    @VodafoneUK I’ve apparently gone over 16GB of data “a contract I was put on because I would never go over this allowance” rang your customer service for help/advice. Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

    @OnecomUK had text saying my details have been transferred to @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 28/2/20 went into #Cheltenham store to upgrade my phone and iPad number still not on their computers very bad service from u guys, and your only around mon-fri when people need 24/7/365

    Dear @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK @Vodacom please note that when you take a mere 5 months to ‘sort out’ billing problems on my account: with me spending literally hours on the phone (inc Christmas Eve) because phones have INCORRECTLY being cut off 5 TIMES;

    @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK VOXI Customers cannot request a Subject Access Request. The Subject Access Request requires a Vodafone login, and unable to connect with VOXI login. VOXI customers have to print out a form and pay a £10. Completely unfair on VOXI customers..

    Never known such poor customer service as @VodafoneUK, apparently it takes up to 3 days to clear an solved issue from LAST year before they can even look at our current issue that's been going on now for well over a week?!! 🤯🤯

    @VodafoneUK I claimed my #veryme code for a @thortful Mother’s Day Card. Tried to use the code, but the payment wouldn’t go through. Tried several times, but kept getting ‘error’. Was this a known issue with @thortful site? Now my code has expired

    @VodafoneUK Soooooo fed up with lack of service from Vodafone. Installed broadband in December and NOT had 24 hours of continuous service. Here I am after numerous calls and 5 engineer visits holding, yet again because I have no broadband connection. 😠
