    @VodafoneUK poor service on day 1 of broadband switch to Vodafone. Spoke to somebody on live chat who said “give it 30minutes and it will work” seemed like they couldn’t be bothered because still no internet.

    @VodafoneUK can you please explain your sub standard home broadband service. At least 1-5 times a day our service is inactive and needs the router reset. Not good enough.

    @VodafoneUK Customer Complaints Code says they will get back to you within 48 hours and it’s been over a week! 2 weeks without internet and their agents don’t listen to what I say 😭

    @VodafoneUK I just spent 75 mins on the phone to Vodafone. I spoke to 4 different people. Each of them asked me who I was, and what I wanted. No-one could help... I simply wanted to place an order. The inefficiency of your organisation is staggering.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, with the cost of living crisis getting worse & people struggling to pay bills, are you doing anything to help out? For instance, if someone wanted to cancel their contract due to affordability, are you still charging them?
