    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    @VodafoneUK so far I have found your online help and your call centre help a compleat nightmare, it has now been a week and I am no closer to sorting the router problem out, what else am I meant to do ?

    @VodafoneUK I reported a problem with my broadband THE DAY it got installed (19th March) and all you've done since is constantly make me jump through hoops for almost 2 months, and everytime I submit what you asked, you come up with something else instead of sending someone out.

    @VodafoneUK I pay for 900mbps and I'm only getting half of that, I've sent off 3 lots of screenshots (morning, afternoon, evening) to tech 2 about 4 times now on 2 different devices and now they want a 3rd but I don't have a 3rd device. Also doesn't help that my ticket keeps getting closed

    @VodafoneUK disgusted by the service of your call centre. Trying to pay my final bill and they cant verify my identify because they don't have enough data on me????? No letter sent with bill details, now showing late payment on my credit report.!!!!

    Oh @bt_uk I’m sorry I left you for broadband elsewhere. The sheer farse that has been @VodafoneUK ‘s customer support. Three days of being told to restart the router and plug into the test socket directly. Literally gutting and looking forward to cancelling and jumping back soon!
