    @VodafoneUK Iโ€™m still being charged for an Entertainment Pack when it was activated months ago. Iโ€™ve been continually transferred to four different customer service reps today on the phone & still not resolved. Can you help with this?

    Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay ยฃ107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

    @VodafoneUK Potentially the worst network in the U.K.! Been without broadband for 4 days now and had engineer no shows and 0 help from customer service. Got made to buy a repair part to prove it was broken when it wasnโ€™t even the cable thatโ€™s the issue !! Ridiculous
