@CourtneySiobhan @VodafoneUK That is awful, I am so sorry that has happened. When my husband died, I was contacted by a bereavement support worker from @VodafoneUK who helped me sort out his account. I hope you get this sorted out for your friend.

@VodafoneUK have the worst customer service I've experienced to date. 2 online chats about an incorrect charge on my bill have got me nowhere and a complaint that they acknowledged and said would respond in 5 days has been ignored for 7 days. @vodafoneUK respond please!!

If you are thinking about getting a phone from @VodafoneUK just save yourself the hassle and don’t. I cancelled a contract with them on the same day that I paid the upfront fee and they keep taking money from my account and charging me for a phone I’ve never used🥴
