@VodafoneUK so you’ve decided to alter the terms of my contract midway through and change the agree Bill and up it by 2.5%.this is bad enough anyway let alone during this crisis. Rest assured at the end of my contract I’ll be leaving Vodafone after 20 years. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@EE @MarcAllera you really employ some incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

@virginmedia I’m not impressed. Switched for phone and broadband on 31st Aug. Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

@VodafoneUK Absolutely dire service. Cant get through on the phone. Hours spent online chatting to a bot. My sim is disconnected and reconnected to solve signal issues which it didn't resolve and not my bill is £18 a month higher because the person who disconnevted it removed the discount!

@VodafoneUK is there a problem with the broadband? For 3 days we have not been able to watch sky glass or anything requiring WiFi. We have done a speed test and it is 0.35 MBPS? Have unplugged the router but still useless?
