    @VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    @VodafoneUK We lost power all day yesterday due to storm Otto and with it our mobile signal. I fail to understand why you can't design signal towers with sufficient power back up to last at least a couple of days if not a week. Time this problem was sorted. It's 2023.

    @VodafoneUK If I order Full Fibre broadband today, but can't have it installed until April 3rd, will I skip this years CPI+3.9% increase, or is my first bill going to include the increase meaning I'll never actually pay the price I sign up for?

    We’ve been with #vodafone for 15 days. Wow. Who’d have thought porting a number to @VodafoneUK would have been so shambolic. Nothing has worked correctly from day one. First a split port issue and now zero data. Time to end this as a very bad experience indeed! Never again.

    @virginmedia Yep @VodafoneUK for same speed but full fiber and Inc home phone for under half your price. You even got slightly desperate and said £43pm for 6months Let me just say I've been with you 15 odd years and that's how you treat us

    @VodafoneUK I just got an sms implying if I don't cancel SecureNet I'll be charged £1/month. Went to do it but my online account is giving errors, on browser and through app "You have no active plans with this account". But my number is definitely associated with this account.

    @VodafoneUK hi, my Apple Watch eSIM and onenumber has stopped working suddenly. When I try to unpair and re establish the connection I get this error. Any ideas or help please? Watch says “no sim” and phone says “plan not in use”
