@VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

@VodafoneUK Trying to rectify incorrect contract renewal on Tobi chat. Spent 2 hours being passed from pillar to post. No joy. Went into store. Told only online chat can rectify problems. Round and round in circles. Still at square one. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible!

@VodafoneUK .. what a shower. Took me over an hour today, inc 2 dropped calls, trying to cancel my terrible Vodafone ADSL broadband. Complaints of slow speeds/over contention in the GU20 6J* area was continually fobbed off. However, I'm told that cancelling my .. /1

@VodafoneUK appalling service. ESIM didn't come through after yesterday night's request. Had been with 2 different support people since morning and i was assured it would be sorted within an hour. Talking to third person now and he is asking me if I have received my physical sim
