Really helpful, my business is unworkable without a phone. Odd that both went same day!!!

I have called back since then a promised another call back. I’ve spent over 4 hours on to Vodafone in a week and still not resolved. This is VERY serious.

You're persuaded to take something for free but are actually being charged for it, and when you raise the issue they just say as tough luck, we have a signed legally binding contract!
