  @mydebtadventure @VodafoneUK I dont want or need their services, Vodafone is so hard to contact, ive tried for last 2 months finally got through today and lady I was speaking with sounded like a broken record. No help at all.

  @KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK @lycamobile Had a nightmare with Lyca trying to save a few quid literally walked into my local tesco mobile shop and nearly cried whilst telling the brilliant youth my life story of hell !   @VodafoneUK customer service is a piss take, my contract has ended and I’ve now received a text to say I have a bill to pay when I have already paid my list bill, but it’s also now not showing me my bills as I’m no longer a customer and I also can’t use the chat bot

  @VodafoneUK hi, what is the process for getting an old Vodafone account which is no longer active fully closed and removed from my credit file? I haven’t been a Vodafone customer for over 12mths, yet you still appear on my credit file with an update as recent as March 26??

  @VodafoneUK why have I paid 9.99 delivery between 8am and 10 am when it goes not leave the depot u.tull 9.30 and I live over a hour away from depot . I want my money back and to cancel my new phone order
