@virginmedia Yes I hung up on that line and called again. Waited another hour and got through! Ongoing issue with landline not able to receive calls which is still with your tech support. Over 3 hours on the phone to VM yesterday - clearly need more customer service agents. 👎🏻

@virginmedia Finally got through to someone. I had to lie about my calls intentions and take a different path. Earliest they can do is Thursday even though we have already waited 5 days for an engineer who didnt fix it. Is there anyone who can escalate this via twitter???????????
