@VodafoneUK You might have mentioned your insurance team is not working weekends. People who are still working to serve others need to report damaged phones on weekends too. I suppose I’ll have to call again Monday.

  • GEEEJAYELL

@VodafoneUK long term customer trying to leave (2 × contracts), simply need PAC for each. Chatbot takes me to #39 in a queue to talk to someone. #notgoodenough

  • JohnsSonTony

Then it rinses the battery by constantly searching for 4G. If I switch it to 2g/3g only in settings it holds that signal. Clearly something going on between my phone and the network but @VodafoneUK just keep giving me the same advice that doesn't work. (2/3).

  • Clairefifi
Fifi, Empress du Jardin #European #Irish🌱 (@Clairefifi) reported from Fawley, England

@VodafoneUK The TV is wired in and I'm having trouble trying to watch digital TV stations during the evening. I'm not at home much during the day so can't tell if it's affected then .

  • JohnsSonTony
Tony Johnson (@JohnsSonTony) reported from Alderbury, England

Going old school by asking the Twittersphere for advice. Since switching to @VodafoneUK my Huawei doesn't hold a 4G signal. It was perfectly fine on @EE. I can be on 4G, take a call, the phone switches to 2/3G and never reconnects to 4G (1/3)

A message to @VodafoneUK. If you do not start taking my problems seriously, and contacting me when you say you will I will have no choice but to start withholding payment until you do. @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog @hantsts. Your customer service, at one point appalling, has got even worse
