@VodafoneUK Hi Nathan, the phone is not mine,I just wanted to help out by topping it for her. The number is +44 7464 777065, your customers service can’t do anything as I am not the account holder, albeit the cardholder who hasn’t given permission to save my number, will inform Ofcom

@Foxtrot__Oscar @VodafoneUK Vodafone introduced a new "extra" which is compulsory to enable outbound roaming in Europe. My retired friend in France was told this *after* she'd gone to France for the summer and put £50 on her account - her service suddenly cut-off - shocking and dangerous.

@fergief57508492 @VodafoneUK Don’t DO IT! Actually a trap! They couldn’t give one shit about their customers! The advisor literally said to me, I wouldn’t be happy either! Cheers then. 😂

@VodafoneUK got this today Disgusting at these hard times we’re making a small change to the cost of your plan. We never want to charge you more, but rest assured we’re investing £1 billion this year in our network to give you the best experience Your bill will go up by 2.5%

  • gingeadams
Chris Adams (@gingeadams) reported from Cheltenham, England

@tri_c_livesey @VodafoneUK This is my greatest fear/problem/issue with technology; too many people who work with computers think all of life’s problems can be solved by computers. I don’t want my life run by computers, phones, and apps. Personal/human input is still massively important

  • iemhouston
EMMΛ (@iemhouston) reported from Gloucestershire, England

@JamesOsypiw @VodafoneUK @O2 I’ve always hated Vodafone. I’ve been with O2 for about 10 years now, signal isn’t great, ever but the benefits are always worth having

  • Glos_Lad
Luke Wolton 🇬🇧🍒⚪ (@Glos_Lad) reported from Brockworth, England

I'm so glad I'm not a @VodafoneUK customer, my Partner has been waiting since the 2nd February for a very simple request without any answers!

  • emilynxylor
Emily Naylor (@emilynxylor) reported from Cheltenham, England

@VodafoneUK we currently have no broadband, have run through all required tests, reset etc and still nothing. App saying there’s no agents available to speak with as all are busy and to ‘check back later’. How do we rectify this? Not great customer service.

What exactly are you playing at @VodafoneUK? I was looking to moving to the network. Not happening now.

  • ramella_jay
    Jay Ramella (@ramella_jay) reported

@SimonDanczuk @VodafoneUK I certainly would, but their service has been so abysmal for years I doubt there are vast numbers of subscribers. Neat job for Vodafone/Car Phone Warehouse, though. They hand out a few SIMs and superannuated handsets: Government pay the migrant mobile bills. Kerching!

  • realmocktheleft
    Mock the Left (@realmocktheleft) reported

@RegSimpkin @VodafoneUK I'd **** 'em off mate. Giving SIMs to gimmegrants. Bastards.

  • Benson93077859
Mr Crypto Project Manager (@Benson93077859) reported

@VodafoneUK been with Vodafone 12+ years, I just wasted hours on the phone to their support because I get intermittent coverage at both of my properties & it’s getting worse, yet I’m paying 100% of the bill only to be told it’s tough & they are sorry! Absolute joke, moving to EE

  • Ramasesuk
    Ian Robinson (@Ramasesuk) reported

@VodafoneUK why has your coverage/signal been absolutely awful for the last few months in north Devon? Is it because you joined with 3 and have shut down your own masts and are using there’s?

  • BoBaDobDobs
    BoB (@BoBaDobDobs) reported

@VodafoneUK When will you be allowing Three customers to use Vodafone signal then? You’ve already allowed Vodafone customers to use Three. It seems Three customers are not as important as Vodafone customers in your merger

  • Whitelikedan
    Dan White (@Whitelikedan) reported

@MrsSamClarke @VodafoneUK He doesn't even use his real name, which says alot about him. I hope they both get in trouble, him and vodafone.

  • RogueOne18
    Rogue One (@RogueOne18) reported

Now for the ACTUAL truth… Vodafone doesn’t give “illegal migrants” free SIMs, it donates SIMs to UK charities who support asylum seekers ALREADY IN THE system. Claims it hands them out to people crossing the Channel are false. @VodafoneUK your legal team may be interested

  • Orsassur2
    Or Sassur (@Orsassur2) reported

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK, your customer service in London was an absolute disgrace. I went to your store simply to buy a Vodafone SIM card and was treated like an enemy of the Crown rather than a potential customer. The attitude of the staff was arrogant, hostile and completely disproportionate to such a simple request. When a customer challenges poor service, your employees should not respond with intimidation, threats or an attitude designed to make the customer feel unwelcome. Your store staff are there to serve customers—not interrogate them as if they were members of the Secret Service. I expected professionalism from a major British telecommunications company. Instead, I experienced arrogance, hostility and behaviour that left me questioning whether Vodafone actually wants customers. @VodafoneUK, is this really the standard of customer service you consider acceptable in London? Because if so, the problem isn't the customer. The problem is Vodafone.
