  Currently on a @DemonSupport ADSL contract and have heard nothing about this. @VodafoneUK seem to have cut off my broadband without warning and not told their tech support who say hundreds of users having same problem...

  @VodafoneUK in these difficult times it has been wonderful to see so many companies help by freezing stopping and deferring charges. BUT NOT VODAFONE oh no they just text me telling me they are increasing my bill in line with inflation. Shame on you cashing in.

  @VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

  @VodafoneUK I know it's not maintenance. It's been like this for the last year. It's not just my phone, it's my partners phone also on Vodafone too. It's not a phone issue, it's a network issue, or rather the fact there's no coverage here. Friends who've been here suffer the exact same thing

  @VodafoneUK what is going on with your network? I am paying £130 for 5 contracts and the service we are receiving is shocking. Very limited service most days. It has always been great up until the last 12mths.

  It is bizarre that, in 2021 and universal wifi, you can't get it on the tube if you're a @VodafoneUK customer.
