    I’ve spoken to @VodafoneUK 5 separated occasions, been put through 9 various peoples/departments, for over 2 hours of phone calls and my query & subsequent complaint hasn’t been answered. Possibly the worst Expeirence on the phone I’ve ever had!

    @VodafoneUK poor service on day 1 of broadband switch to Vodafone. Spoke to somebody on live chat who said “give it 30minutes and it will work” seemed like they couldn’t be bothered because still no internet.

    @VodafoneUK Customer Complaints Code says they will get back to you within 48 hours and it’s been over a week! 2 weeks without internet and their agents don’t listen to what I say 😭

    @VodafoneUK can you please explain your sub standard home broadband service. At least 1-5 times a day our service is inactive and needs the router reset. Not good enough.

    @VodafoneUK Yes, I got a text saying there was technical issues. That doesn't 'explain' why not. A company of your size should make sure if they're going to advertise offers, they should be able to deliver them without issue. My mobile number is 07795484002 and I look forward to your reply

    @VodafoneUK I would like to say how disappointed I am with your customer service team,you disconnected my 78year old nans phone which she keeps for emergencies and keeps by her side as her husband had a heart attack last year,you was suppose to sort this problem within 24 hours

    @VodafoneUK hi vodafone, just wondering why DPD is getting the blame for the lack of delivery of the phone I ordered. If your warehouse had picked and packed it then you would have raised a tracking number. Seems I'm not the only one having this issue...

    @VodafoneUK TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! - ENGINEER NO SHOW, NO RESPONSE OR EXPLANATION AND NO INTERNET FOR 7 DAYS NOW! P1. Ordered new broadband 18th Nov over phone as wouldn’t work online. Part of order (router & dongle) received on 6th December. SIM card & Apple TV 4K both missing.

    @VodafoneUK Hi. I purchased a data sim to use for one month only. I was told I must phone up the following day to cancel the rolling contract so I would not be billed for the following month. I did so. But now I see I have just been billed for another month!
