Smithstaaaa (@Jolzski) reported from Cheltenham, England@VodafoneUK I’ve apparently gone over 16GB of data “a contract I was put on because I would never go over this allowance” rang your customer service for help/advice. Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

Now, due to this, I have now got to go out and buy another phone which is WiFi calling compatible. Great customer service not.

The issue is that you don't do wifi SMS (like at least one other network) and I have to use SMS to log into your website. So that isn't a great user experience. The main reason I am with you is because of SureSignal...
