Currently on a @DemonSupport ADSL contract and have heard nothing about this. @VodafoneUK seem to have cut off my broadband without warning and not told their tech support who say hundreds of users having same problem...

@VodafoneUK in these difficult times it has been wonderful to see so many companies help by freezing stopping and deferring charges. BUT NOT VODAFONE oh no they just text me telling me they are increasing my bill in line with inflation. Shame on you cashing in.

@VodafoneUK you might need to work on your new customer experience 3 days, 10 calls, 24 hours since a manager took it on and still waiting for his follow up call to resolve the issues . . I’m not even a customer yet! @SkyUK I might not leave you after all. .

@VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

@VodafoneUK you put up the price, I asked to leave, you offered me a deal, I accepted, you now bill me at I agreed higher price. I’ve been on the live chat 45 mins with no resolution as yet.

Day 67 with no WiFi thanks to constant delays from @WeAreOpenreach what is going on?? @OpenreachHelp don’t ask me to contact provider as I have spoke to @VodafoneUK twice a week since I was due to be connected and they say all the problems are on your side. Absolute shambles!!!

@VodafoneUK Don’t get involved with Vodaphone. They lock you in a contract / fail to deliver incoming calls for over a week / unable to fix it and insist you are not allowing switch to another provider without penalty. Emailed CEO who gets someone with no authority to answer with no solution

Today I am finally leaving @VodafoneUK - their customer service is truly appalling. Vodafone likely don't care, but for me, I've used them ever since my first mobile phone which I think was a Nokia 3110 in about 1996!!

Dear @VodafoneUK I’m not going away so suggest you look at your DM’s. You are definitely the worst customer service I’ve ever come across. Made moving house even more stressful. @SkyUK however, make it easy. Could teach Vodafone a lot!!
