  @VodafoneUK poor service on day 1 of broadband switch to Vodafone. Spoke to somebody on live chat who said “give it 30minutes and it will work” seemed like they couldn’t be bothered because still no internet.

  @VodafoneUK can you please explain your sub standard home broadband service. At least 1-5 times a day our service is inactive and needs the router reset. Not good enough.

  @VodafoneUK I was on superfast 2 for the last few years. Was getting 30 odd mbps, after openreach upgraded network I'm now getting 8, no changes my end and same package. Your site fault checker says there's a fault on the line but doesn't say what.

  @VodafoneUK @EmmaRaducanu @Wimbledon Customer service is an absolute joke. How hard is it to speak to a human on the phone these days. I never had this problem with 02 I wish I never moved. I know I'll be moving back after this contract is up. Disgraceful

  @VodafoneUK So I’ve been hearing for the past 3 months! I did this last night, they couldn’t fix the issue. I’ll give it one more go then I want to be allowed to leave. I’ve had enough and the stress is taking it’s toll!

  My credit score has gone down by 25% because of @VodafoneUK doing numerous hard searches without my permission. Just as we have sold our house and trying to remortgage. Could cost us thousands. Another blow on top of being without internet for 2 weeks.

  @VodafoneUK @bt_uk To be honest I'm more annoyed that @joelycett didn't mention "National My Broadband Provider is Crap Day" once as far as I can see. Jeez ask us to set a reminder and not once did he even mention it, I felt like a right pillock, but in the end still love you ***.

Automated service that sends you in circles and makes you want to slit your wrists! £5 for a month, no its £1 for a text, then another £1 for text next day! Or in other words unless you perfect (in selection process) were gonna rob you blind!
