    @VodafoneUK I'm trying to get in contact with someone as I got cut off couple days ago I've now paid my bill and still cut off and won't let me talk to any one on the app... help please as I need to keep in touch with family etc.

    @VodafoneUK still waiting for the £60 you took from my bank after I tried to top up online and YOUR platform said payment failed 4 times but still took the money out!! @AskNationwide I will be closing my account this week as you have been no help at all!!!

    @VodafoneUK Home. We tried all the online guidance and just waited ages for a customer service person to answer. Then it timed out because I think your offices close.

    Well done @VodafoneUK for providing me with comfortably the worst upgrade offer I've ever had - the smartphone they gave me 5 years ago, paying £6 a month more and with half my current data allowance. Nice one. I think your churn rate will shortly be increasing somewhat.

    @Ofcom being charged for 2 broadbands after being told by Vodafone on the phone to go to BT that I want to go with and they will do the exchange. @VodafoneUK are still charging me and won’t cancel. @BBCWatchdog #angrycustomer

    @VodafoneUK trying to get through to sort out account as my wife can't log on, go through the website answer all you questions on your bot, get through and told I am now speaking to Sahil only for no one to be there, customer service is awful

    @VodafoneUK can I suggest that it's not a good policy to suggest that a customer seeking an upgrade goes for the smartphone they upgraded from 2 years ago and then pays £6 a month extra for the privilege.

    @VodafoneUK My 4G/3G has not been working since Wednesday, it says it’s there next to the signal but nothing using internet works at all unless I’m on wifi, I’ve been in France & UK this last week & it’s not working in either, data and data roaming is switched on, please help!

    @VodafoneUK well I have waited the specific time for an email from Vodafone to unlock my phone. They said it should be done 24-48 hrs and 7-10 days well today is the tenth day and nothing so rude and unhelpful need my phone as cannot use landline

    Ffs @VodafoneUK I ask about unlocking one phone. Get a code to unlock another that doesn't work. Go to shop who send escalation then I get email that's can't unlock #uttermadness #epicfail #rubbishservice

    @VodafoneUK are officially ****. 25 years I’ve had my mobile number. Yesterday, following a convoluted week trying to activate a SIM for an unrelated device, 3 times without success, the agent managed to kill my actual phone SIM. How? No-one knows. Phone still dead.

    Being a good dad, I have been paying my daughter’s phone bill and @VodafoneUK have been happy to take my money. When we finally got them to cancel the account and admit they had taken 2x extra payments. The refund was supposed to be in account in 48hours. A month later nothing!

    @VodafoneUK I am having a lot of issues with Internet data on 4g. Says I have 4g but can't view anything, I go to the my Vodafone app and can't because I apparently have no Internet. Not impressed with the level of 4g coverage

    @VodafoneUK I have an open complaint with yout company the complaint handler has just said to me he would contact the bereavement team .Me or my wife are not dead why rhe he'll would he want to pass me to this team I have also requested a manager to call me he has refused this
