Currently on a @DemonSupport ADSL contract and have heard nothing about this. @VodafoneUK seem to have cut off my broadband without warning and not told their tech support who say hundreds of users having same problem...

I had a meh kind of week last week with awful issues trying to get @VodafoneUK to replace the broken phone they sent me and developing shingles. Feel rejuvenated by getting words down today and completing the first week of the @RNAtweets course I signed up to.

Part 6: Bharti told me that under no circumstance can anyone in the team send an email to a customer. Instead, she asked me to “trust her” to ring me between 5-7pm yesterday 7th July. I have not received a call. #vodafone @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK to voda phone, tried to speak to your customer service before but they were not helpful at all, there’s been a GDPR error and you’ve set my contract up under my mums name but i’m 20 years old so that’s obviously incorrect

@pompeyhedge @VodafoneUK Yep, I've been dealing with this for years. I should expect "full signal" indoors and out, they say on the service checker. Well, it's that bad I have to use Wi-fi calling, and even driving around the area, it dips between no service and one bar most of the time. Hopeless.

@VodafoneUK Done that and getting nowhere with the DM surpise surprise! It's an automated message that doesnt understand what I'm saying. Any other method of help would be appreciated or a complaints number. I'm really unhappy and won't stay with Vodafone after this

@VodafoneUK I moved house. One engineer visited on 28th June. He accidentally cut off our TV line and left the landline wire hanging outside, not connected to our house. Another engineer was booked to fix these all, but the engineer failed to turn up. Help!
