@VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

WTF?!! @VodafoneUK an 8.2% increase in my bill from this month end? Yeah, our 12 year romance is over from this end of this contract period. Is my bill going to come down if RPI drops next year and in subsequent years as is currently being projected?

@VodafoneUK as we are having the yearly screw your customer price hike. Why does mobile use CPI and WHY do you now add an extra 3.9% on top of that? And for broadband you use RPI ?

.@VodafoneUK hi we are trying to speak to someone to activate a sim. They keep telling us they are sending us a text but when we try to explain we have no working sim to receive it hence needing to activate a sim your support keeps on insisting sending a text
