@VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

@VodafoneUK Hi Rachael, can YOU please speak to your fraud team? I'd have thought Vodafone would want to make it as effective as possible to terminate the service of scammers using your network and numbers to commit fraud and theft - I've given you all you need! Why all these barriers?!

@VodafoneUK you guys really are something else, you blocked the wrong phone on our account rather than the one we are returning due to your shocking customer service. I have been without my phone for 6 days, numerous calls to support, 6 hours spent on hold but it’s not fixed 1/2

@VodafoneUK In this situation, GDPR is not required by law. If it's vodafone's own policy, it's further evidence of poor customer focus. Tbh, this exchange has now made me reach the end with Vodafone so later today we will cancel and go elsewhere. Life is too short for this hassle. Thanks.
