    @VodafoneUK I’m still being charged for an Entertainment Pack when it was activated months ago. I’ve been continually transferred to four different customer service reps today on the phone & still not resolved. Can you help with this?

    Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

    @Alexarmstrong @VodafoneUK are not answering my request for information, clearly they prefer giving free stuff to illegal immigrants rather than addressing concerns of a paying customer of over 20 years standing. Says it all really…will not be renewing my contract that’s now due.

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Worst company ever. I'm still getting debt collectors from a bill that was supposed to have been written off 30 years ago when £400 of overseas calls in 2 days on an account only used for inward calls for 3 years didn't raise red flags.

    Another day in the UK using our wonderful phone networks. Today trying to download an app via the @VodafoneUK network. Size of file 39 Mbts Download speed 22Kbt/s (not constant speed) Time taken 45 minutes Result failed. Is there anywhere in the world worse than this?

    @VodafoneUK URGENT RESPONSE REQUIRED For the last 3 days I've had no network connection (SS17 7PL). I'm having to make all calls and texts using WhatsApp. Please advise when this issue is going to be resolved.

    @VodafoneUK ridiculous service, both online and in store! Get a grip. What happened to customer service? A 14 month old phone and to change the battery you need my phone for 14 days!!!! Seriously not acceptable

    @dazzerrari @VodafoneUK Terrible experience with @vodafone_es. After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable
