    Currently on a @DemonSupport ADSL contract and have heard nothing about this. @VodafoneUK seem to have cut off my broadband without warning and not told their tech support who say hundreds of users having same problem...

    Once again shocking service from @VodafoneUK. Tried to give them notice to end my contract when the deal is up but apparently it costs me £15 because I’m giving them too much notice. I can only give my notice exactly 30 days before the end of the agreement to avoid being charged

    @VodafoneUK my partner was left holding for a resolution about an issue with a price plan. That YOU cancelled a direct debit for. YOU said you would have a resolution within 48 hours. 72 hours later, time wasted, no answer. I’ll be making a complaint to @Ofcom

    Has anyone else been given false information from @VodafoneUK regards delivery dates and availability of phones my new phone was due on the 16th of this month and even with an email transcript vodafone say that it is an Apple problem not false promises from Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK I have been with you for over 20 years and I wanted to upgrade 4 weeks early to be told no unless I pay an early upgrade fee, What a disappointing way to treat loyal customers, I have 3 contract’s with you but not for much longer, will cancel and go elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK @CharlotteOtta I was promised delivery today over the phone with your agent (feel free to check the call recording) yet I’m just told I’ll have to wait! Very poor service. No one replying to my messages for hours at a time..
