    @VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    @VodafoneUK swapped broadband to you, nothing but trouble from installation to trying to resolve. No contact email, only a chat service which logs off after 8 mins whilst the handler takes ages to read notes! Not good! Also took my payment when I was told this wouldn’t happen?

    @VodafoneUK messaged you already but bot not helping, got new pay monthly phone yesterday and since then no service signal and unable to login to my vodafone account due to to technical/unexpected errors, others in the same house have good signal so seems odd I can’t use plan

    @VodafoneUK Dear Vodafone Please help. My mobile was lost and ordered a new sim card. But you request me to reactivate via a verification code sent to my lost device. This is simply madness. I tried to log on to my account , but again, you won’t let me do that without my mobile that is LOST
