    Update on the @VodafoneUK shitshow: Engineer we booked for tomorrow to come out and fix the mess. Confirmed it twice over the phone with 2 different people... Apparently we imagined that folks. That didn't happen. Talk about awful customer service 😲 I'm in shock tbh 🙃

    they can’t find me, 15 minutes later @VodafoneUK find me but there’s an error, if I pop into the shop with my id they’ll cancel it 😤 So I go in today, on my day off, wait 15+ mins to be served, only for him to take the phone, no id, ring customer services and leave me to it. /2

    Decided to get my mum a new @VodafoneUK contract and so far it’s the most stressful experience. I wanted to upgrade, I was told I couldn’t and it would be best to get a new contract and I can “just pop in and cancel my old contract”. I try, “Oh you need to phone”, I phone and /1

    @VodafoneUK @vodafone Thankfully after 4 months of arguing my case I managed to severe all ties with Vodafone last night, unfortunately other customers aren't so lucky so help me by fixing up, stop overcharging, and start providing them with at least an attempt at a quality service! 👍🏼
