You cant set up an online acc as not working, chat system can't log into an account but you can pass an 84 year old persons bill to a debt agency who don't answer the phone. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

Really helpful, my business is unworkable without a phone. Odd that both went same day!!!
