@VodafoneUK your service is an absolute joke! You text me to say I would receive a text messy just before I get switched from contract to Pay as You Go! I received no message before the switch and as a result I was left with no network signal with an ill kid!

@CityFibre @VodafoneUK It’s been 3 days, I have no #Internet #Broadband service Every time I complain about having no service, you guys promise the service will be activated by midnight Seriously, what is this? And you guys terminate the old service before activating the new one

@VodafoneUK I am not the main owner of the broadband, as we (in our house) share it I was just doing a troubleshoot of my own and asking if there was any backend issue going on.
