@Mteasel67 @VodafoneUK I was 2 months from an upgrade, I’ve never really had any issues from o2, it’s bad seeing as you was such a loyal customer but I know a few that have had issues with Vodafone.

Just spend 3hrs trying to sort a simple customer service problem with @VodafoneUK on the phone. 2x cut off, 1x promised call back which didn’t happen, finally informed can’t fix til Monday. That’s an afternoon I’ll never get back.

@VodafoneUK you’re service is beyond shoddy. My internet has gone down, call your helpline. Says I have an overdue balance, takes me to payment line which says I have a ZERO pounds overdue balance. Asks me if I want to pay zero pounds. Speak to your helpline

@VodafoneUK I just say your customer service centre is appalling at best, on the phone for an hour and they still can’t sort out my internet issue despite only upgrading this week, I pay you clowns 🤡 nearly £180 every month and if I don’t get service my direct debits will stop😡
