@VodafoneUK I’ve apparently gone over 16GB of data “a contract I was put on because I would never go over this allowance” rang your customer service for help/advice. Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

@tri_c_livesey @VodafoneUK This is my greatest fear/problem/issue with technology; too many people who work with computers think all of life’s problems can be solved by computers. I don’t want my life run by computers, phones, and apps. Personal/human input is still massively important

@VodafoneUK I had asked for help many times - it took forever to get some help - hours waiting on a payphone and using a friend's wi-fi - my DM's here usually took 12 - 24 hours to get a reply and then it was strangely hard to find my account! Vodafone let me down in so many serious ways.

@VodafoneUK Call back.. get through. Same old. We’ve had open reach out, engineers in. We’ve switched channels and every other setting as advised. Lines have been tested again and again. Most agents suggest that the router is a bit old and could be the problem.
