    @ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

    @VodafoneUK you are just one gargantuan disappointment. For a comms company your systems are absymal. I’m not holding my breath you’ll resolve my problem tomorrow but the guy in your shop is trying his best to deal with it. If not resolved tomorrow you’ll be losing two contracts

    @VodafoneUK noticed rather poor reception Indoors at Romany Rd, Worthing, BN13 3DL . Only Edge. Occasional flicker of 1bar 3/4g. Was Same a few months back. Probably fairly localised

    @VodafoneUK still waiting for the £60 you took from my bank after I tried to top up online and YOUR platform said payment failed 4 times but still took the money out!! @AskNationwide I will be closing my account this week as you have been no help at all!!!

    @Eddystone506 @VodafoneUK Mobile signal providers are not contractually obliged to provide a mobile phone signal.. London is not exempt from this obligation. I know this because I had to buy out a telephone contract with said company for their inability to provide a mobile phone signal at our home….

    @VodafoneUK Unless they are going to dispatch our new router today, then what's the point... As if they can, then why in earth haven't they already? Also we weren't informed of the delay, but had to chase your operators for this information. It's not even showing on the app. Again terrible!

    @VodafoneUK That’s where I started. “No issues”, it said. Yet there clearly had been for THREE DAYS. Not a lot of point signing up for SMS updates when there is no phone service to received them by, is there? #VodafoneFAIL

    I think @O2 electronic voice recognition on their customer service is probably the worse I have ever had to deal with #epicfail on the other hand the actual person I spoke to was great and sorted the issue #brilliant So now off to @VodafoneUK on new deal
