I've always had a good WiFi service at home, but in the last week my phone keeps dropping off saying 'Couldn't authenticate connection'. This has never happened before.

Meant to install a phone line and broadband on 27th Oct for my elderly parents which failed. After lots of messing around attempted again today and failed. Lockdown with no landline or broadband and no resolution.
