    @magpie_farm @VodafoneUK I got through to Vodafone after an hour. They eventually acknowledged there was an outage and would take 2-3 hours to fix. Internet connected straight after phone call but slow. 6.88Mbps, usually 50.

    @VodafoneUK Hello, although no steps taken, it seems problems have gone away. Connection is working as usual.

    @VodafoneUK this is absolutely not good enough bear in mind most people are wfh, my Internet has been down since about 11am and I have restart and reset my router 3 times already and still not working, call customer service and was on the line for 2 hours + no one pickup.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Millie, thanks for the reply. I have been speaking to your Webchat agents, that's why I'm so frustrated. So far I've been fobbed off with a 24hr wait for a firmware update, now a 72hrs wait for line monitoring that I know won't fix the problem with my new router. Not helpful.
