    @VodafoneUK so I’m getting a discount on my broadband as I’m not getting the speeds but you won’t let me cancel for free, you alnowledge it’s below average speeds and doesn’t work but I can’t leave. Shocking service

    @ramhl__26 @alexlowe30 @jctweet90 @EE @O2 @VodafoneUK I love @O2 too but have to admit my signal is absolutely terrible in Leeds and York too, the two cities I am in the most, this is despite my phone showing I have 4G and pretty much full signal

    @VodafoneUK so I again tried to call you. Asked for a call back and was told 26-42 mins. That was 2.5 hrs ago. No call back. In store yesterday. Systems down. I shall take my contract elsewhere as I am up. I'll just cancel direct debit. Take this as my leaving notice.

    @VodafoneUK i cant get on my vodafone iphone app it tells me to turn off wifi and connect through the phone network when i do this it says keep trying in 10 seconds

    @RingGo_parking Very sorry for the delay! No I’m on the current public release. However it would appear it was @VodafoneUK issues as when tried other apps they were slow to update or not connect at all.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

    @mrpauldunphy @VodafoneUK Took me over a month to get a resolution to a problem they created. One point a bloke shouted down the phone "YOU JUST DON'T GET IT DO YOU!". On the whole an utterly miserable experience.

    I struggle to understand how @VodafoneUK can never understand my query when I call. The training in these centres are either sub-standard or they've done a huge recruitment drive and EVERYONE is new. Nobody knows anything.

    @GeorgeMonbiot I had the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company with @VodafoneUK Literally had me in tears of disbelief & exasperation. Lied & were unaccountable for their actions. I’d been with them for 17yrs. Eventuality got out & have warned others ever since not to go near them.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Had a similar issue with AT&T. Cancelled and they kept charging the direct debit for months afterwards. After repeated calls, they insisted it was taken care of. It wasn't. If a corp keeps taking money unauthorized from your account, the strategy IS stealing.

    @GeorgeMonbiot Absolutely horrible for you and your poor dad in what is such a sad time. My mum had an @EE account and when I phoned they put me through to a person who specifically dealt (really kindly and efficiently) with everything. Why can’t @VodafoneUK do that? Nasty company!

This kind of terrible customer care by @VodafoneUK and others needs to be named and shamed. Can't help thinking we need something better than Twitter, long running issues get lost.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK @TalkTalk won’t let me cancel a broadband account *in my name* because the security questions were an ex housemates details I didn’t get first time (I told them). She still pays the bills but if she stops I’ll be liable. When I ring now they cut me off each time…
