    @VodafoneUK Yes my mum did this - they are the team who have screwed this up repeatedly. You seriously need to look at your processes for dealing with legal power of attorney, they are broken. People dealing with trauma should not have to deal with bureaucratic incompetence too.

    @VodafoneUK I’m in the UK.I can’t change the country - In order to do that I’d have to cancel all my Apple subscriptions. Other countries like France, Qatar, Malta, Czech Republic - they allow their Vodafone app to be downloaded in ALL the regions. Please pass the word to devs to do that too
