    @mydebtadventure @VodafoneUK I dont want or need their services, Vodafone is so hard to contact, ive tried for last 2 months finally got through today and lady I was speaking with sounded like a broken record. No help at all.

    Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

    @VodafoneUK I’m still being charged for an Entertainment Pack when it was activated months ago. I’ve been continually transferred to four different customer service reps today on the phone & still not resolved. Can you help with this?

    At 12:45pm today, my @VodafoneUK Internet connection stopped working. I still had an IP address with 50mbps down and 12 up, but no data could make it through. (Curiously, the VoIP phone still worked.) It was like that until around 11pm, when service was restored. A check on the Vodafone Network Status Checker said there were no problems reported. (Couldn’t do it before because of the lack of Internet connectivity.) Anyone else have problems today?

    No internet now for a week and cant even get vodafone to return a call and explain or give timescales. Anyone ever experienced similar? To say im disappointed in their customer service is an understatement. @VodafoneUK #vodafone #poorcustomerservice #vodafonefrustrations

    @VodafoneUK @EE your signal along with every other mobile network in the UK is pathetic. You even advertise that when one doesn’t work the dual network kicks in. Well it’s shite. I can’t make calls or receive signals in so many places which is 3rd world levels of embarrassment

    @CityFibre @VodafoneUK - New Internet installed recently and really not happy. Terrible WiFi and internet speeds in the house, cant connect due to signal strength sat in my own front room. Try and get on Vodafone app and it doesn't work. How do I cancel please? #terrible

    @VodafoneUK I am trying to set up an account with yourselves for a new mobile SIM card but I am being sent in circles, clicking create an account in the app to be sent to the website to download the app? Please help!

    @VodafoneUK - two weeks ago the same problem as today. I cannot function without the connection you are supposed to provide and for which I have dutifully paid for 23 years. Your customer service is a DISGRACE.
