I’ve spoken to @VodafoneUK 5 separated occasions, been put through 9 various peoples/departments, for over 2 hours of phone calls and my query & subsequent complaint hasn’t been answered. Possibly the worst Expeirence on the phone I’ve ever had!

@VodafoneUK 5 hours on the web chat with customer care team. Passed through 11 agents, still going... 3 problems. None resolved. Wi-Fi disruptions all the time. Miss sold on payment and have been over charged. Can’t exit my contact without a £160 fee. Super WiFi??? CRAZY

@VodafoneUK Hi my internet is restored but can’t access anything via Apple devices. It’s fine to access anything via Apple devices when on Vodafone 3G/4G but not Broadband. I’ve reset both my Apple devices and Vodafone Broadband router.. no fix. Can you advise when this will be resolved?

@VodafoneUK Many thanks Waz, internet is now working but seem unable to access Apple services (Mail, News, Music etc) via WiFi, although I can access these services when using 4G on my phone. Seems like a few other people have the same issue!

@VodafoneUK My F.I.L was still experiencing a problem. In trying to troubleshoot he had turned off his WiFi with the side button. It required a long press to turn back on! Perhaps some messaging on basic steps to check might have assisted your customers today.
