@VodafoneUK Customer Complaints Code says they will get back to you within 48 hours and it’s been over a week! 2 weeks without internet and their agents don’t listen to what I say 😭

@VodafoneUK poor service on day 1 of broadband switch to Vodafone. Spoke to somebody on live chat who said “give it 30minutes and it will work” seemed like they couldn’t be bothered because still no internet.

I’ve spoken to @VodafoneUK 5 separated occasions, been put through 9 various peoples/departments, for over 2 hours of phone calls and my query & subsequent complaint hasn’t been answered. Possibly the worst Expeirence on the phone I’ve ever had!

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Please never choose Vodafone. I’ve had similar experiences with @VodafoneGroup where I got a confirmation of cancellation of my contract, but they KEPT TAKING MONEY from my account in breach of the cancellation, and only stopped when explicitly emailed with proof.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK The primary issue is they’ve had to cut cost through using bots. They won’t really make any changes, they’ll give you lip service. The company is going to struggle to meet its financial guidance and is strategically in trouble in multiple markets.

Dear @VodafoneUK I'm in Kent. I am not in France. I haven't been to France for some years. So perhaps strengthen your signal in the UK enough that my phone stops roaming to Vodafone France and you stop sending me "Welcome to France" texts? Thanks, a bored Sandgate resident.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK well, this is a bank with probably more complex verification issues, but Nat West has a bereavement team and on-line process which has been pretty good I found- I don't know if companies "benchmark" anymore but it is one example if they feel like looking.

Can anyone claim a worse Wifi service than on @AvantiWestCoast line btwn Liverpool-London? Combined with usual shocking @VodafoneUK network coverage … and cancellation of 7am train south this morning is not getting my day off to best of starts!! 😤 (And breathe!)
