When I rang back on Thursday to complete my order for a replacement box (after being offered a V6 but would have to pay installation) I was told no later than 5pm Friday.

Still no call from an engineer, told replacement TiVo box would come by post for it to come out by courier and get notified of this 20 minutes after the delivery window has started and I was at work 😡

The engineer was supposed to be calling about my ongoing intermittent service issues, with both TV and internet.

I was told just this afternoon that I would get a call from a manager around 4pm. Guess what? No call. It’s just really, really bad to be lied to and messed around for a service that we’re paying for and not getting.
