@VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK whilst waiting for phones that should have arrived yesterday, only to be told they haven't been despatched, then getting a text saying 'we're here to help you get started' is a bit like adding salt to the wound @VodafoneUK Completely misjudged. Despatch phones asap!

@VodafoneUK Thanks for the useless reply, I am no longer trying to contact vodafone, you have wasted enough of my time, I am simply going to get another SIM, direct debit has been cancelled. You've had your notice as far as I'm concerned, it shouldn't be a two hour affair just to cancel.
