Zoë Berry (@Zoelovespirates) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@VodafoneUK 2/2 on my original number. It’s only day 1 and it’s already a nightmare. I need a normal contract. I can’t operate my business like this. Please can someone help?
-
Christina Naismith (@ChristinaNaismi) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandDear @VodafoneUK when do you think you might respond to my complaint submitted in Jan 20 about your most awful customer service and followed by letter to your CEO - no acknowledgement & no response to my account being locked by you since 9 Nov 19! @MoneyTelegraph @BBCRadio4
-
Stephen Honeyman (@sh0110b8995) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@VodafoneUK I have been charged twice for the the same account. Can you please help me?
-
Marco Di Vito (@MDivito81) reported from Kirkliston, Scotland@VodafoneUK Hi... I have been checking that regularly. What that tells me and reality are 2 different things. 4g is slow... Sometimes unresponsive... Calls suddenly lose reception or call quality drops to the point you need to hang up. There is a thread on the local FB page with many

Lisa Morton (@lisa_r_morton) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@VodafoneUK Thank you. Unfortunately the contract is more than 14 days old and the vulnerable person needs someone else to be able to see that details of the account and help sorted it out. Leaving them to deal with Vodafone sales staff is what has caused this problem
-
Marco Di Vito (@MDivito81) reported from Kirkliston, Scotland@VodafoneUK Other people on Vodafone having the same issues. Initially thought it was myself and my wife but it appears there is many more in the village
-
Aldo (@AGDun_162) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@AnneMcLaughlin @VodafoneUK What he can do is port his number out of the network. By law Vodafone MUST provide him with a PAC Code (Porting Authorisation Code) on request FOC. He simply gives that to his new network when joining & his VFone contract will terminate in a matter of hours.
-
Carrie Rennie (@whatsupdoch) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@VodafoneUK I would love to see ear pods for the iPhone as I’ve never had them and sick of getting tangled in the wires🤣 @pinkprincesskap
-
Will Patrikiadis (@williamp7) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandHi @VodafoneUK - when I cancel my home broadband and you don't ask me to return my router for recycling, reuse or whatever - how can you claim any sort of environmental credentials? Name one broadband provider that doesn't provide it's customers with a new router on signing up
-
Laura Rubio (@LalaRubes) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@VodafoneUK I now can’t make phone calls OR use my data. Trying to speak to your complaints team is impossible. 5 days later and still no resolution or confidence that it will be fixed soon. Your network checker still shows everything being ‘good’. Come on Vodafone, sort it out!
-
Michael Smart (@mikeyfelley) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ghacking @VodafoneUK Iv had the same issues mate Absolutely brutal. These Charleston’s took my order knowing full well they had none in stock
-

-
Aldo (@AGDun_162) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@AnneMcLaughlin @VodafoneUK They will try anything to try and retain him .. by upselling. However he will never get any better deal than a brand new customer. He has every right to cancel out of contract and must say ,no offers period!.
-
Barrie Wilkins 🎙🎧 (@Barriestweeting) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandOnly 6 months in and yet again back onto @cedrsays to raise a complaint about @VodafoneUK for the second time for over charging and refusing to stop charging for a contract that finished the end of November. Absolute disgrace of a network. 10 years a customer and def my last!
-
Joe Brock (@josephbrock) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@VodafoneUK Hello. I wasn’t asking if there was a way to cancel over social media. Either via the online portal or a letter I can write? I do not want to go through the retentions process as it’s soul-destroying. I have replaced the mobile broadband with 1Gbps fibre so it is superfluous.
-
Lisa 🏴🏳️🌈 (@BrownScotmonkee) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@VodafoneUK absolutely no signal at my home address for the last few weeks. I pay a ridiculous amount for my contract phone and shouldn't have to rely on WiFi calling!
-

Michaela🎃Turner (@Michaela_v89) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@VodafoneUK I have messaged but after 3 hours on the phone today, over 10 hours this month on top of that and a lot of personal stress due to your customer service I would be surprised if anything is fixed

Danny B (@DannyBee595) reportedI've had such a frustrating experience upgrading with @VodafoneUK , I wish I hadn't bothered. The bloatware on the Honor Magic V6 is already horrendous, but then I have to contend with pre-ticked boxes to install even more of the crap in "Vodafone Appbox"... which can't be skipped or closed. So I've had to go through 3 (full) screens of apps which nobody wants and had to untick the apps which Vodafone conveniently (and sneakily) ticked on my behalf. This is a great way to ruin the arrival of a new phone, which should be a positive experience. My mood is already frustrated from this, that's before I even start to uninstall all the other crap that HONOR put on their phones. I remember the pain I felt when I got my last phone trying to get rid of the Vodafone bloatware, but 3 years on it is so much worse now. NOBODY WANTS THIS JUNK. You're ruining the experience of what is meant to be your main product/service. Poor show.
-
lizrichards24 (@SonyRichards4) reported@VodafoneUK Please can you help with a query?
-
bjc (@bjc5473) reported@craigaradford @Iromg @VodafoneUK It’s called making a statement. These companies need to understand that people are sick of funding others. So are you a vodaphone customer Craig.

Dawn🐕🇬🇧🏴🥀🪴🏵️🌹🏖️💥 (@Abi_3Ray) reported@Iromg @VodafoneUK You what?? That's another one to cancel then.
