I’ve spoken to @VodafoneUK 5 separated occasions, been put through 9 various peoples/departments, for over 2 hours of phone calls and my query & subsequent complaint hasn’t been answered. Possibly the worst Expeirence on the phone I’ve ever had!

@VodafoneUK poor service on day 1 of broadband switch to Vodafone. Spoke to somebody on live chat who said “give it 30minutes and it will work” seemed like they couldn’t be bothered because still no internet.

@VodafoneUK Customer Complaints Code says they will get back to you within 48 hours and it’s been over a week! 2 weeks without internet and their agents don’t listen to what I say 😭

@VodafoneUK We have the WiFi working now, but we're only getting around 3mb/s the guy in store said we should get 40/50!? The signal strength in our area according to your website when we put in our address was "good" for inside and out. How do we fix this please?
