    @VodafoneUK @steve_sps Hmmm, except when you do that it takes you to a list of options, none of which are relevant and when you specify what you are looking for help with “computer says no”. Maybe if the advisers were actually real people there might be a chance you could help…….?

    @VodafoneUK I’m unable to download your My Vodafone app onto my iPhone. The Apple App Store is saying it’s not available on my region. Have also tried it on my partners iPhone and having the same issue???

    @dgwbirch My 78yr old neighbour is without a working @VodafoneUK service for 6 days now. She’s been dealing with chat agents on 2 major stints - one of 3 hours and one of 4 hours. (All they’re doing is swapping a sim)
