    @VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    @VodafoneUK 10's of thousands of pounds spent with Vodafone over the years. and they're arguing with me about £180 which they owe. So sad that I've referred many customers to you over the past year. Embarrassed to be a customer. Looking elsewhere!

    @vodafoneuk tried moving to Esim. It’s now 30 hrs on. No email with QR code to activate ESIM and mobile service for the thirty hours. O2 did same thing in 5 mins! What’s going on?

    @VodafoneUK So I called the help centre, still charging £25 and received a DM, still charging £25. I’m pretty disgusted that a multi million pound company is charging customers with dementia money to help them with their phones

    @VodafoneUK horrendous customer service. Spent 2 hours on the phone only to get trasferred to someone based in the UK who simply just cut me off. Ridiculous

    @VodafoneUK This is a general problem in the areas mentioned, not some temporary fault, it's been like this for years most likely. I am few hundred metres from the British Legion mast in Enfield, yet speeds are abysmal. Are there any plans to upgrade this zone?

    @st7_bri @Ofcom @VodafoneUK We had the same experience with our home BB. After 2 days, 3 hours of hold, complaints, twitter DM, online chat, nothing. Then we had to ask for upgrade and the call connected immediately. You can join anytime, but you can never leave.

    @VodafoneUK I'm getting constant scam phone calls from numbers beginning with the same 8 digits as my own, at least 5 per day. I block each one but just keep getting more. Is this an issue you are aware of?

    @VodafoneUK , shocking customer service, 4 weeks to do a broadband upgrade, never got done . Every time I called "it's a backend issue it will take 3 days" No call backs when promised. I have now cancelled and will never use yourselves again. Would not recommend to anyone !!!!!!
