@VodafoneUK well I have waited the specific time for an email from Vodafone to unlock my phone. They said it should be done 24-48 hrs and 7-10 days well today is the tenth day and nothing so rude and unhelpful need my phone as cannot use landline

💯 will be leaving @VodafoneUK once my contract is up! Everytime I upgrade there is issue after issue and the customer service is shocking! I’m now stuck with a ridiculous phone bill that is going to leave me out of pocket every month for the next 2years 😡

@VodafoneUK could someone please help me apply a discount to my account. Tried by phone and was told to email, nothing. Phoned again and told to go in store. Was told it cannot be done in store and to phone again. Very frustrating.

Gosh mobile reception use pretty poor in @GunwharfQuays on @VodafoneUK . 4g i Adobe areas bit less than 1Mbps. Inside mostly 3g boy data. Some areas edge or 9 signal. Not good enough for 2020. @threeuk noticeably better but still not amazing

So, since October the 13th at around 15:00 our Home Broadband has been awful. Some services (Netflix) work, whereas others (Samsung, Amazon Prime and Disney+) are not. @VodafoneUK are refusing to answer questions on X, but will on Insta and FB?. Still on hold on 191. #awful
