    @TomKerry_ @VodafoneUK I changed to Bt last year mate after 8 years with Vodafone. Worse customer service and the way they treated long term customers was so poor.

    @VodafoneUK you are worst homebroad band provider ever!! I moved and it has been a month and you still have not be able to provide me with your service yet!!!! Month!! Btw you said it will be ready in 10 Days!!! Just cancel my stupid service!!!

    @VodafoneUK any news on when you will be looking to resolve my issue? Already been 3 days since you took my number incorrectly post cancelation of transfer, meaning I cannot receive calls or texts from family or friends, logged a complaint, feel free to get in touch to discuss.

    Now they are saying that I need to place the reorder which will put me to the back of the queue and will have to wait another 4 weeks for delivery really bad service will be looking for a new provider now @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK I have been trying to resolve an issue with my broadband for 5 weeks now. Spent over 8 hours on phone and live chat. Been made promise after promise and none has been upheld. I tried to call your complaints phone number and it says it is not accepting calls.
