    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    @VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

    Broadband by @VodafoneUK is down again. 2nd time in just under 2 weeks *27th june before* Was a couple hours last time hopefully not the same today. Cant be fun for the engineers sorting this out if its an outside job! Should have stayed with @Plusnet.

    I've stopped entering the @VodafoneUK rewards as I've NEVER won a single thing.... I've been asking everywhere but nobody has ever claimed to have won. Bit bollocks really....

    @VodafoneUK - two weeks ago the same problem as today. I cannot function without the connection you are supposed to provide and for which I have dutifully paid for 23 years. Your customer service is a DISGRACE.

    Frustrated with Vodafone. Trying to set up their broadband and you need access to the app which is down for maintenance. Nog helpful @VodafoneUK

    Bought a device from @VodafoneUK and was told to go pick up in shop. Shop says it can see device ordered, but no instruction to release. Called Customer Serv and told I will receive a text to collect. I was told this device is in stock in shop. Why lie to make a sale?
