@VodafoneUK poor service on day 1 of broadband switch to Vodafone. Spoke to somebody on live chat who said “give it 30minutes and it will work” seemed like they couldn’t be bothered because still no internet.

I’ve spoken to @VodafoneUK 5 separated occasions, been put through 9 various peoples/departments, for over 2 hours of phone calls and my query & subsequent complaint hasn’t been answered. Possibly the worst Expeirence on the phone I’ve ever had!

@VodafoneUK Customer Complaints Code says they will get back to you within 48 hours and it’s been over a week! 2 weeks without internet and their agents don’t listen to what I say 😭

@VodafoneUK @claireoceans How about you send me a DM about my ongoing problem with transfer of ownership? Been going round in circles for days. Some liar I chatted to online said that Vodafone phoned me and my partner. They definitely did not! Disgraceful company! Contract expired on the 27th.

@VodafoneUK If the network isn't working well enough to check the status checker, then there's a problem with the network. Slight improvement today - can see some images, but you need an easier way to export issues and then to check based on user experience not just what system tells you.

@VodafoneUK Just checked my credit score and it's good. My phone upgrade is still being denied, despite literally begging them. They awarded me money to close my complaint but I want the phone. Dear people, I have made a mistake during the credit check, it's my first upgrade.

@VodafoneUK Site must be really badly maintained? It's been offline now for over 3 hours. You say it's done after midnight so less people are affected. Still means 100% of customers who want to use the site are affected. I'll say again it's down far too often so this time I've had enough.
