@VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

@xeepo @VodafoneUK Is it lack of signal.... Or decent signal but it doesn't work.. Or something else? It's often useful to test a prepaid SIM on a couple of other networks for a short while before entering into any contracts. Easy to pick up prepaid SIMs in the supermarket. Cont.

@xeepo @VodafoneUK Oh Vodafone broadband. Is it the traditional broadband via Openreach infrastructure, or the new Vodafone Gigafast? I hear that Vodafone still have dubious customer service, but so do most of the competition. I've had major customer service problems with both Talktalk and Virgin.

@VodafoneUK I was so angry about your poor service and messing around despite of knowing how important a telephone no is for a doctor until i spoke to Heba Ahmed who went out of her way to help me. People like Heba are assets for any institution.
