  @mydebtadventure @VodafoneUK I dont want or need their services, Vodafone is so hard to contact, ive tried for last 2 months finally got through today and lady I was speaking with sounded like a broken record. No help at all.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I was surprised that Sky were good when my mum died. BT were awful, demanding to speak to a dead person. Only just got fibre at my place a couple of months ago, will not go with Virgin, too much poor feedback.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK It seems there is always that one company who is awful at this, we had no trouble with most but f-i-l's insurance company told me they'd all had bereavement training, I told them that it really needed more than just "talk in a soft voice" and actual useful policies.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Hope you dont have mobile with them- when my late husband died we tried to cancel hus mobile account and get back the £50 credit i had put on account so he could ring people from hospice - they insisted on talking to account holder even after we sent screem shot death certificate
