KirstE (@kjane28) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK Do not promote your service with city fibre as being a “no more waiting”. This has to be the poorest business partnership I’ve ever known. Waiting in for second connection again … and it’s another No Show. But don’t worry coz you will bombard me with texts all week!
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, EnglandThis is stupid now @VodafoneUK I’m not paying for my broadband this month. It’s useless, I have spent more hours on the phone to support than I have using it successfully

-
Jorden (@jordenlanex) reported from Poole, England@VodafoneUK I need to speak to someone ASAP about my phone but can’t get through to anyone online or through the phone can someone help!!
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK Thanks just having a general rant - I’m outraged at Vodaphones poor support. Have spent time with the team on the phone and 5mins after they leave the call (as we thought we’d stabilised) it died - it’s in escalation for a specialist to check in tomorrow hopefully
-
Lizzy Maries (@lizzy_maries) reported from Bournemouth, England@CityFibre @VodafoneUK we’re so mad at you! We switched to your new network, wifi goes down all the time, your ref numbers don’t recognise, hours on chat support… still no wifi. Don’t switch 😞
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK I told you your router is crap - but no what do I know I’m just a customer, now ALL my devices are whining about the connection
-
Donovan Lynaghan (@d_lynaghan) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK service is appalling. Requested a phone disconnected earlier this year, confirmed, and still being charged. Your bots can't answer everything! #poorcustomerservice

Lizzie Jane 🎭 (@LizzieMizzie_) reported from Sturminster Marshall, England@VodafoneUK hi. I’m having trouble updating my voicemail greeting. I keep getting an Error 1035 pop up. I’ve tried resetting network, doing this with 4G and airplane mode. Still says the same thing. Can you help me please?
-
James (@jsbilsbrough) reported from Boscombe, England@GrzegorzLeeski @stegoat @VodafoneUK Same here in Bournemouth, looks pretty serious as half their systems seem to be down. Cleaned unplugged the server again ?
-
BGS (@Glyn1980) reported from Bournemouth, EnglandFed up @VodafoneUK - my phone has had virtually no signal at all for around 17 days or so. Can't make or receive calls. Your advisor gave link to network status tracker and it shows maintenance, and it did have a completion date of 16/6 last week, now there is no completion date
-
BGS (@Glyn1980) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK Understood, still fail to see why for the same phone you want to charge £25 a month extra and for an additional year. The £60+ you quoted was also for less GB's of data and it included max tariff discount of £7ppm according to your agent.
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK at what point can I escalate the hopelessness of my service to the regulator as a formal grievance of the performance. Another day, still hopeless broadband and no update from the support teams that promise to update (I know you guys here don’t handle that)
-
Tanya (@TanyaOCo) reported from Poole, England@VodafoneUK worst service I have experienced this year.... If that’s how you treat customers at the start I dread to think how you treat them later on!
-
Owen Vachell 🌍🌏🌎🗺 (@OwenVachell) reported from Poole, England@TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

-
Graham Sephton (@MickeyMcMonkey) reported@VodafoneUK absolutely abysmal. You cut my wife's SIM off after some mixup with an esim transfer on Thursday It's now Sunday and we're still being constantly told it'll be another 24 to 48 hours. Complaint already been made but still no progress and no proactive updates. Joke.
-
Paul Jones - Performer/Shooter, Web sites🔞 (@pauljonesAIR) reported@VodafoneUK OK, so, a complaint Phone, with bank cards, lost. No problem, get a new one. I went to the vodafone shop, with my passport and my bank statement. They can't help. They can only order a sim for a lost phone if I have my bank cards. The ones in the phone. That will take a week to replace. They told me to phone customer services. CS were surprised the shop could not help, so put me through security. Which I failed. I even have a 4 digit code? Never used it. My last bill? No idea, because it's a text on my phone. Look at my bank statement? Fair plan, but my LOST PHONE is my 2FA device, so before showing my my statement, my bank will send a text to my phone, the one I don't have any more... They said I failed security and the only option would be a security reset. They'd send me an email. You know what the security reset asks for? a PHOTO of my passport and a PHOTO of my bank statement. You know what is LESS SECURE than a person standing in front of you, with their physical passport and bank statement? A photo of those documents attached to a form. It's almost as though you have not paid attention to what AI image generation can do these days. If you ever need to get a DBS check, they require you turn up, in person , and present physical documents. Not photos. SUGGESTION : If a customer comes to a shop with their passport and bank statement, THAT IS SECURE ID and the shop should be able to order a sim replacement.

Tamzin (@TweetsByTamzin) reportedSo funny that I made an official complaint with @VodafoneUK in August 2025 that STILL hasn’t been resolved. I have no idea where to start with this.
