@VodafoneUK you are rubbish. no phone contact number To talk about a bill . You cant set up an online acc as not working, chat system can't log into an account but you can pass an 84 year old persons bill to a debt agency who don't answer the phone. Contact me now or ofcom next

@virginmedia I’m not impressed. Switched for phone and broadband on 31st Aug. Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

Data on #vodafone in parts of hove is so abysmal. Signal not great In places , in fact whole of 30min walk , and data virtually zero throughput. Seriously considering switching network on next renewal . @VodafoneUK BN4 1WB currently (beach) but applies broadly

@VodafoneUK Second time of an engineer no show, with my services still not on. What is going on? £300 down from taking two consecutive days off UNPAID. The bloody broadband doesn't cost that much a year.
