It hasn’t. I’m not paying for this!

Contacted your support, assured I'd be called back within 24 hours and the refund back within 48. 48 hours later and neither have happened. Please help.

Never ever experienced anything like the service Vodafone provide, not to mention false speeds!

And I'm always connected whenever I'm outside the house. No issues with connectivity whatsoever.
