    Looks like I’ve to miss yet another college lecture because my wifi is not working. One of my neighbours rang virgin, they said it won’t be back until around 8pm, I need it at 6🙃this is happening far too often @virginmedia, paying 7 grand for a masters I can’t go to class for!

    @virginmedia How rude that I’ve just called and spoke to someone who left me on hold for over 20 mins, I hung up, called back and you’re closed 😡 you’ve cancelled a service which was never agreed to be cancelled in the first place. Now another 18 months of this crap 🤬🤯
