    @VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    Stay well clear of anything from @VodafoneUK, new iPhone confirmed faulty screen by Apple and in warranty but as it’s contracted to Vodafone they must authorise the replacement. Despite Apple confirmation Vodafone refuse to assist at all. ***Terrible Service***

    @jaydeadams @VodafoneUK Can I just say, I'm so glad someone is getting some spotlight on just how ******* tremendously horrendous, unhelpful and infuriating Vodafone's customer service is. I imagine it's a management or middle management issue, generally feel for the customer serving staff.

    @jaydeadams Been there! @VodafoneUK were utterly useless until I called customer service from one of their stores, loudly discussing the issue in front of other customers who decided maybe Vodafone was not for them and left. It soon magically got sorted.

    @VodafoneUK That's fine and You're forgetting the 2 months Al, my problem and frustration is with the 2 months being disregarded, this is unacceptable and therefore should be a fast tracked job.

    @VodafoneUK Ive been without data except for WIFI for 7 days now because of a glitch in your network attributing data usage to my phone that was wrong. And I’ve yet to get any update or fix, the absolute worst!!

    @VodafoneUK I'm incredibly frustrated, I'm currently receiving the worse speeds I've EVER had, and after waiting 2 months for a fix, I have to wait a further 3-5 working days, dont you think that takes the biscuit a lil?

    @jaydeadams @VodafoneUK I recently ended a 6 month long back and forth with them in which they charged me repeatedly for something they gave me "for free" to fix something they'd ****** up earlier. Got a 10% discount, and a month later they put their prices up for everyone and cancelled it out

    @jaydeadams @VodafoneUK Vodafone customer service is appalling! Hope they sort things out for you soon. They owe me £180 for months of unnecessary charges, which various call handlers promised would be paid, but never materialised... my next step is to contact the CEO and the ombudsman.
