    @VodafoneUK logic.... Puts customers bills up by 2.5% but still won’t offer a RELIABLE network or a discount on customers bills when they’ve not been able to use their 4G due to their network being down AGAIN in the CV10 9LE area. #sortitout #unreliable #poorcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK sold me faulty broadband,charged me 100 of £ for data, after months of dispute agrd to cancel charges but ‘forgot’ i had to request a recording of call - took 30 days. It’s 53 mins long,clear except for the 8 mins where they said they would cancel which is distorted.

    Customer service via a live chat with @VodafoneUK is like pulling teeth. A reply every 3 minutes and a question after a question. How many customers do you actually get through this way per day, surely it can't be many. Almost 45 mins for simple query! 😴😴😴😴😴😴

    Am in a state of shock at the truly appalling "customer service" I received today from @VodafoneUK. Seems they've lost me as a customer now and they couldn't care less. Needless to say I can't imagine I'll use them any time soon and would recommend everyone avoids them too.

    @VodafoneUK been into Sutton Coldfield store 3 times to request NHS discount to be added to my contracts & provided ID each time. 3 times I’ve been promised & assured it’s done. Now 3 times I’ve been lied to & money taken from my bank. Awful customer service. Sort it out!

    @benjamincohen @VodafoneUK I had this from. Eon had sold on an unpaid bill at a flat BELOW the one I lived in, 6 months after I moved out. Likely similar error. I had to spend ages on the phone and raise issues about Data breaches before they admitted their mistake.

    @BromleyCommuter @VodafoneUK Hi, London bridge station has poor coverage due to the persistent failure of others to decide on the best technical and commercial solution at London Bridge station. Vodafone have been working tirelessly for over 5 years now to depoy a dedicated solution but this has failed

    @VodafoneUK I have roaming barring turned on for my phone, when I try to log on to my Vodafone to sort this out I get told to enter a code which has been texted to me, of course I never recieve the code because I have barring turned on. How an I supposed to resolve this?
