@VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

@NickNairn @VodafoneUK If you can't get a reliable business grade service from one provider you might want to consider getting contracts with two providers, one DSL (e.g. BT) and one cable (e.g. Virgin) and set up your wireless network so you can tolerate one of them going offline.

@VodafoneUK been trying to watch the GP but the so called super fast and reliable fibre connection won't let me. Dropped out @10x. A regular occurance. Didn't have this problem with the old phone line connection. Not good

I think @VodafoneUK are trying to turn me into a grumpy auld wifey. 3 weeks of trying to get them to find/fix an issue with the usb sharing on my router. They decide it’s faulty & arrange a new router. It just turned up only they didnt tell me it’s a swap out so it’s gone again.

@NickNairn @VodafoneUK Definitely BT. You may pay a bit more but their service and reliability is second to none.

@NickNairn @VodafoneUK Sky are great, unless something goes wrong. And then they are pretty useless. Friends in Edinburgh have second connection for when sky goes down, rather than dealing with customer services. BT have some amazing directly employed engineers, when you get one your have to keep them.

@wilsondan @VodafoneUK Depends on what contract you are on - as I understand it because of where we are (so close to the border) that roaming should work and there was no extra charge but I have my phone on manual network so it does not switch to IE as I dont trust them not to charge me.
