I’ve spoken to @VodafoneUK 5 separated occasions, been put through 9 various peoples/departments, for over 2 hours of phone calls and my query & subsequent complaint hasn’t been answered. Possibly the worst Expeirence on the phone I’ve ever had!

@VodafoneUK you are a complete let down. Tomorrow marks 11 days since they disconnected my number in error and have not - as a telecommunications company - got the technical ability to reconnect me. I’m sure I’m not the only one going through this either @BBCWatchdog @CPCWAction
