  Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mum died and Im wanted to take over the contractthey said I wouldn't be able to keep her number for the land line she had for 15 years. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.

  What a bad service Vi! My dad got his intl roaming pack recharged from india for Scotland and yet it has been 2 days there is no network in his phone. He is struggling like hell and your customer service team does not even care. @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneUK

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I’m so sorry for your loss. I can’t imagine how hard all this is. For your info with regard to your issue - virgin media have just been fined £28m for preventing people ending their contracts. Perhaps talks to the culture internally that you are describing

  @VodafoneUK 4 failed contract orders in 4 days, endless broken callback promises, & zero help. As a vulnerable customer, being left with offline home security cameras for a week is a massive safety issue. I need an urgent response to raise an official complaint. DM me.
