I do not want to go through the retentions process as it’s soul-destroying. I have replaced the mobile broadband with 1Gbps fibre so it is superfluous.

My beef is that when chasing money they owed me at the end of the contract, their CA told me they don’t pay money back unless they are chased! Shocking behaviour.😡😡

Said they didn’t have to. Defaulted on 8 months after they gave the “debt” to another company. credit score in the shitter and almost never got a mortgage as a result 🫠
