  @mydebtadventure @VodafoneUK I dont want or need their services, Vodafone is so hard to contact, ive tried for last 2 months finally got through today and lady I was speaking with sounded like a broken record. No help at all.

  @VodafoneUK @SW_Help genuinely curious as to how we can get wifi underground but no reception (with any network) at Waterloo, Vauxhall, Raynes Park and Wimbledon. Barely anything on the train journey. Infuriates everyone.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had the EXACT same issue with Virgin, I had to literally refuse to get off the phone when I got through for 4 hours and basically said I'd hang up when they actually helped me. Absolutely useless customer service

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK It seems there is always that one company who is awful at this, we had no trouble with most but f-i-l's insurance company told me they'd all had bereavement training, I told them that it really needed more than just "talk in a soft voice" and actual useful policies.

  Can’t believe @VodafoneUK won’t believe my mums DOB after her passing this week and won’t allow me to cancel the account. Her banks, energy companies have all shown great compassion and assistance but not our pals @VodafoneGroup They insist I’ve got the wrong information.
