@VodafoneUK so I again tried to call you. Asked for a call back and was told 26-42 mins. That was 2.5 hrs ago. No call back. In store yesterday. Systems down. I shall take my contract elsewhere as I am up. I'll just cancel direct debit. Take this as my leaving notice.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

I struggle to understand how @VodafoneUK can never understand my query when I call. The training in these centres are either sub-standard or they've done a huge recruitment drive and EVERYONE is new. Nobody knows anything.

@VodafoneUK Increased traffic there is every year, yet come the summer we get less than second rate service yet pay the same. Towns and villages like ours should be priority for upgrading. Nothing has improved in the four years I have lived here and I am sick of empty promises and apologies.

If you buying a new phone please be aware that the customer service that @VodafoneUK offer is terrible I was told I’ll get a call back from a manager within 24 hours 9 days later still nothing. After being lied to by two managers. Not what u expect when you need help
