    @GeorgeMonbiot @timolarch @VodafoneUK My husband had the same problem with Virgin Media after the death of his father. He was given the number of the ‘bereavement department’ and he phoned, assuming they would help. Instead the woman demanded his father’s PIN and said only he could cancel!

    @VodafoneUK You might have mentioned your insurance team is not working weekends. People who are still working to serve others need to report damaged phones on weekends too. I suppose I’ll have to call again Monday.

    .@VodafoneUK I am experiencing unusable levels of internet connectivity via 4G, was really good yesterday until 4pm when it fell off a cliff and has not recovered today. Is there a problem? Very frustrating

    @rebelpaws @VodafoneUK yeah i know. when i used to live in London, i remember the plans were to have a signal across the whole LU network back in 2012, but deals with both Huawei and Alcael-Lucent collapsed. Also, RE district line, I had signal on there more than before

    its all well looking around for broadband, and I'm a @VodafoneUK customer, however, when @virginmedia are the only broadband provider you can get because @OpenreachHelp didnt bother covering your street, it makes it rather difficult #MartinLewis

    I'm gonna assume that anyone being shitty with me this evening is probably a customer of @VodafoneUK as their data services this evening seem to be up and down like Katie Price's knickers. Which is rather unusual of vodafone as i extremely rarely have issues with them.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks a lot VF! You've cancelled our broadband line with zero notice while we have an upgrade order in the pipeline. Just been told to start a new order as a new customer. Then the line drops while being transferred. Slow clap.

    So, @OpenreachHelp @VodafoneUK How the bloody hell have you fixed the packet loss at peak time issues, for 3 weeks, then buggered it again. 20% loss between 6pm and 12am I just want to spend my evenings chilling online but can't pls fix its actually a JOKE

    I enjoyed the method of customer service by Vodafone, which is asking tiresome security questions until they forget what the real problem was. I spent hours for solving connection problem with customer representative, I got tired and my problem remains unresolved. @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK You seem unable to answer customer calls on 191. After four minutes of being sent around chasing my tail, you hung up on me. Is there something wrong with your service, please, or is this just a feature?
