@VodafoneUK poor service on day 1 of broadband switch to Vodafone. Spoke to somebody on live chat who said “give it 30minutes and it will work” seemed like they couldn’t be bothered because still no internet.

I’ve spoken to @VodafoneUK 5 separated occasions, been put through 9 various peoples/departments, for over 2 hours of phone calls and my query & subsequent complaint hasn’t been answered. Possibly the worst Expeirence on the phone I’ve ever had!

@VodafoneUK I have a Realme X50 Pro and I can't get WiFi calling to work. It is activated. Apparently Vodafone doesn't support all handsets for WiFi calling? It was working fine on O2 a day ago (I joined Voda today).

@VodafoneUK I’m having real trouble the last 3 days as the Vodaphone app isn’t updating properly ( displaying the date my pay ad you go bundle will expire) I have turned off and on phone and de-installed the app snd them re- installed the app does not show date of bundle renew
