@virginmedia Not sure who we’ve been speaking to for the last day. But they’ve been the most helpful member of staff we’ve had contact with over the last five months. Has not only helped me fix the problem, answered any questions, but is taking my formal complaint further for us.

@virginmedia I pay £40 a month JUST for WiFi!!!! it’s horrendous. Slow, can’t handle streaming a simple Amazon Prime video, and I’m getting charged DOUBLE what I paid originally a few years back! I’ll be phoning to leave Monday morning, £40 is terrible, let alone for poor service

After calling Linksys, it was 45 mins on the phone with @virginmedia with the agent arguing with me that they can’t help with my hub if it’s in modem mode only for them to pass it on to someone else who changes a setting and asks me to reset. 30 wait for results now.

@virginmedia So when your system fails you’re telling customers it’s because the wifi signal through their home needs boosting and you will charge them more for the pleasure. I have signal extenders. But no extender can extend a signal that’s not coming into the router 😡
