    @VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    @VodafoneUK why is it when I try and pay money to you lot it’s fails mainly during to a idv error but when told to go indoor store to sort it they can’t do anything but yet you cut me off even though I’ve been working to pay the bills just your system is ****

    Such terrible service @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK as a new customer, was informed by them that I did not need a technician to come to connect the Internet. The technician then arrives when I am at work so they had to leave as could not leave! Now to wait 4 weeks for connection!

    @OpenreachHelp @VodafoneUK totally useless service from both of you. I will not be using your service, nor recommending. I took a days annual leave, your engineer didn't show up & your solution is for me to take another days leave! Really poor service from both of you.

    Hi @VodafoneUK. I'm at a loss to understand your incompetence. I've been trying to get you to stop sending routers & boosters to an old address (I've spoken to 5 customer service operatives since Jan 10th) and all assure me the problem is fixed. Then I get a DPD message....🤯

    I’m tryna switch to vodafone broadband but they’re not even putting the call through man this answer machine is so annoying they dont give options for new customers i dont wanna do a webchat cba typing fix this asap @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK We have tried all that it’s coming through on the banks end but it’s not coming through on Vodafone’s end I’m sick and tired of having issues with Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK Hi, thx for reply, I’m actually an @EE Cust; I have spoken with them. The Cust-service said nothing can be done; but I learnt about how customers are charged when they, in good faith call the 0843 #’s back. Apparently there are ‘teams’ that potentially look into scam calls 1/2
