    @VodafoneUK poor service on day 1 of broadband switch to Vodafone. Spoke to somebody on live chat who said “give it 30minutes and it will work” seemed like they couldn’t be bothered because still no internet.

    I’ve spoken to @VodafoneUK 5 separated occasions, been put through 9 various peoples/departments, for over 2 hours of phone calls and my query & subsequent complaint hasn’t been answered. Possibly the worst Expeirence on the phone I’ve ever had!

    @VodafoneUK It has now been 60 days with no service or signal on my contract. I want someone to call me tomorrow morning or evening (I am out in the afternoon & don’t receive service obviously without WiFi!) I have given birth to a newborn in this time & I NEED my phone to work!
