    @VodafoneUK poor service on day 1 of broadband switch to Vodafone. Spoke to somebody on live chat who said “give it 30minutes and it will work” seemed like they couldn’t be bothered because still no internet.

    I’ve spoken to @VodafoneUK 5 separated occasions, been put through 9 various peoples/departments, for over 2 hours of phone calls and my query & subsequent complaint hasn’t been answered. Possibly the worst Expeirence on the phone I’ve ever had!

    @VodafoneUK Customer Complaints Code says they will get back to you within 48 hours and it’s been over a week! 2 weeks without internet and their agents don’t listen to what I say 😭

    @VodafoneUK Well Shu, I've had no response for the past half hour in this live chat and apparently despite the email from vodafone I have confirming my application, there is no record of my application to move from PayMonthly to PAYG according to service.

    Still can't quite believe @VodafoneUK passed me from pillar to post in a live chat, to then kick me out of it. To find out if I was a new customer I'd get my WiFi cheaper 👌
