@KarenGeddesQPM @VodafoneUK BT - had them since I moved in 7 years ago, never had one single issue, 7 years of completely uninterrupted strong connection. But I guess you get what you pay for £30 a month is the price on the never ever lets you down ticket. 🤝

I’ve spoken to @VodafoneUK 5 separated occasions, been put through 9 various peoples/departments, for over 2 hours of phone calls and my query & subsequent complaint hasn’t been answered. Possibly the worst Expeirence on the phone I’ve ever had!

@VodafoneUK Your network coverage in Alcester is shocking, and has been for months. My alarm went off 5 or 10 minutes late due to zero signal in the town centre 'til then. We were all frazzled by the Farage Death Ray. All our bunting destroyed and everything.

@VodafoneUK poor service on day 1 of broadband switch to Vodafone. Spoke to somebody on live chat who said “give it 30minutes and it will work” seemed like they couldn’t be bothered because still no internet.

@Foxtrot__Oscar @VodafoneUK Vodafone introduced a new "extra" which is compulsory to enable outbound roaming in Europe. My retired friend in France was told this *after* she'd gone to France for the summer and put £50 on her account - her service suddenly cut-off - shocking and dangerous.

lol when @VodafoneUK disconnects 6 contract phones over a mistake, then cannot reconnect them to the point where NON of them work properly, then expect you to still pay the bill.... Yeh, bounced between 3 departments and no one can fix it, not paying a penny, sorry :)

@VodafoneUK what a joke got internet if you can call it internet. Didn’t work properly sold me a pro 11 with 3 boosters 24:7 tech help. Extra £10 per month sent me 1 booster with a hub that’s as much use as a chocolate chisel. Had 1hr.30 on phone again today said they would call
