BlacksTTer (@BlacksTTer) reported from Worthing, England@VodafoneUK use their extraordinarily lax, self defined SLAs as a means to weasel out of any reasonable customer expectations.
-
Jo Bishop BA hons (@Jobish7) reported from Woodingdean, England@VodafoneUK I cannot speak to a human regarding my account or pay a bill. Online ‘chat’ service just gives you options you haven’t asked for or logs you off, 191 just goes round&round &doesn’t actually listen to voice prompts/cuts you off. Not good enough.
-
Simon Fenton (@simon_d_fenton) reported from Hassocks, England@VodafoneUK Ok thanks. Never heard of it. Wasn’t aware I had it. And here’s another thought... if this keeps my family safe online, while using Vodafone, why don’t you do this ANYWAY as part of your service to us? Hmm?
-

Cllr. Prof Samer Bagaeen #Cities (@samerbagaeen) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@VodafoneUK @LewisHamilton It’s not #5G that’s the CNN problem, mostly. It’s cowboy agents you & other mobile operators are using in UK towns & cities ramming the cabinets & masts where communities do not want them. Good luck in #MugelloGP Lewis. Let’s go get that century!
-

Jørgen Hávarðr (@JoeCow80) reported@djp4cm4n @Lazzard59 @VodafoneUK You may as well just stop arguing with people who have flags in their bio…. You will never educate them.
-
Sunflower Days (@HouseOfTraitors) reported@Alexarmstrong So if @VodafoneUK are assisting illegal immigrants to invade the UK, then millions of Vodafone subscribers should cancel their contracts. its that simple
-
Ed (@EdTheITGuy) reported@VodafoneUK what’s going on with the lack of the national emergency alert? Other networks sent out the alert but on my Vodafone sim nothing!

I’m glad I cut the contract you.. not only tripe service but you are a core problem in this country.. Nick Read.. prep a public apology before you lost any sane customer you have left.
