    @rjcurtis @CityFibre @VodafoneUK That... does not appear to be what they’re doing (I see no T-ed pipe - appears to simply be running straight(ish) down the road, parallel to the front of all the properties) but I’ll go and have a closer look while they are working tomorrow.

    @VodafoneUK in these difficult times it has been wonderful to see so many companies help by freezing stopping and deferring charges. BUT NOT VODAFONE oh no they just text me telling me they are increasing my bill in line with inflation. Shame on you cashing in.

    @VodafoneUK you might need to work on your new customer experience 3 days, 10 calls, 24 hours since a manager took it on and still waiting for his follow up call to resolve the issues . . I’m not even a customer yet! @SkyUK I might not leave you after all. .

    Currently on a @DemonSupport ADSL contract and have heard nothing about this. @VodafoneUK seem to have cut off my broadband without warning and not told their tech support who say hundreds of users having same problem...

    @VodafoneUK you put up the price, I asked to leave, you offered me a deal, I accepted, you now bill me at I agreed higher price. I’ve been on the live chat 45 mins with no resolution as yet.

    @VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

    @VodafoneUK Worst network in whole Birmingham every 1 km signal drops, now that i want to port my sim they're saying the server is down and not giving me PAC Code since yesterday which is every customers right. Big Shame. Please let me go

    @VodafoneUK All fixed thanks to the wonderful Nada in customer services who followed up and got it all fixed.. Someone at Vodafone had forgotten to set me up on Vodafone Pro hence the app and the extender not recognising each other. 33 mins on the photo with Harry on the Pro team to fix it.

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone disconnects my line (was my late father's number), we tried ro reconnect and was told it will be done in 24/48. Rang back as nothing happened. Customer service was appalling, had great pleasure in telling me they had reassigned my number!

    So .@VodafoneUK where's the phone you said was in stock when I ordered my replacement? Specifically chosen as it was IN stock. You came back immediately with "back order" so clear was never in stock. How do I even get in touch todiscuss? Over a fortnight!

    @Fionak33700582 @VodafoneUK Had the same in Guildford for 9 months. They completely deny there's an issue even though online repirting sites show a very different story. Shame as it used to be good, now I'm just glad I'm leaving.

    @VodafoneUK Ordered phone in Penrith store 6 Dec. Told latest 10 Dec for delivery. Still no phone. Voda app provides no update except order confirmed. Can you help pse?
