@VodafoneUK I have been waiting for my phone since the 9th Nov. The customer service is extremely poor and I am constantly being told the same stuff. I am not paying for a phone I haven't got!

@VodafoneUK been a customer since 2003, my last contact ends on Tuesday, spent a lot of this weekend sorting this out, I’ve had the best experience from customer services ever, no lies, things done as promised. I’d still be a customer if this had happened over the last 18 yrs x
