Currently on a @DemonSupport ADSL contract and have heard nothing about this. @VodafoneUK seem to have cut off my broadband without warning and not told their tech support who say hundreds of users having same problem...

@VodafoneUK my upgrade order SBL-1000000612399274 has been cancelled saying that I requested the cancellation. I did not request cancellation. Customer service has no right reason. Not taking my complaint seriously.

@Longawfulname @VodafoneUK They won't speak to you mate. They have nothing but hate for you. Their service is the worst thing in the world.

@VodafoneUK happily hide that their BB doesn’t work with Sky, then blame the customer for being unable to rewire their home to connect Sky directly to boosters! It’s 2022 not 1999! I should be able to run my home network wirelessly. #vodafail #scam

@VodafoneUK @TrivettFraser The team cannot adjust anything. They are totally incompetent, have no technical ability whatsoever, and lie constantly. You may as well phone Mc Donald's to report your problem.

@d_christianrose @VodafoneUK Vodafone really is the biggest piece of ****. Never use them for anything. Especially their home broadband. Absolute joke of a company. Their support is the worst though. You pay them to treat you like a ****.

@VodafoneUK probably- no, definitely- the worst customer service ever. Everything is bots - round and round with no solution reached. FOS here I come.

@VodafoneUK Wi-Fi xperts utterly useless. They will attempt “fix” after fix and never admit that their service is at fault - trapping the customer in order to force them to pay a cancellation fee. This is daylight robbery!
