    I’ve spoken to @VodafoneUK 5 separated occasions, been put through 9 various peoples/departments, for over 2 hours of phone calls and my query & subsequent complaint hasn’t been answered. Possibly the worst Expeirence on the phone I’ve ever had!

    @VodafoneUK Customer Complaints Code says they will get back to you within 48 hours and it’s been over a week! 2 weeks without internet and their agents don’t listen to what I say 😭

    @Foxtrot__Oscar @VodafoneUK Vodafone introduced a new "extra" which is compulsory to enable outbound roaming in Europe. My retired friend in France was told this *after* she'd gone to France for the summer and put £50 on her account - her service suddenly cut-off - shocking and dangerous.

    @VodafoneUK poor service on day 1 of broadband switch to Vodafone. Spoke to somebody on live chat who said “give it 30minutes and it will work” seemed like they couldn’t be bothered because still no internet.

    Dear @VodafoneUK I can only get 3G service in the St. Paul’s location. Both 4G and 5G services do not allow data access and the network status checker says good service across all service levels. Would you be able to check please?

    @VodafoneUK absolutely appalling service!! I’ve had 1 of my business numbers cut off for over two weeks now, for the second time in a year!! And after wasting hours of my time on the phone to customer services, visiting their stores and being promised call backs, nothing happens!

    @mikeashworth @VodafoneUK Did you get it working? My @NokiaMobile 8.1 is in same position (and dad's Nokia 7.2). Vodafone are turning of 3G next year and although these phones will do VOLTE/VOWIFI Vodafone doesn't seem to want to allow it. On/off options appear in settings when EE SIM put in so VF issue.

    @VodafoneUK I need to speak to someone, talking via online chat is no good to me. I need someone with a bit of savvy and enough power to make decisions without passing me from department to department, talking down to me or purposely burping then hanging up.

    @VodafoneUK where is your customer service? 3 hours on phone last week to upgrade home broadband and you couldn't do it because of technical issues. Another 4 hours spent today because you created a new mobile broadband connection instead of an upgrading the old one.

    @VodafoneUK I have suggested stuff been a customer since I was 19 and just feel extremely disappointed in the level of service I receive long term loyal customers just aren’t looked after
