    @VodafoneUK fuming! No internet until Tuesday after switching to you and was supposed to be connected to you today... no help from the call centre other then it is what it is! Shocking!! Regret switching already

    @rebelpaws @VodafoneUK yeah i know. when i used to live in London, i remember the plans were to have a signal across the whole LU network back in 2012, but deals with both Huawei and Alcael-Lucent collapsed. Also, RE district line, I had signal on there more than before

    @VodafoneUK You might have mentioned your insurance team is not working weekends. People who are still working to serve others need to report damaged phones on weekends too. I suppose I’ll have to call again Monday.

    so @VodafoneUK has been down for maintenance in my area for almost a week. I got a feeling that the maintenance is actually them phasing out the Huawei masts.

    I'm gonna assume that anyone being shitty with me this evening is probably a customer of @VodafoneUK as their data services this evening seem to be up and down like Katie Price's knickers. Which is rather unusual of vodafone as i extremely rarely have issues with them.

    .@VodafoneUK I am experiencing unusable levels of internet connectivity via 4G, was really good yesterday until 4pm when it fell off a cliff and has not recovered today. Is there a problem? Very frustrating

    @GeorgeMonbiot @timolarch @VodafoneUK My husband had the same problem with Virgin Media after the death of his father. He was given the number of the ‘bereavement department’ and he phoned, assuming they would help. Instead the woman demanded his father’s PIN and said only he could cancel!

    Then it rinses the battery by constantly searching for 4G. If I switch it to 2g/3g only in settings it holds that signal. Clearly something going on between my phone and the network but @VodafoneUK just keep giving me the same advice that doesn't work. (2/3).

    its all well looking around for broadband, and I'm a @VodafoneUK customer, however, when @virginmedia are the only broadband provider you can get because @OpenreachHelp didnt bother covering your street, it makes it rather difficult #MartinLewis

    @VodafoneUK Yes, I have spoke to the suppor several times and they says that they know what te problem is and they’re working on it. But it takes too much time and I can’t work properly from home with it. I use mobile net to do smaller things and it works but the basic home internet didn’t.

    Download speeds with @VodafoneUK in Abingdon - 1.2mbps, in Oxford 10.6mbps. Connected to home WiFi - 60mbps+. Something is very wrong with the @VodafoneUK service here...

    @bt_uk @VodafoneUK BT is forcing us to continue our contract in new property supplying 15Mbps while Vodafone offers much cheaper packages at 100Mbps! How is this possible? BT solution was to use an Ethernet cable!
