    Really regretting joining @VodafoneUK had sim almost 2 weeks, no services since activation, PAC transfer taken almost a week and still not done, shocking service. If you’re switching networks, I’d advise caution!

    Hey @VodafoneUK trying to cancel my data sim and no ones taking any calls. As the only reason I have to speak to someone is so you can try and talk me out of cancelling, I expect you to make it easier for me to do this!

    Hi @VodafoneUK i've been trying to get a pac code since 8pm yesterday. When i rang, customer services said the system is down (i was on hold for an hour to be told this). It's still not coming through when i text pac and my pin. Can you help please.

    @VodafoneUK our network coverage is crap phone says 3 bars of coverage in the house but when you try and make a call it drops out altogether! So the only way to make a call with 4 phones on Vodafone is to stand at the end of the garden!

    @VodafoneUK i need to speak to someone from vodafone please. The call centre that i keep getting connected to dont seem able to help or maybe they dont understand my issue. Neither does my local vodafone store.

    @VodafoneUK 1) quite possibly the worst broadband switch experience in the 20years I've lived in this property. 3 weeks with no connection, multiple engineer no shows, call center hopeless and, to make matters worse, a fake and fraudulent instruction to cancel.
