    @VodafoneUK hello, right my current phone is on contract with u but it’s broken so need a new one, contract ends sept 19 willing to pay to upgrade or contact termination but you can’t get your termination fees correct had 3 or 4 diff prices #Nothappy #help

    @VodafoneUK I already have a Vodafone contract and I had seen on a previous tweet that any contracts taking out before a certain date would not be affected.Also why would I have to pay roaming charges for in a country for example Greece, you are automatically connected to Vodafone network

    @VodafoneUK so you’ve decided to alter the terms of my contract midway through and change the agree Bill and up it by 2.5%.this is bad enough anyway let alone during this crisis. Rest assured at the end of my contract I’ll be leaving Vodafone after 20 years. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @VodafoneUK Interesting scam attempt today. Call from landline claiming to be vodafone with a discount for my monthly payment for being a loyal customer. Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.
