@VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

hive mind - have TERRIBLE Internet in my area in wales with @BritishTelecom - considering wireless router and 4G sim for work laptop and streaming. My mb is on @VodafoneUK - they do a 24mth package thats £30 mth for 100gb data (first 6mth £15) - that good? any tips welcome

@VodafoneUK Imagine a situation where you request a PAC code after a couple bad bouts of no service this year, with termination fee minus the refund that I am due (reasonable I would say) for no service and they say no? Like I say, 87% bad reviews on Trustpilot.. that takes some beating!

@Edirined We made mobile phones in Scandinavia since 1981… The technology is not by @VodafoneUK but by the national phone companies- BT. But Britain never took part in digitisation of telecom, they believed in the US to make it. The Scandiavian is based on the ISDN from AT&T, their “SS7”
