    I’ve spoken to @VodafoneUK 5 separated occasions, been put through 9 various peoples/departments, for over 2 hours of phone calls and my query & subsequent complaint hasn’t been answered. Possibly the worst Expeirence on the phone I’ve ever had!

    So it seems all mobile companies look good until you become a customer. My houseboat and I are new customers of @VodafoneUK Looking to upgrade my mobile broadband. Been in chat for over an hour. been offered an option that I now am told I cant have as no stock.

    Oh my days! Trying (unsecessfully) to get wi-fi calling enabled on our S21! It isnt the phone but the network provider! @VodafoneUK are niw bklaming the fact we went through carphone warehouse!! Maybe time for a new privider?!?

    @VodafoneUK Hi Kieron, that's the tool we used but it said there wasn't an issue because we'd restarted the router within 24 hours, and can't afford to wait another 24. I'll DM you just now.

    @VodafoneUK have the worst customer service known to man. Left us without internet for 72 hours, missed 2 days working, didn't offer any alternative hotspot to tide us over and have now added additional charges onto our next bill????

    @VodafoneUK trying to sign up for broadband but keep getting error msg on your website. Tried 2 separate devices and 2 different browsers but crashes at same point. Is there a problem cus it’s not exactly filling me with confidence I’m switching to right provider atm

    Anyone can help ? My Samsung Galaxy s7Edge has just spontaneously combusted ...not recharging ...just sitting there indoors on a table . @VodafoneUK chat was unhelpful ...can't get into my account ...still waiting for a DM from @SamsungUK despite sending them 3 DMs
