    @EE @MarcAllera you really employ some incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

    @virginmedia I’m not impressed. Switched for phone and broadband on 31st Aug. Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

    Missold Amazon Prime on a phone contract removed after 12 month instead of 24 month the length of contract. Argued with them at the time. Went without & now offered £40 as compo. Pretty shocking @VodafoneUK & yet you'd like to renew. You've let me down with this & broadband now
