I do not want to go through the retentions process as it’s soul-destroying. I have replaced the mobile broadband with 1Gbps fibre so it is superfluous.

This caused 3 hours of phone chat and the only ‘solution’ available to me was to cancel my contract for the 2nd phone and have a pay as you go one 1/2

By law Vodafone MUST provide him with a PAC Code (Porting Authorisation Code) on request FOC. He simply gives that to his new network when joining & his VFone contract will terminate in a matter of hours.

Waiting to speak to someone for 40 minutes and gave up and tried the chat option they text me a link to. Over 1 hour on chat to be told I need to call. 1hour 45 mins later I get through to someone WHO HUNG UP ON ME absolutely fuming
