I’ve spoken to @VodafoneUK 5 separated occasions, been put through 9 various peoples/departments, for over 2 hours of phone calls and my query & subsequent complaint hasn’t been answered. Possibly the worst Expeirence on the phone I’ve ever had!

@VodafoneUK It IS disappointing. But that that is all you and others are saying. What I NEED is a phone that works. Since this morning, I have had NO capability whatsoever to make or receive mobile calls, through absolutely no fault of my own. Is anyone going to actually sort the problem?

@VodafoneUK Hi. Extremely disappointed by the service. No landline for five days as broadband activated with full knowledge adapter not received and ongoing promises of one being delivered. Now another promise I’ll have an adapter on Monday. Third attempt.

@VodafoneUK well the 6th phonecall has now told her she’ll have to wait “minimum 2 weeks” for fibre internet now (because there’s no line??? and none of the other 5 people before could see that???) so i think the plan is to cancel and go elsewhere, thanks for trying but this has been awful

@VodafoneUK you seem to not be ready or to have an issue on your end, preventing the activation of international data roaming on Apple Watch (confirmed by many customers on Reddit and in your Community). How can we escalate this issue to your product development and tech team?

@Barclaycard The problem seems to be when roaming with @VodafoneUK the Barclaycard call is connected, you get told "Welcome to barclaycard" and then the call is disconnected. Using a landline (those things none of us have anymore)I was able to get through (Local Barclays staff put me through)

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup yet again Vodafone does nothing but give me an automated answer which doesn’t help resolve anything. Really don’t recommend this company if you need to work and have no mobile service at home 🤬
