    Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

    @VodafoneUK I’m still being charged for an Entertainment Pack when it was activated months ago. I’ve been continually transferred to four different customer service reps today on the phone & still not resolved. Can you help with this?

    @VodafoneUK what has happened with the coverage in Norfolk/Suffolk. My wife was stranded today, car broken down with no signal. She is diabetic and had to borrow someone else’s phone to ring for recovery. You pay for a contract which you cannot obviously deliver bad service ffs

    Since upgrading my internet package with @VodafoneUK, the latest wifi7 booster they sent out was tempermental at best. They sent me a new one out yesterday which failed to even function. I'm now on day 2 of them tryinbg to figure out the problem. Just replace the damn thing!

    @306notout @virginmedia @VodafoneUK Shame you've not got Connect Fibre Matt (UK call centre), just moved to them with 1Gb up and down, and going over to Sky Ultra for TV in a couple of weeks - I know its not always about money, but £50 less per month is worth it.
