    @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    @VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for slapping a late payment fee on my bill, especially when you made it impossible for me to contact you to tell you I was struggling to pay on time this month because; rising energy costs!! I have never defaulted in my 7 years with you so yeah, thanks a lot!!

    @VodafoneUK I appreciate the response but not the avoidance of the subject. Why would Vodafone continue to charge a customer, who neglected to cancel a contract, for something they have paid for, i.e., the handset? I am not upgrading, I’m leaving.

    It’s been a pain ordering a new phone. From lies to incorrect information, and this is when I have to spend more money with @VodafoneUK than today. You make it so hard to do business with you! And so painful. No concern for customer care and on top of this a fraud and a scam!

    @VodafoneUK In my 20+ years as a customer this has never happened to me, nor my partner who has been a customer for over 10 years. It still does not answer the initial question. Why do Vodafone charge customers the same rate if the fail to cancel or change their contract, £60 for me?
