    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    Wonder how I get @VodafoneUK to reply to my official complaint and sort my Curve Smart Account out that they closed for no reason. Vodafone UK are a total shambles of a company selling devices that are not fit for purpose when they close accounts for no reason at all

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I received the following message: "Unfortunately, your payment has been declined. Please call 0808-2810848 for more information" I have an Automatic Top Up due to renew on the 28th. Could this be an issue with my bank? Thank you.

    It’s now day 7 and despite numerous letters to the Director, countless calls and conversations with numerous employees @VodafoneUK still cannot figure out how to reconnect my line that they mistakenly disconnected. @BBCWatchdog can you help?

    @VodafoneUK Im paying £31/month for high speed internet on my phone. Does high speed mean 2mbps? I don’t think so. Tried Customer Service, didn’t help apart from 1 guy telling me “7mbps is good”. Y’all are a joke, I don’t even know where to go for help. Stealing my ££, love it👏🏽

    @VodafoneUK Again unfairly charged by Vodafone. Their Customer Service is waste of time- only ask million questions provides no help! Stress they’ve caused in me undescribable, unforgiven!

    @VodafoneUK you have pathetic service. I ordered internet on 16th aug. You promised to start my internet on 27th. Your last email on 19th says direct debit has been set up. Today I did not receive router. Tracked the order it says it has been cancelled. Called your contact centre

    @VodafoneUK My roaming service has been cut off twice now. They said they fixed the issue initially after I paid to have my credit limit increased. Now it has happened again and I am told they can't resolve the issue. Way to let me down @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK is it standard to get charged twice for the same text? Is it a charge for texting the bus service and then a charge for the reply? The blurred number is my own. Tia
