    @jordanjaylam @virginmedia @richardbranson I am experiencing the same problem Jordan. Pay £3 a month extra for boosters that don’t work, as well as WiFi that doesn’t connect to all the rooms, liberty! Hope your problem gets resolved soon.

    @virginmedia It’s supposed to be a 100Mbps service but it’s rarely at that speed. No WiFi in the kitchen (5meters away) and in the bedrooms upstairs. It’s th worst WiFi I’ve had in years. Kids can’t use PS4 in the room directly next to the one with the router in it.

    @virginmedia I received some really poor customer service today. Waited 60mins finally spoke to someone and they didn’t seem to understand that Netflix is included in ultimate volt package which I have. Then decided to hang up the phone on me. Poor CS for the money I pay to you!!
