@VodafoneUK you put up the price, I asked to leave, you offered me a deal, I accepted, you now bill me at I agreed higher price. I’ve been on the live chat 45 mins with no resolution as yet.

Currently on a @DemonSupport ADSL contract and have heard nothing about this. @VodafoneUK seem to have cut off my broadband without warning and not told their tech support who say hundreds of users having same problem...

@VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

@SkyHelpTeam been a customer with you for 25 years. We have yet another WiFi Internet outage and I’m working from home meaning more money lost on top of the money wasted on your service. Definitely not what I paid for, @VodafoneUK can you help? 25 years to Sky obviously mean 💩

@VodafoneUK Hi My WiFi is mine, my Internet provider is someone else. WiFi calling has started working again without me doing anything so must be just one of those things. The biggest problem I find with WiFi calling is that sometimes it refuses to switch over to it.

@ooopsididntdidi @VodafoneUK Hi Ooops, the issue is if I had been told I could end my contract early & got a new one I would just have done that rather than paying for my data to be moved & now having to pay again! Vodafone are ripping customers off by not telling them & charging twice when it wasnt my fault
