@VodafoneUK complaints department they tell me its because dpd accidentally labelled it to return and now you tell me i have to wait 3-5working days for the parcel to be returned then i have to make the order all over again?! Are you joking! Think you have just lost a customer

@VodafoneUK @aprintersson I DMd last night with an issue I had that was supposed to be resolved by now…but no surprise that it hadn’t been. @VodafoneUK has THE worst customer service. Every fix takes forever. Multiple calls. Multiple people. Surely you can do better.

@VodafoneUK it’s been 17 hours of no service or connection. I cant do anything unless on wifi. I cant call, cant use data, nothing. I use this phone for work purposes. When will this be working again? Worst service experience.

@VodafoneUK @Welshdan Yes, give up. What you’re experiencing is typical @VodafoneUK customer service. It’s terrible. I have them as my mobile provider and I’m so fed up with them.
