    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre what part of we don’t want your service do you not understand? Told Vodafone customer services 3 times we want to cancel after appalling communication and 3 times no shows and move of internal fit date. Kept all record of it so u can stop blaming each other

    Nice to see @VodafoneUK are still as incompetent as ever - after waiting 95646 days to be able to see an actual bill for what I’m paying, they’ve mischarged me - what a shock, now what are you going to do about it - I’m sick of these constancy issues with you?

    @notorious_twub I was with @virginmedia for several years, no end of problems. And their customer service is shocking. I moved to @VodafoneUK for broadband and they have been fantastic. I won’t go back to VM.

    @VodafoneUK I ended up having to borrow a microfilter off a friend, to find out no issue there. I then got sent a box, turns out you do only send one MF in the box . . . I do feel lied too throughout my contact with you from not booking an eng on the date you say . . . to microfiltetgate.

    @VodafoneUK I’ll let you know - I’m on the phone with support, she thinks she knows where the issue is but has to consult a different team first to ensure the fix is the right idea. 3 MONTHS I’ve waited - dial up is faster than my fibre right now

    @CityFibre @VodafoneUK I hope you have better customer service than we do. 9 days later and still no contact! The road and pavements are like swiss cheese, and they just seem to want to make more holes! @CityFibre are you looking to go into strip mining or something?

    @maccaspacca1 @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Isn't the problem that these companies pay very low wages to staff who know nothing except how to answer a phone, often not in their first language? Try asking a train line call service about a town in England.

    @TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

    Fed up @VodafoneUK - my phone has had virtually no signal at all for around 17 days or so. Can't make or receive calls. Your advisor gave link to network status tracker and it shows maintenance, and it did have a completion date of 16/6 last week, now there is no completion date

    Looks like @VodafoneUK have had a major outage for home broadband users. Can’t get any outbound traffic, seems to be a core network issue as I get an IP but can’t ping their gateway or any IP (e.g. cloud flare or Google DNS servers.

    @VodafoneUK Have been through this many many times. Have spent hours sending speed tests to you. Still nothing has been done. I pay a huge amount a month for extremely poor data speed and atrocious customer care. Can’t wait for my contract to end with #Vodafone #Vodafonedown #fail

    @VodafoneUK sent me a nice message 😡 my broadband contract is up, so now they’ll charge £52 a month for the worst service I’ve ever encountered, um NO! Don’t think so, finally I can leave this sorry excuse for a service provider!

    @VodafoneUK Third consecutive month of no proper Veryme once a month reward. It is again win a reward option, which never works and impossible to claim. This is mis-sold Broadband together rewards. Extremely unhappy. Come on Vodafone team, you can do better

    Bought a device from @VodafoneUK and was told to go pick up in shop. Shop says it can see device ordered, but no instruction to release. Called Customer Serv and told I will receive a text to collect. I was told this device is in stock in shop. Why lie to make a sale?

    @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK are you aware at how bad the 4G and 5G is in Luton, specifically the whole of the town centre? It’s not about “coverage” but the lack of speed and the completely congested network you both have. You’re making millions from this town, please upgrade it!
