@VodafoneUK you might need to work on your new customer experience 3 days, 10 calls, 24 hours since a manager took it on and still waiting for his follow up call to resolve the issues . . I’m not even a customer yet! @SkyUK I might not leave you after all. .

Currently on a @DemonSupport ADSL contract and have heard nothing about this. @VodafoneUK seem to have cut off my broadband without warning and not told their tech support who say hundreds of users having same problem...

@VodafoneUK you put up the price, I asked to leave, you offered me a deal, I accepted, you now bill me at I agreed higher price. I’ve been on the live chat 45 mins with no resolution as yet.

@VodafoneUK in these difficult times it has been wonderful to see so many companies help by freezing stopping and deferring charges. BUT NOT VODAFONE oh no they just text me telling me they are increasing my bill in line with inflation. Shame on you cashing in.

@VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

@VodafoneUK I prefer to actually speak to a person, not a text chat nor a Twitter exchange or email or speak to a computer. And I already pay more to do so. Or at least you charge me a specific amount for this service.

@VodafoneUK The limited time promotion is news to me. Don't recall seeing that anywhere on your website/app. Another issue is that the trade in calculator is saying there's damage to my screen. This wasn't said a couple of weeks back and as I said, nothings changed with my phones condition.

@VodafoneUK you really are an utter shower…. Every other month my bill is wrong, I call up you correct it and then the next month boom wrong again. Had a tit full of speaking to your 💩 automated calls. i must have grounds to cancel my contact, its not fully anymore

@VodafoneUK The point is that I, and I'm sure others, would be prepared to pay a premium for better service. I can't stand the stress and anxiety of talking to a computer the aim of which is to divert me from talking to people, then when I finally do they are clueless and unempowered.
