-
Pat Brandwood (@PatBrandwood) reported from Poole, England@maccaspacca1 @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Isn't the problem that these companies pay very low wages to staff who know nothing except how to answer a phone, often not in their first language? Try asking a train line call service about a town in England.
-
James (@jsbilsbrough) reported from Boscombe, EnglandLooks like @VodafoneUK have had a major outage for home broadband users. Can’t get any outbound traffic, seems to be a core network issue as I get an IP but can’t ping their gateway or any IP (e.g. cloud flare or Google DNS servers.
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK I’ll let you know - I’m on the phone with support, she thinks she knows where the issue is but has to consult a different team first to ensure the fix is the right idea. 3 MONTHS I’ve waited - dial up is faster than my fibre right now
-
KirstE (@kjane28) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK @CityFibre what part of we don’t want your service do you not understand? Told Vodafone customer services 3 times we want to cancel after appalling communication and 3 times no shows and move of internal fit date. Kept all record of it so u can stop blaming each other
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, EnglandDay 9 of @VodafoneUK broadband hopelessness, they don’t know what’s wrong - promise updates that never come. It’s a long time to wait between updates when you can’t work properly
-
KirstE (@kjane28) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK Do not promote your service with city fibre as being a “no more waiting”. This has to be the poorest business partnership I’ve ever known. Waiting in for second connection again … and it’s another No Show. But don’t worry coz you will bombard me with texts all week!
-
James (@jsbilsbrough) reported from Boscombe, England@GrzegorzLeeski @stegoat @VodafoneUK Same here in Bournemouth, looks pretty serious as half their systems seem to be down. Cleaned unplugged the server again ?
-
Lizzy Maries (@lizzy_maries) reported from Bournemouth, England@CityFibre @VodafoneUK we’re so mad at you! We switched to your new network, wifi goes down all the time, your ref numbers don’t recognise, hours on chat support… still no wifi. Don’t switch 😞
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK 25mins in a queue for the WRONG department because you’re systems are crap. Now being transferred after going through security - it better be 5mins or less like the advisor stated. But if that team isn’t that busy why did I get queued for the wrong team for so long
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK at what point can I escalate the hopelessness of my service to the regulator as a formal grievance of the performance. Another day, still hopeless broadband and no update from the support teams that promise to update (I know you guys here don’t handle that)
-
Owen Vachell (@OwenVachell) reported from Poole, England@VodafoneUK Ah ok. I’m a new customer so have never accessed the app before. Wasn’t sure if there was something else I needed to setup. Thanks for the quick response. 👍🏻
-

-
Dorset Music, Events, Gigs - Mouth of the South UK (@MoftheS) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK I ended up having to borrow a microfilter off a friend, to find out no issue there. I then got sent a box, turns out you do only send one MF in the box . . . I do feel lied too throughout my contact with you from not booking an eng on the date you say . . . to microfiltetgate.
-
XYZ (@divingwill) reported from Bournemouth, England@CityFibre @VodafoneUK I hope you have better customer service than we do. 9 days later and still no contact! The road and pavements are like swiss cheese, and they just seem to want to make more holes! @CityFibre are you looking to go into strip mining or something?
-
Georgia T: Comms pro (@GeorgiaTurner) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK I’ve done that. Today I’ve been told our appt is cancelled, that it was never scheduled in the first place & also that an engineer is still definitely coming before 6pm. Can you confirm which please? If anything but the latter, apologies in advance for the reaction this end.

-

-
Or Sassur (@Orsassur2) reported@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK, your customer service in London was an absolute disgrace. I went to your store simply to buy a Vodafone SIM card and was treated like an enemy of the Crown rather than a potential customer. The attitude of the staff was arrogant, hostile and completely disproportionate to such a simple request. When a customer challenges poor service, your employees should not respond with intimidation, threats or an attitude designed to make the customer feel unwelcome. Your store staff are there to serve customers—not interrogate them as if they were members of the Secret Service. I expected professionalism from a major British telecommunications company. Instead, I experienced arrogance, hostility and behaviour that left me questioning whether Vodafone actually wants customers. @VodafoneUK, is this really the standard of customer service you consider acceptable in London? Because if so, the problem isn't the customer. The problem is Vodafone.

mṽsh (@shikariunite) reportedEver since moving from @EE to @VodafoneUK I've had 0 issues with my connection in my area, unlike EE.
