I struggle to understand how @VodafoneUK can never understand my query when I call. The training in these centres are either sub-standard or they've done a huge recruitment drive and EVERYONE is new. Nobody knows anything.

@VodafoneUK so I again tried to call you. Asked for a call back and was told 26-42 mins. That was 2.5 hrs ago. No call back. In store yesterday. Systems down. I shall take my contract elsewhere as I am up. I'll just cancel direct debit. Take this as my leaving notice.

Hi @VodafoneUK i've been trying to get a pac code since 8pm yesterday. When i rang, customer services said the system is down (i was on hold for an hour to be told this). It's still not coming through when i text pac and my pin. Can you help please.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

@VodafoneUK hi vodafone mother company, i. I am a vodafone ADSL Egyptian user since 2013, now they cut the service oyt since 27March2022, and I've submitted 2 complaints no. 1-53526153728 And 1-53600143098 And till now, no one called to solve the problem and I'm still offline
