@VodafoneUK shocking customer service. You gave me the return bag, with the wrong postcode and now I’m being blamed for the phone not getting to correct destination. Directors office takes 10 days before they contact you. 23 years loyal customer this is shocking. Action needed

@irving_graeme @VodafoneUK Aware of this Graeme it's a shambles. Not sure why Vodafone take orders they can't fulfil in the time they've stated and then fail to update customers when they haven't even dispatched the item in the 3-5 working days it was supposed to be delivered in.
