    I’ve spoken to @VodafoneUK 5 separated occasions, been put through 9 various peoples/departments, for over 2 hours of phone calls and my query & subsequent complaint hasn’t been answered. Possibly the worst Expeirence on the phone I’ve ever had!

    @VodafoneUK poor service on day 1 of broadband switch to Vodafone. Spoke to somebody on live chat who said “give it 30minutes and it will work” seemed like they couldn’t be bothered because still no internet.

    @VodafoneUK can you please explain your sub standard home broadband service. At least 1-5 times a day our service is inactive and needs the router reset. Not good enough.

    @VodafoneUK Customer Complaints Code says they will get back to you within 48 hours and it’s been over a week! 2 weeks without internet and their agents don’t listen to what I say 😭

    @Sdbrownb @VodafoneUK You're welcome. It's a minefield. I stay with O2 as it's better the devil you know for me at the moment. Known people move from O2 and it turns out they use O2's signal, so might well have stayed where they were! Shoddy, and O2 have done some deal with Virgin, who are also crap!

    @manstol1 @VodafoneUK @neilio_uk They replied, but I'm not convinced I'd say it's an "answer"... I said that I'd like to terminate my contract because they've withdrawn a service that's really important to me, and they said it's okay because their network is brilliant.

    @VodafoneUK Any idea why your coverage map shows I get good indoors and outdoors coverage of 2G/3G and 4G when this is not actually the case and I get 1 bar of service and E…so nothing loads on my phone 🥴

    @VodafoneUK Yes I’m aware. It sucks. You suck. Leaving Vodafone ASAP. What a mistake you made!!!! The tube wifi service is so useful for Londoners... terrible decision.

    I'm back... @VodafoneUK must have decided I needed a social media break.. For a month! No network service due to mast outage, I hear people have struggled with an hour outage, try a frigging month!!!
