    @VodafoneUK And just to give you some insight into how difficult it is to get help when you’re unable to talk properly, I’ve asked for help via webchat this morning, so far I’ve been waiting for 11 minutes for your colleague to help me. How long will I have to put up with all this?

    @andrewellson @NoContextBrits @VodafoneUK Vodafone as well. They are a joke. I have been to other countries that have 5G in valleys and on top of mountains, but they can’t handle getting a one bar signal in Wales.

    @VodafoneUK Hi. I called into a Vodafone branch and enquired if my contract allowed US calls etc. they assured me it does. Then nothing all week. Same with my friend. However the 3rd person in the party was with another provider and had no problems. Cheers
