@VodafoneUK poor service on day 1 of broadband switch to Vodafone. Spoke to somebody on live chat who said “give it 30minutes and it will work” seemed like they couldn’t be bothered because still no internet.

I’ve spoken to @VodafoneUK 5 separated occasions, been put through 9 various peoples/departments, for over 2 hours of phone calls and my query & subsequent complaint hasn’t been answered. Possibly the worst Expeirence on the phone I’ve ever had!

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom She had this number for many years at Three Her mum needs medical care and she cannot receive calls from docs. She can't access bank accounts due to two-factor authorisation codes. @VodafoneUK falsely promised her each time she contacts tech support it will work in 24-48 hours
