    @VodafoneUK can you help please? My wife has spent 5 hrs+ across 8 calls to try and get an unlock code for her phone. This has been going on since June. She’s v frustrated and it’s a poor CX.

    @VodafoneUK 191 doesn’t solve anything. The virtual assistant just tells me to go online and the last 4 times I’ve chatted online they have said they’ve sorted it but never have.

    @ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

    @ScottyT9804 @VodafoneUK they have taken 10 quid off me for an old PAYG I hardly used, quoting their bundles or whatever. Not blaming the call centre staff I liaised with, but I've been told Asda do a PAYG and you don't need to unlock your vodaphone to use their network. Not confirmed yet.

    @VodafoneUK With respect, I've spent in excess of 7 hours on the phone to Vodafone this week. I'm not DM because it will take even longer to type everything. And last time I DM'd it didn't work anyway. Customer services is a complete shambles. And to think the @UKGovTweets have backed this!

    Could someone from @VodafoneUK please explain why after 6 hours and numerous phone calls I am still not able to have extra charges added to my upgraded account removed? Looking at other providers and cancelling contract as level of customer service received is beyond appalling!!
