    @VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    Does anyone have any experience of having a perfectly good home broadband connection switched off in the process of upgrading an existing account with @VodafoneUK ? In customer service hell waiting six weeks for @OpenreachHelp to reconnect me. Is there any escape?
