  @mydebtadventure @VodafoneUK I dont want or need their services, Vodafone is so hard to contact, ive tried for last 2 months finally got through today and lady I was speaking with sounded like a broken record. No help at all.

  Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Same experience when my father died in September. Everyone was fantastic. Insurance, banks, utilities. Everything dealt with, no dramas & gave us plenty room & time to get paperwork. Virginmedia were horrible. Forced my mum to take out another contract before they’d close my dads

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I was surprised that Sky were good when my mum died. BT were awful, demanding to speak to a dead person. Only just got fibre at my place a couple of months ago, will not go with Virgin, too much poor feedback.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I went through exactly the same issue, it was only when I threatened them with legal action and exposure they eventually cancelled the contract. Don't give up, don't pay a penny.

  I can’t believe that @VodafoneUK won’t let me cancel my mothers monthly fees without a power of Attourney - she has been in a home for the last 2 yrs with no ability to use a phone but Vodafone happily take their fees every month even though they know the situation. @DementiaUK

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK A month after my old Mum died, Virgin called me and said she was eligible for an upgrade. The lady on the phone couldn't grasp she'd passed even though her contract had been terminated. She kept saying she'd been a Mobile Customer for 10 years, she would get a great deal. Useless

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my dad passed virgin media told my mum we are sorry that ur husband had expired. Nasty company and I will never give them a penny again.
