@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@virginmedia I was on hold for a ridiculous amount of time when I last called so i'll stick to my 3hrs on messenger. Im hoping I can cancel my sim deal and stick with @VodafoneUK - thankfully not cancelled my contract with them or moved my PAC over to you.

.@VodafoneUK it was bad enough you didn't deliver a phone back in Oct as promised so my son didn't get a phone for his birthday. It's worse that you still haven't process that order canx, and because of that you reckon I can't give notice to canx the line :-/(@BBCWatchdog ) #fail

@VodafoneUK disgusted and disappointed with the service given. Been on to the phone for over two hours and the matter is still not resolved. I have been requesting a puc code since 26.10.20 and still not got one. No customer service.

@Steviedxx @VodafoneUK I know of at least three people who ordered the same phone config as me but after I did yet they have their devices already. Weird how two are trade-ins and one is a new customer though 🤔

I have been a customer of @VodafoneUK for 21 years. Spoke with them today and they would not even come close to matching an offer from @O2 to new customers. Apparently, “it does not matter how long you have been with Vodafone”. Customer loyalty clearly has no value. #vodafone

@WeAreOpenreach @VodafoneUK One week now with no internet or broadband. Vulnerable people in the village. Been told the external contractor put a delay on our telegraph pole replacement till 21st December with no reason. None of us can do our work. Fix it.
