    @VodafoneUK @steve_sps Hmmm, except when you do that it takes you to a list of options, none of which are relevant and when you specify what you are looking for help with “computer says no”. Maybe if the advisers were actually real people there might be a chance you could help…….?

    @VodafoneUK I’m unable to download your My Vodafone app onto my iPhone. The Apple App Store is saying it’s not available on my region. Have also tried it on my partners iPhone and having the same issue???

    @VodafoneUK But this guy actually listened, and while it took him a while (about 20 minutes of him putting me on and off hold), he collected info off me (again) and this time bounced me to someone who, with the details in front of them, was able to solve the problem in under 90 seconds.

    @VodafoneUK 2 Hours 19 minutes. While I'm happy to have got it sorted, there is no way that such a simple procedure should have been rendered so complicated by such a horribly broken system.

    @VodafoneUK @MyselfBecome Lets sum this up. Trying (for the first time) to open a vodafone account with our business, 70 minutes on the livechat, with them attempting to upsell and going through the terms of service.

    @VodafoneUK Eventually someone called Tim did thing, got in touch and found that someone higher up the pay scale was meant to be fixing it. They're not, they're meant to fix it, so kudos to Tim for checking everything first, but nothing has been fixed, and it's clear that it won't be here.
