@rjcurtis @CityFibre @VodafoneUK That... does not appear to be what they’re doing (I see no T-ed pipe - appears to simply be running straight(ish) down the road, parallel to the front of all the properties) but I’ll go and have a closer look while they are working tomorrow.

@VodafoneUK you might need to work on your new customer experience 3 days, 10 calls, 24 hours since a manager took it on and still waiting for his follow up call to resolve the issues . . I’m not even a customer yet! @SkyUK I might not leave you after all. .

@VodafoneUK in these difficult times it has been wonderful to see so many companies help by freezing stopping and deferring charges. BUT NOT VODAFONE oh no they just text me telling me they are increasing my bill in line with inflation. Shame on you cashing in.

Currently on a @DemonSupport ADSL contract and have heard nothing about this. @VodafoneUK seem to have cut off my broadband without warning and not told their tech support who say hundreds of users having same problem...

@VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

@VodafoneUK just informed me that ‘Allowing me to leave’ (early termination of my Contract) was Reparation for having no service during my contract which was obviously miss sold? Said it would have normally cost me £432 so they were doing me a favour!

@VodafoneUK your customer service was great, until I tried to cancel a contract. Tobi was excellent, he was less of a robot than the human I got through to, who took me round in circles... An hour and a half to cancel a long out of term contract is ridiculous.

@VodafoneUK I have recently been to Cyprus and Spain and my husband’s network did not charge him to use his phone. You on the other hand charged me £2 a day. I will be changing network because of this.
