@VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

1st world issues and all but I've just come to realise that @EE and @VodafoneUK cap mobile data speeds for some tarrifs! I personally think it's disgusting, especially in the current financial climate! Here have 100GB data, but it's capped to only 25mbps!

Do not recommend #Vodafoneuk @VodafoneUK 2weeks without #Broadband as new customers and 9 phone calls later and numerous online chats. Been without broadband 9 days and no further forward. Call takers have no experience to deal with problems. #avoid

@VodafoneUK how do I stop your colleague phoning me when I have told him I cannot take calls. 3 emails, responded on complaints website and he keeps continually calling. He has already told me he cannot resolve my complaint so I have no idea why he is harassing me

Trying to extend @VodafoneUK contract: - goes online, can't see anything to let you do it - tries chatbot: "contact us here" - goes to contact us: phones "best way is to chat with us"... Seems easiest thing then is to cancel and shop around, great customer service

@VodafoneUK seriously ridiculous service been with Vodaphone for broadband for a couple of years and had nothing but issues every time we phone we get the same answers and it’s not good enough how can you keep taking money and not providing the service
