Waiting to speak to someone for 40 minutes and gave up and tried the chat option they text me a link to. Over 1 hour on chat to be told I need to call. 1hour 45 mins later I get through to someone WHO HUNG UP ON ME absolutely fuming

By law Vodafone MUST provide him with a PAC Code (Porting Authorisation Code) on request FOC.
