    Terrible service from #virginmedia for 3 months+. Spent hours on the phone for the goalposts to be moved again. Apparently if you are residential customer intermittent service in a 24 hour period is acceptable, even if that is 10 minutes Bye bye 🖐🏻🖐🏻#bonvoyage

    @virginmedia I have had a letter to say my sons email address is sending spam emails. I have changed my password just in case but am having an issue with certain emails being undelivered. Have you put a spam indicator on my emails. This is causing me big problems

    @virginmedia @WeAreOpenreach @cardiffcouncil @LornaLwyl @Keep_Wales_Tidy I believe this particular one is openreach, just highlighting this is an issue with both companies. One volunteer has previously written to virgin media posting spent wiring with the letters, but this issue it seems is not being addressed adequately across the whole of the UK

    Once again still on hold from @virginmedia 24 mins takes the piss, to make a complaint the fact we have 1 of there team phone us 4 times a day for the same thing over a week,come on @virginmedia I know you need to promote your packages but 4 times a day for a week. Pls answer 📞.

    Phoned @virginmedia to see what they can do about a payment holiday since we are forced to remain closed for the foreseeable and obviously not using any of our broadband services. They offered a discount of half a months bill. Wow. The worst company we have spoken to so far 😰

    @virginmedia To be honest the telephone support from call centre was very poor. No answer to my request about customers who are vulnerable and who else I could talk to. Just “wait another 72 hours” .....It was email, Facebook and twitter messages that helped

    @virginmedia So to wrap things up we was told on the 22nd of August the internet would be fixed, then told the 26th of August, fast forward it’s now the 28th internet still not fixed! Customer retention is obviously not something you care about, moving to sky next month 👌

    @virginmedia We went through the house moving process yesterday morning via the online system, this is when the advisor informed of the timescales, we indicted we wished to raise a complaint and again went through the online system but received no ref number and there is no complaint showing

    @virginmedia Amazing! Our telephone number eventually ported after 5 1/2 a half weeks! Now our next challenge - making a complaint! We can't make a complaint because our new account hasn't been linked to our email address. Rang Virgin - there seems to be no option for Customer Service 😕

    @virginmedia But it has still been out for 13 days so far. Also having to use Virgin Mobile data to check for updates on what amounts to a very lacklustre service. A neighbour has had to spend over £200 to get a freeview aerial fitted just so that his wife doesn’t miss her soaps.

    @virginmedia Everything else is working but slow. But our WhatsApp works off the WiFi & I’m other people’s houses. So it’s a virgin issue. If u DM I can send the the video, it’s so frustrating.
