I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

Someone at Vodafone had forgotten to set me up on Vodafone Pro hence the app and the extender not recognising each other. 33 mins on the photo with Harry on the Pro team to fix it.
