@KarenGeddesQPM @VodafoneUK BT - had them since I moved in 7 years ago, never had one single issue, 7 years of completely uninterrupted strong connection. But I guess you get what you pay for £30 a month is the price on the never ever lets you down ticket. 🤝

@Foxtrot__Oscar @VodafoneUK Vodafone introduced a new "extra" which is compulsory to enable outbound roaming in Europe. My retired friend in France was told this *after* she'd gone to France for the summer and put £50 on her account - her service suddenly cut-off - shocking and dangerous.

@VodafoneUK poor service on day 1 of broadband switch to Vodafone. Spoke to somebody on live chat who said “give it 30minutes and it will work” seemed like they couldn’t be bothered because still no internet.

@VodafoneUK Customer Complaints Code says they will get back to you within 48 hours and it’s been over a week! 2 weeks without internet and their agents don’t listen to what I say 😭

I’ve spoken to @VodafoneUK 5 separated occasions, been put through 9 various peoples/departments, for over 2 hours of phone calls and my query & subsequent complaint hasn’t been answered. Possibly the worst Expeirence on the phone I’ve ever had!

@VodafoneUK I have had problems with router and requested a replacement yesterday. Was promised a call from a manager within 24 hours. This time has well exceeded and no call. Decided to upgrade and was told I would get router once manager called.. Still no call. V. poor service

@VodafoneUK Hi! I've a 4G WiFi dongle that we're unable to use (poor reception) and the bill for it has jumped from £17p/m to £34. The unit isn't being used as it's so unreliable. Is there anyway to cancel the contract?
