@mrpauldunphy @VodafoneUK Took me over a month to get a resolution to a problem they created. One point a bloke shouted down the phone "YOU JUST DON'T GET IT DO YOU!". On the whole an utterly miserable experience.

I struggle to understand how @VodafoneUK can never understand my query when I call. The training in these centres are either sub-standard or they've done a huge recruitment drive and EVERYONE is new. Nobody knows anything.

@VodafoneUK our network coverage is crap phone says 3 bars of coverage in the house but when you try and make a call it drops out altogether! So the only way to make a call with 4 phones on Vodafone is to stand at the end of the garden!

Hi @VodafoneUK i've been trying to get a pac code since 8pm yesterday. When i rang, customer services said the system is down (i was on hold for an hour to be told this). It's still not coming through when i text pac and my pin. Can you help please.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

I now know what it feels like to be on #EE or #three at my address! Unfortunately my serving @Vodafoneuk cell is currently not working. One bar 4G or more likely 2bar 3G with no or little thruput. site has a power issue apparently hope its not off too long. WiFi calls only atm🙄

Been with @VodafoneUK for many years, no complaints. That all changed in last fortnight. Still not resolved the issue I reported on 14 Jan. Mbl data not working, now can’t make or receive calls! I’m paying for a WiFi only phone! No urgency from them, no consistency, no empathy.
