Contacted your support, assured I'd be called back within 24 hours and the refund back within 48. 48 hours later and neither have happened. Please help.

It hasnโt. Iโm not paying for this!

Really odd given Storm Arwen didnโt cause the signal to disappear; signal strength dropped occasionally and sometimes it wasnโt not 4G but we had a signal. No idea why it should be gone today
