    @cgledhill @VodafoneUK Left last year after over 25 years and a litany of errors. Best thing I did and saved myself a load of cash every month. Awful customer service, terrible customer experience, and utterly shameless.

    @VodafoneUK Exercising your power of attorney form filled in as requested to enable me to control my mothers broadband account. Customer service just told me I can only control her account if I take over ownership!!?? Does Vodafone not recognise what a Power of Attorney is?

    @VodafoneUK Thanks, but it doesn’t matter which provider I’m with I can’t get a signal here. To get a validation text I have to go to the bottom of the garden and cross my fingers!

    @VodafoneUK Mobile. Activated PAC code but Vodafone have locked handset so cannot switch over. Been told 7-10 days to request another one. Very poor, was told I have been sent an email. Another lie !

    @VodafoneUK a complaint will be going in for the service you have provided. Phone hasn’t worked for 18 days. Things will be escalated that much that I will take you court for this. Pathetic excuse of a company, every member of staff myself and my mother have talked to has said..

    Appalling customer service from @VodafoneUK as usual leaving me with no phone line for 7-10 days due to there error. Thanks for that 👍🏻
