    @VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

    @VodafoneUK you might need to work on your new customer experience 3 days, 10 calls, 24 hours since a manager took it on and still waiting for his follow up call to resolve the issues . . I’m not even a customer yet! @SkyUK I might not leave you after all. .

    @VodafoneUK in these difficult times it has been wonderful to see so many companies help by freezing stopping and deferring charges. BUT NOT VODAFONE oh no they just text me telling me they are increasing my bill in line with inflation. Shame on you cashing in.

    @rjcurtis @CityFibre @VodafoneUK That... does not appear to be what they’re doing (I see no T-ed pipe - appears to simply be running straight(ish) down the road, parallel to the front of all the properties) but I’ll go and have a closer look while they are working tomorrow.

    To anyone who might be considering @VodafoneUK broadband - don't sign up. When you get through to support if you're not cut off they simply 'pass' it on to 2nd line support - who never respond

    Worst customer service/internet goes to @VodafoneUK tech support got no clue what they're doing, they cut me off from internet without a heads up, after 10 minutes I reset myself, they closed the chat, problem still isnt solved and all agents are busy so cant reconnect.

    @VodafoneUK Hi I sent a DM cos it’s still not working properly, and after spending almost 3 hrs yesterday trying to get through to someone or fix it myself I gave up. Ive been unable to attend work zoom calls today due to proxy issues and I’m a key worker. It’s really important this works

    @VodafoneUK shocking customer service, worse than virgin media. Many times I’ve had to call up to fix a broadband issue and still not solved, now telling me there is nothing you can do unless I buy something to run a test
