaunt @virginmedia They keep not taking my direct debit out then charge me for not paying .. their customer service is appalling no one speaks good English.. in rented accommodation so cant change provider

    @virginmedia It was. I called Sunday 1040, promised Paul would call me before 1320; he did not. That was nearly a week ago and I’ve had no contact, despite three follow-ups by me via phone, online complaint form submission x2 and this. Seriously unimpressed.

    @virginmedia evening, we have phoned once today re; activating WiFi hub, however it’s flashed all day. We reset but still flashing hours later, and now can’t get through on phone to activate new WiFi box. Any help at all? Been on hold for an hour now, no WiFi for 2 days.

    @virginmedia Media service. We had cancelled and got a call Tuesday offering us a better deal, to be activated today. Rang earlier and spent nearly 50 minutes on the phone with a great woman who went through our new package which for some reason hadn’t been auctioned.

    @virginmedia No, you never gave me one. Just an automated email and then via Resolver RES8137564. Agent yesterday promised me Paul would call me before 4pm. She said my complaint had been closed in error as a duplicate but you’ve never attempted contact despite it being over 3 weeks.

It seems my only recourse is to spread it far & wide that one should never trust Virgin Media. A shame because they were reliable for 11 years - they've just been shocking since the pandemic.

    @virginmedia new customer, install due today, had an emergency come up trying to arrange earlier install. just waited 30 mins on and off hold with on of your agents to be told they can add a note but nothing else, and if i am not home i will be charged... great first impression
