    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    @VodafoneUK I have tried endlessly to cancel my Spotify subscription, that I did not sign up for. The Comcast centre is not accepting calls and there is no option on the my Vodafone mobile application.

    For those that don’t check or understand their phone contract maybe it’s worth a lill check? I’m on @EE and also have a @VodafoneUK account so presuming all calls are included to call @VodafoneUK and nope….a call to the customer support team cost me £32 ****** quid …yes 😡

    @VodafoneUK UNBELIEVABLE. A simple call to 191 to ask for help connecting eSim in watch resulted in now having NO PHONE SERVICE AT ALL & NEEDING TO GET A NEW SIM FOR THE PHONE... #TogetherWeNowCant

    @SamsungUK @VodafoneUK my phone was repaired (s21) and since has no WiFi calling or option in settings. Your chat systems can't help me...I really need this sorting as I work in a hospital with no network coverage and I need to be able to make and receive calls. Please help

    Awful customer service at @Morrisons Thamesmead Petrol station.. 30mins before the cashier would put through my @VodafoneUK Very Me £5 off fuel reward! #CustomerService #Morrisons

    @VodafoneUK & @VOXI_UK 2 days now I've been denied a tommy tank due to "age restriction content controls" which have always been disabled. Can't speak to Voxi, Vodafone say everything is fine. Yet here I am, sat limp. Vodafone now saying I can't even make a complaint. Cowboys!

    @VodafoneUK Thanks. It says there are no issues yet no one at work can get mobile data in or out doors. Other networks seem to be unaffected
