    @VodafoneUK Iโ€™m still being charged for an Entertainment Pack when it was activated months ago. Iโ€™ve been continually transferred to four different customer service reps today on the phone & still not resolved. Can you help with this?

    Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay ยฃ107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at โ‚ฌ25month.Instead,they spiked it to โ‚ฌ49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable

    @asda_mobile What on earth is going on with your phone signal in Somerset? Since youโ€™ve upgraded to 5G, I canโ€™t make any calls due to the signal being so bad! Lots of others in the area with the same issue. Please look into this! @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK crap Vodafone not working again in my area after months of complaints and being told work was being done on masts it was half decent for 6-8 weeks now again zero or 1 bar worst network in the UK! Canโ€™t wait to leave
