    Very poor service and thug company @VodaIdea_NEWS @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup. facing issue to change from postpaid to prepaid...in today's digital world....they issue cards online but for services have to visit store....how poor it is!!!

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for the effort but my problem goes deeper than that. I have reception on my phone connected to Vodafone. My mobile home broadband router in the same room struggles to OPEN a Netflix “page”.

    I’ve been trying to transfer my @VodafoneUK broadband plan to someone else for two months and I’ve been consistently lied to- I’m now paying an internet bill for somewhere I don’t even live. Spending hours on the phone each day. Never choose them honestly

    @VodafoneUK Done all that, no luck. Apparently it’s got to happen on the date we said wasn’t suitable. Can’t be changed! Complaint on its way. Both working online from home on activation day chosen by u & @OpenreachHelp so look forward to being interrupted for anything up to 2 hours. Great!

    @VodafoneUK Extremely disappointing with your level of service. You have the contract with @OpenreachHelp , but apparently between you, its impossible to change an activation date that isn’t suitable, despite being given over a week’s notice??

    @VodafoneUK and @OnecomUKHelp. I've reported you to Ofcom today for taking £60 off me every month for a mobile number I never requested, never agreed to and have never used. Complained last year. I've tried and failed today with Vodafone's chat room, and it's OneCom's turn next!

    @BDMed_Bear @VodafoneUK @vodafone_de Owa hooman was skeptical at first, because of low rating in Germany...but so far it's been fab. He had a problem connecting, a technician came, free of charge and everything worked in under 30 minutes. It was a problem with the cable outlet...
