@VodafoneUK Unfortunately everytime I’ve used to it live chat, they haven’t been able help in anyway, shape or form. As asked on Thursday, I DM’d you lot and never heard back. I have followed everything been asked but still haven’t a working phone or internet, all since early April.

@VodafoneUK what's going on with signal in the Bournville and Bartley Green areas of Birmingham? It's been appalling for a couple of weeks now.

@VodafoneUK No I'm stuck with fftc. My point was that you're currently the only isp not providing fttp at all to my property! All the others using the bt openreach network for fibre 900

@SRichardsUK @VodafoneUK Hey, came across your tweet. Did this get fixed? I'm having same issue same phone. Only way it works is to put it onto flight mode then off but it's only a temp fix!

@charlottembeer @AmeliaWeath @VodafoneUK someone on Chat just told me they have "interconnect issues" across large areas - I am based in Tonbridge / Kent and line dropped off around 3.30-3.45 pm - still trying to get the chat person to give details - they want me to check downdetector which is terrible answer

@vattybear @charlottembeer @VodafoneUK You've got more info from them than I have! We're in TWells and dropped at 4.45ish but website has no details of a wider problem - would be helpful if they updated this!
