    Currently on a @DemonSupport ADSL contract and have heard nothing about this. @VodafoneUK seem to have cut off my broadband without warning and not told their tech support who say hundreds of users having same problem...

    @VodafoneUK you put up the price, I asked to leave, you offered me a deal, I accepted, you now bill me at I agreed higher price. I’ve been on the live chat 45 mins with no resolution as yet.

    @VodafoneUK in these difficult times it has been wonderful to see so many companies help by freezing stopping and deferring charges. BUT NOT VODAFONE oh no they just text me telling me they are increasing my bill in line with inflation. Shame on you cashing in.

    @VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

    @rjcurtis @CityFibre @VodafoneUK That... does not appear to be what they’re doing (I see no T-ed pipe - appears to simply be running straight(ish) down the road, parallel to the front of all the properties) but I’ll go and have a closer look while they are working tomorrow.

    @VodafoneUK Gosh Vodafone, you certainly have made a hash of things! 10 days later & my number has still not been ported & this is after I went to your store & an assistant there did it for me because your customer service people are too useless to do it online or over the phone.

    Leaving @VodafoneUK after only 4 days of broadband activation. Been on the phone to them for more than 4 hours trying to resolve simple issues. Still not resolved. Looking for an active line takeover...Any decent offers @bt_uk or @EE?

    @VodafoneUK I have never come across such an awful phone company I've had nothing but problems from the last week trying to charge me an early termination fee for a contract I've had less than a week and one service isn't even working your customer service is a joke

    @dafyddgm @VodafoneUK Yeah, trying to cancel my new installation as it's 10 days after I asked for and the number they give redirects you to use that chat bot which barely works, I can't get twitter support to reply to me since last night and apparently there's technical issues. Just want to return it

    Yo @VodafoneUK do your customer services agents read customers accounts. I arranged a phone called with Ash at 5.30pm today yet Beth decided to call me at 15.18pm.... The reason Ash was going to call me at 5.30pm is because I'm not available until then
