BGS (@Glyn1980) reported from Bournemouth, EnglandFed up @VodafoneUK - my phone has had virtually no signal at all for around 17 days or so. Can't make or receive calls. Your advisor gave link to network status tracker and it shows maintenance, and it did have a completion date of 16/6 last week, now there is no completion date
-
BGS (@Glyn1980) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK Understood, still fail to see why for the same phone you want to charge £25 a month extra and for an additional year. The £60+ you quoted was also for less GB's of data and it included max tariff discount of £7ppm according to your agent.

Owen Vachell (@OwenVachell) reported from Poole, England@VodafoneUK Ah ok. I’m a new customer so have never accessed the app before. Wasn’t sure if there was something else I needed to setup. Thanks for the quick response. 👍🏻
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK I’ll let you know - I’m on the phone with support, she thinks she knows where the issue is but has to consult a different team first to ensure the fix is the right idea. 3 MONTHS I’ve waited - dial up is faster than my fibre right now
-
XYZ (@divingwill) reported from Bournemouth, England@CityFibre @VodafoneUK I hope you have better customer service than we do. 9 days later and still no contact! The road and pavements are like swiss cheese, and they just seem to want to make more holes! @CityFibre are you looking to go into strip mining or something?
-
Lauren Lessells (@oggygone) reported from Christchurch, England@VodafoneUK broadband been down for a couple of hours in Bh232dz, thoughts?
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@ThreeUK I know you hate me and never can be bothered to provide me with phone service and I do apologise for actually using a healthy wedge of my unlimited data today - please take up grievance with @VodafoneUK whose broadband has been dead all day even after phoning for help!

Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK I told you your router is crap - but no what do I know I’m just a customer, now ALL my devices are whining about the connection
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, EnglandDay 9 of @VodafoneUK broadband hopelessness, they don’t know what’s wrong - promise updates that never come. It’s a long time to wait between updates when you can’t work properly
-
KirstE (@kjane28) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK Do not promote your service with city fibre as being a “no more waiting”. This has to be the poorest business partnership I’ve ever known. Waiting in for second connection again … and it’s another No Show. But don’t worry coz you will bombard me with texts all week!
-
Pat Brandwood (@PatBrandwood) reported from Poole, England@maccaspacca1 @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Isn't the problem that these companies pay very low wages to staff who know nothing except how to answer a phone, often not in their first language? Try asking a train line call service about a town in England.
-
Georgia T: Comms pro (@GeorgiaTurner) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK I’ve done that. Today I’ve been told our appt is cancelled, that it was never scheduled in the first place & also that an engineer is still definitely coming before 6pm. Can you confirm which please? If anything but the latter, apologies in advance for the reaction this end.
-
Nige to my friends (@NigelGM) reported from Bournemouth, England@Ofcom please help. @VodafoneUK have been useless
-
Philly B (@Philip_AnthonyB) reported from Poole, England@notorious_twub I was with @virginmedia for several years, no end of problems. And their customer service is shocking. I moved to @VodafoneUK for broadband and they have been fantastic. I won’t go back to VM.
-
Lizzy Maries (@lizzy_maries) reported from Bournemouth, England@CityFibre @VodafoneUK we’re so mad at you! We switched to your new network, wifi goes down all the time, your ref numbers don’t recognise, hours on chat support… still no wifi. Don’t switch 😞
-
Rob Swain (@swain_elect) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK @SpotifyUK What about concentrating on getting your signal sorted? #fail #Vodafonedown
-
KirstE (@kjane28) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK @CityFibre what part of we don’t want your service do you not understand? Told Vodafone customer services 3 times we want to cancel after appalling communication and 3 times no shows and move of internal fit date. Kept all record of it so u can stop blaming each other
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK at what point can I escalate the hopelessness of my service to the regulator as a formal grievance of the performance. Another day, still hopeless broadband and no update from the support teams that promise to update (I know you guys here don’t handle that)

Ian (@Theogles1) reported@realmocktheleft @VodafoneUK I ****** Vodafone off 15 years ago, I was working in Perth Australia and forgot to turn data off. Never used it because I bought a local SIM. Got back to Portugal and hit with over 1k bill. Bastards
-
AFCDavid (@DaveP701) reported@BasedMillwallGB @VodafoneUK I’m cancelling. This is awful.
-
Wanda Wrongthinker (@Wanda_wsn) reported@DailyMail @VodafoneUK are involved. Change providers. Better service with @O2 anyway.

-
Plant a Tree 🇬🇧 🏴 🚜 🥩 (@EugeAMM) reported@VodafoneUK Leaving after years with you. Donating free SIM cards to undocumented migrants arriving illegally on small boats is where I draw the line. I’ll be taking my custom to a network that respects UK border control and the rule of law. #Vodafone #CancelVodafone

Danny B (@DannyBee595) reportedI've had such a frustrating experience upgrading with @VodafoneUK , I wish I hadn't bothered. The bloatware on the Honor Magic V6 is already horrendous, but then I have to contend with pre-ticked boxes to install even more of the crap in "Vodafone Appbox"... which can't be skipped or closed. So I've had to go through 3 (full) screens of apps which nobody wants and had to untick the apps which Vodafone conveniently (and sneakily) ticked on my behalf. This is a great way to ruin the arrival of a new phone, which should be a positive experience. My mood is already frustrated from this, that's before I even start to uninstall all the other crap that HONOR put on their phones. I remember the pain I felt when I got my last phone trying to get rid of the Vodafone bloatware, but 3 years on it is so much worse now. NOBODY WANTS THIS JUNK. You're ruining the experience of what is meant to be your main product/service. Poor show.

Nigel Leeder (@qm8tknfyjy) reported@SimonDanczuk @VodafoneUK No, no network makes money of it
