@VodafoneUK Hi Jay, I won't be doing that. Reliable is not the word I would describe your service as. As far as advisors go, do say hello to Theo for me. She knows why we've cancelled our contract with you. I hope she's less rude to other customers.

So @VodafoneUK's WiFi is perfect right up to the point it fails in the middle of a shift and then they can't replace the broken router. I'd avoid tbh. Worst customer service ever.

@VodafoneUK Thank u Trev - it has been sorted out now. The point is it was a really painful difficult experience 2 contact VF - and navigate the telecommunications systems with various call options - none of which fitted - so I want to make a complaint to raise awareness re dissatisfaction

@VodafoneUK I already have a Vodafone contract and I had seen on a previous tweet that any contracts taking out before a certain date would not be affected.Also why would I have to pay roaming charges for in a country for example Greece, you are automatically connected to Vodafone network
