Gary Jeffries (@gsjeffries) reported from Hill Head, EnglandAbsolutely shocking service from @VodafoneUK. 48 hours with no incoming calls and no timescale for a fix. Please... SORT IT OUT!
-
Tony Johnson (@JohnsSonTony) reported from Alderbury, EnglandThen it rinses the battery by constantly searching for 4G. If I switch it to 2g/3g only in settings it holds that signal. Clearly something going on between my phone and the network but @VodafoneUK just keep giving me the same advice that doesn't work. (2/3).

A #BloodyCyclist (@The_Tw4tter) reported from Southampton, England@VodafoneUK ordered a phone Sunday. Your payment system did not take the payment, despite bank authorising the payment. Contacted your support, assured I'd be called back within 24 hours and the refund back within 48. 48 hours later and neither have happened. Please help.
-

Delwar Ullah (@Sheffield128) reported@VodafoneUK I am a customer of yours now you’ve got Gemini be a imaginable with her. I subscribed to her so for me to accept anything you can offer with a Gemini you’ve got to be adventurous. as I’m not interested. and she can’t be watered down.
-
Graham Neden-Watts (@grahamneden) reported@VodafoneUK you attempted to remotely eset two of our conpany phones yesterday. The "reset" has resulted in both phones having no mobile connectivity at all - no calls, no texts and no data. Your support chat both wants me to call 191 (I can't) and won't connect me to a person
-
Paul Jones - Performer/Shooter, Web sites🔞 (@pauljonesAIR) reported@VodafoneUK OK, so, a complaint Phone, with bank cards, lost. No problem, get a new one. I went to the vodafone shop, with my passport and my bank statement. They can't help. They can only order a sim for a lost phone if I have my bank cards. The ones in the phone. That will take a week to replace. They told me to phone customer services. CS were surprised the shop could not help, so put me through security. Which I failed. I even have a 4 digit code? Never used it. My last bill? No idea, because it's a text on my phone. Look at my bank statement? Fair plan, but my LOST PHONE is my 2FA device, so before showing me my statement, my bank will send a text to my phone, the one I don't have any more... They said I failed security and the only option would be a security reset. They'd send me an email. You know what the security reset asks for? a PHOTO of my passport and a PHOTO of my bank statement. You know what is LESS SECURE than a person standing in front of you, with their physical passport and bank statement? A photo of those documents attached to a form. It's almost as though you have not paid attention to what AI image generation can do these days. If you ever need to get a DBS check, they require you turn up, in person , and present physical documents. Not photos. SUGGESTION : If a customer comes to a shop with their passport and bank statement, THAT IS SECURE ID and the shop should be able to order a sim replacement.

michael lewis (@mikelewis79) reported@VodafoneUK Are you currently having issues with your website? Trying to purchase home broadband but keeps failing?

-
CD_Zombie (@CD_Zombiee) reported@VodafoneUK please stop outsourcing your support line. I'm having slow Internet speeds and the only advice I was given from your support over the course of an hour was "Move the position of the gigacube" This came after she told me to find a "signal" light, that doesn't exist
-
Me (@nickyboy1886) reportedSo ****** off with the service from @ThreeUK (supposedly I can piggy back off @VodafoneUK masts?!) is there a problem calling landline numbers today? Mobile … fine, landlines ~ nothing … just silence?
-
Michael Dance (@ourdancefamily) reported.@SMARTYMobileUK is a waste of space. Their live chat asks you a load of trash and to cancel a sim is a pain in the arse. Why can’t a mobile company see the account you’ve logged into and actually provide decent support, every other network can, let’s hope @VodafoneUK fixes it!!
-
Hasan Ozgan (@HasanOzgan) reported@VodafoneUK My phone number was lost during a PAYG to Monthly Plan migration, a mistake entirely on your end. I've had an open complaint for a week with no resolution. If this isn't fixed urgently, I'll be escalating to CISAS. This is unacceptable. #Vodafone
