Too much rain it seems. now having issues with VPN blocking which I didn't have before but apparently Vodafone is notorious for. Online ‘chat’ service just gives you options you haven’t asked for or logs you off, 191 just goes round&round &doesn’t actually listen to voice prompts/cuts you off. Not good enough.

Meant to install a phone line and broadband on 27th Oct for my elderly parents which failed. After lots of messing around attempted again today and failed. Lockdown with no landline or broadband and no resolution.

And they want me to reset all network connections losing all Bluetooth/wifi passwords. And it’s will only take 3-5mins of my time. It’s a mast issue not device issue.
