Hey @bt_uk I’ve just had a call from a lady claiming to be BT Open Reach & there is a problem with my internet connection, I need to access my computer whilst on the phone with me to show me and fix the problem. As I’m with @virginmedia I’m guessing this is a scam. Am I right?

@virginmedia Wired connections are pretty much the same, were never able to get through to a human unfortunately (which has been our experience since joining Virgin) We replaced the superhub with a stronger WiFi router due to its terrible performance so can't can't even run self tests 😳

@virginmedia Hi. Our ridiculous amount of logged calls and engineer visits can tell the story. We are constantly told there are no issues but we lose internet connection and wifi several times a day. It’s appalling.
