💯 will be leaving @VodafoneUK once my contract is up! Everytime I upgrade there is issue after issue and the customer service is shocking! I’m now stuck with a ridiculous phone bill that is going to leave me out of pocket every month for the next 2years 😡

@VodafoneUK could someone please help me apply a discount to my account. Tried by phone and was told to email, nothing. Phoned again and told to go in store. Was told it cannot be done in store and to phone again. Very frustrating.

@originalfrostie @ChrisTheLewis @VodafoneUK Really? I've been on EE and o2 in the past and Vodafone is by far the best network I've been on in Pompey. Gfs granddad house I couldn't get a signal inside for o2 but I get full connection with Vodafone.

Gosh mobile reception use pretty poor in @GunwharfQuays on @VodafoneUK . 4g i Adobe areas bit less than 1Mbps. Inside mostly 3g boy data. Some areas edge or 9 signal. Not good enough for 2020. @threeuk noticeably better but still not amazing

@VodafoneUK are officially ****. 25 years I’ve had my mobile number. Yesterday, following a convoluted week trying to activate a SIM for an unrelated device, 3 times without success, the agent managed to kill my actual phone SIM. How? No-one knows. Phone still dead.

Eventually after 5.5 days of phone calls and visits instore @VodafoneUK eventually completed the port of my old number 🙌🏻 don’t know why it took so long, when the guy instore on Monday night diagnosed the problem within minutes…much better than the “technical support” dept…

Moved from @VodafoneUK to @O2 in April. Worst movie ever. Dropped calls every day and texts not being sent. Then after months of phonecalls they inform me they've had problems with my local signal mast! Back with Vodafone. I should have never moved.

@VodafoneUK I spent 3 hours on chat yesterday trying to get a problem sorted out. That problem was resolved and now my bill has increased as they haven't added my discount - then I got fobbed off. So frustrasting. Was also told that I would get a £10 credit which I didnt.

@stuhowco @VodafoneUK @SarahBa39409069 It's madness that they can't resolve this quicker. Location detection for fibre is pretty spot on these days and repair generally quick thereafter. Not sure what the issue is.. For a comma company they don't know how to communicate with customers
