@VodafoneUK What's worrying is that I have a Daughter who works for the NHS from home & if it takes 2 plus days to get the phone working, how long will it take if the internet goes down? I did worry that service from you would be bad after a delayed connection & seeing bad reviews. PMd you.

@VodafoneUK I had given a port in request to Vodafone pay monthly contract from EE pay as you go. I have been given a new number, the contract that I was told I am getting is different as per the email. Not been a pleasant experience #customerservice #help

@VodafoneUK i’m trying to upgrade my new sim only plan and was on the virtual chat but keeps saying digital issues and has kicked me out of the chat i was having. all i wanna know is if the options say 20% discount just for you, i’m assuming i then can’t use NHS discount on top?

I put the request in on Friday with @VodafoneUK and was told 24 hours. My boyfriend did the same thing and his was switched within 20 minutes. So we head into a store to be told there's a wider issue, it'll be fixed in 24 hours. Sunday rolls around, I still can't use my phone 2/?
