Scaleout-Sausage (@Buzzmarcroft) reported from Yelling, England@VodafoneUK in these difficult times it has been wonderful to see so many companies help by freezing stopping and deferring charges. BUT NOT VODAFONE oh no they just text me telling me they are increasing my bill in line with inflation. Shame on you cashing in.
-
Jan Payne 🎼⛪♿ (@elymusic1) reported from Histon, England@VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.
-
Anita North (@NittyNorth) reported from Cottenham, England@VodafoneUK I think you need to contact @herdwick_gal who is still with you and in need of help with a problem rather than me - I’ve left Vodafone after over 15 years and gone to @ThreeUK
-
Jonathan Whiteland (@chailey_) reported from Cambridgeshire, England@rjcurtis @CityFibre @VodafoneUK That... does not appear to be what they’re doing (I see no T-ed pipe - appears to simply be running straight(ish) down the road, parallel to the front of all the properties) but I’ll go and have a closer look while they are working tomorrow.
-
Stephen Crocker (@krokosh) reported from Cambridgeshire, EnglandCurrently on a @DemonSupport ADSL contract and have heard nothing about this. @VodafoneUK seem to have cut off my broadband without warning and not told their tech support who say hundreds of users having same problem...

Oliver Jennings (@jennings_o) reported@VodafoneUK Can anyone explain to me why the service/coverage in Barnet is getting worse? This has been going on for roughly a month and over the last couple of days it’s been pretty much non existent! #Vodafone #Vodafonedown
-
Martin Solrock⛓️🕸️ (@MSolrock) reported@VodafoneUK after two and a half hours of holding, I get through to an operator most likely working from home with a bad signal. Then they loose connection. Why do you they not call you back? Do I have call back and hold or can someone arrange to call me?
-
Lynn Bulka (@Silverlynnb) reported@VodafoneUK Yes but what happens when your Wi-Fi isn’t very good in your area either. It’s why I actually got sure signal in the first place
-
Dan Salmon (@DanSalmon) reported@VodafoneUK can you please tell me how to ring through and get DIRECTLY connected to our Small Business team? Your automated voice sentry won't let me speak to a human. Wasting 30 mins bouncing around consumer departments EVERY time we ring. #FAIL
-
Steve (@Motty123456) reported@O2 just arrived in your empty shop to be told I'm 20th in a vitual queue...never mind I was treated properly by @VodafoneUK so moved to them.
-
Decrementis (@Decrementis1) reported@VodafoneUK Yes ty. Odd that both lines went down to a similar hardware issue considering they're both different makes
-
Conor (@LLCoolConor) reported@VodafoneUK When are you going to address the data connection issues? They have been happening since before the facebook outage and are still happening. This is surely unrelated.
-
Lee Davies (@Davies43648358) reported@VodafoneUK I had to stay at work for an extra 2 hours to get through to you to reconnect my service. I still havent sorted the new phone out because one of the departments closed at 8pm. Someone is calling me tomorrow evening to sort the new phone and tariff out
-
Hayley💫 (@hayleyl_x) reported@VodafoneUK I'd appreciate it if you could sort your ****** lines out so i can actually speak to someone regarding my email I've received from yourselves, instead of talking to a stupid automated person repeating myself 100 times.
-
geoman (@geomanzilch) reported@VodafoneUK I've been paying for 5g since February and have never seen it once! Lucky to get 4g and even then, signal is unreliable.
