@mrpauldunphy @VodafoneUK Took me over a month to get a resolution to a problem they created. One point a bloke shouted down the phone "YOU JUST DON'T GET IT DO YOU!". On the whole an utterly miserable experience.

They might be a little more expensive than other networks I have been with before but I've always had good service if I've been stuck with something. This is probably just a glitch in the system tbh

@VodafoneUK so it turns out the repair bag Vodafone send to return handsets do not meet @RoyalMailHelp guidelines all phone should be in rigid containers now I’m £1600 down as Royal Mail are refusing to reimburse due to Vodafone skimping on packaging 👍🏼
