@VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

I have just waited five hours at a property for WiFi to be installed, and no engineer turned up in the agreed timeframe. Awful customer service. Cannot get through to any human agent either. Anything to say @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp

@VodafoneUK i’m not sure exactly what connection is being blocked, all i know is that something is not allowing a connection to go through to the Launcher which is restricting it from updating, and i have not used this app with vodafone service since i haven’t used it in years

@CostaCoffee tried to use @VodafoneUK very me rewards for 1 coffee, +3 to pay for. No signal, asked if WiFi, told O2 but you need a password, told to go outside and try again, did that and went back, she then walked off and by time she came back code had gone. I walked out

@VodafoneUK @CostaCoffee @VodafoneUK Your customer care were supposed to have rung me yesterday, 2 months and 30 hrs of phone calls , 20 years I have been a customer of yours and I get treated like dog mess . People think twice if your parting with your money with Vodafone ,I'm going the Ombudsman
